As the Draosian forces made their last stand, the Mersidonian government started to evacuate the Oppermenian government. The navy, at its moorings nearby, was nearly overwhelmed with the number of soldiers and refugees scrambling on board. The Mersidonian embassy has started to burn its papers and has evacuated its staff, and a special forces team has been sent in to extract the Monarch and his family.

Mersidonian citizens residing on Oppermenian soul were escorted under armed guard to the international airport with all the belongings they could take, and were swiftly evacuated on twenty flights to Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Seoul, and Tokyo.

The ElksPack rejoice, and they resume what they were doing. Killing civilians to cause more panic, raping the women, etc. The typical savage ways of the ElksPack.
Mitchell Opperman, however, back in the Premier's Mansion, is horrified. He will face this like a man, and aim to face the same things his people are. He will stay in Oppermanson.
However, fearing for the lives of his wife and children, as well as other government officials, he sends many to the Oppermanson airport. He sends:
His wife Queen Consort Julianna;
His son Kevin, and Kevin's betrothed Ionia Krai of Rakdai;
His son Matthew;
His daughter Susan;
His son Myles;
Deputy Prime Minister Michael Stein (also Opperman's cousin);
some close officials and advisors;
and some Parliament members.
He sends the plane on a course to Draos so hopefully his family and friends can seek refuge in Draos until things in Oppermenia are done.

General Aultman enters the premiers mansion and has an Armed squad escort him out protected by the last few D-1029s and the last D-1031 providing covering fire to keep the elkspack at bay. "Sir your not serving any purpose by becoming a martyr you're of greater use as a symbol resistance to take up arms and fight back the 7th sky corps has a job to do and we will get it done.

His Most Mersidonian and Imperial Eminent Majesty Willem the Third of Mersdon and his government wish to request that His Majesty Mitchell Oppermen seek out a safe refuge abroad or in the country. For his safety, a commando team has been placed nearby his location. Mersidonian jets are escorting all flights around or in Oppermenia, and have achieved air superiority. The Reserve Fleet has set sail with over fifty thousand refugees on board, bound for a WA-run resettlement camp.

Kaolin Krai sends half of Faction 1117 to aid Oppermenia.

Dyllonia regrets that it is unable to aid Oppermenia in anyway, as organizations of their own threaten Dyllonia, like T.S.A.R. and Nosewagania. Dyllonia will howver condemn the action done by Elkspack and will remove border restrictions from citizens of Oppermenia.

"I refuse," the Premier says. "I am not leaving. Yes, I am a symbol. And let it serve to engulf that flame in people - - to want to fight back, as their Monarch is dead. I wish to experience exactly what my citizens are. And, I need to see what the ElksPack are doing. Get answers. And besides, I trust in my son. If I may die, let him be the new symbol of the resistance against the ElksPack."
He walks away from the officers and goes to his bedroom, his Royal Guardsmen making sure no one can stop him.

The Elkspack has hemmed in the Premier’s Manse and are shelling it heavily. Four Benedict fast attack helicopters are providing His Majesty the Premier a last-ditch defence of his residence.

The Mersidonian Imperial Government has ordered the lowering of all flags to half-staff for seven days and has offered to allow twelve million Oppermenians to resettle in Taiwan and Korea until Oppermenia is liberated again.

[Draos]

the Draosian General growls as the 7th sky corps pulls into the mountains to fight a guerrilla war.

[Goldgamia]

My Navy is now on route to your mainland, my Air force will be shelling your cities and my army will organise massive attacks (Rakdai)

[Oppermenia]

The ElksPack finally breach the Premier's Mansion, and kill all the Royal Guardsmen.
They take Premier Opperman and secure him in a room.
After hearing of the breach of the Premier's Mansion, lesser Oppermenian governments, organizations, and military units and bases submit to the superior might of the ElksPack. The ElksPack close in on the city, officially declaring it and all of Oppermenia as their own.

the Draosian 1st and 5th fleets sail to Iceland to blockade the elkspack.

[Oppermenia]

Superior Oppermenian forces, now under ElksPack control, try to close in on the Draosian blockade in Iceland from all directions and breach the blockade.

[Dyllonia]

Dyllonia refuses to recognize the new Oppermenian government and denounces Elkspack. Dyllonia sends in a small dispatch of Magnam Ferrum guards by plane to try and undermine the occupation.
