As of July 30th, 2018, or late 615 O.I.E. (Old Imperial Era), a major scouting force has been sent out towards the Caribbean Isles. The 1st Brigade of Imperial Marines have been sent out, escorted by an aircraft carrier, three battlecruisers, twelve frigates, and their attendant ships. It is currently unknown where this five will land; led by the Emperor’s youngest son, Prince Baldwin, the brigade is composed of some of the toughest career soldiers in the Empire’s service. A small cavalry and artilery contingent is accompanying the brigade; it is rumored that the small town of Varadero, in what was Cuba, will be used as the home base for the Mersidonians.

the WAU fleet stationed at Bermuda begins doing naval exercises since it's main use was to protect the island and headquarters of the Western Atlantic Union.

[Persia-Kebabistan]

Different divisios of the Persia-Kebabistani Army and Navy capture different areas on Saudia's east coast. They capture five towns in the coast between Kuwait and Qatar. One of the towns has an oil drilling station, which gets possessed by workers from the national oil company, PKOil.

However, the resistance from locals is very strong. The Emir was planning to get control of the entire coast, but the resistance stopped the Navy from expanding beyond the five towns already captured. According to the Emir, the invasion was going terribly.

Draos sends a Representative to Persia in order to form a diplomatic partnership as they Send the Grand Duke to discuss the Details .
The Grand Duchess is sent to Bankok to pick up Alexander so she can spend time with her son having not seen him for at least a week and she had missed him they then fly back to Slolis the Draosian Capital.

[Oppermenia]

Premier Mitchell Opperman announces the date for the wedding, that it'll be within the next RL week. He sends out invitations to all his friends, family, and world leaders. He even sends an invitation to Dominik.
Meanwhile, Kevin must prepare for the Rakdaic groom tradition for the wedding of charming a snake.
Ionia gives him some pointers, saying that charming a snake is no different than taming a wolf. You just have to develop a bond. Kevin says that snakes are different than wolves, and Ionia says that's not true. And so, he learns the art of charming a snake.
Meanwhile, Max Benham gets word that Suryak hasn't responded to their alliance offer yet. "Ugh, damn it! Looks like we'll have to march on Oppermanson without allies. Rally the Packsmen. Prepare to march on Oppermanson."
They're going to march on Oppermanson. Take it. Take back Oppermenia. For the ElksPack.

the Grand Duchess asks her father if the 7th Sky Corps can do join training in Iceland to help prepare for arctic combat conditions since all of Draos's territory is warm weather most of the year .

[Persia-Kebabistan]

When the Grand Duke of Draos lands at New Parsa City, he is greeted by the Emir. The Emir says this:

Hello, Grand Duke! Welcome to Persia-Kebabistan! I will drive you to my palace where we can discuss our nations' partnership!

They get in the car and arrive at the palace after half an hour. They both enter the Diplomacy Room, where the Emir meets with foreign officials.

the Grand Duchess asks her father if the 7th Sky Corps can do join training in Iceland to help prepare for arctic combat conditions since all of Draos's territory is warm weather most of the year .

the Grand Duke offers a Traditional Persian Greeting Gesture.
"Thank you for seeing me I see we have territories very close and I think it would be wise if we opened up diplomatic channels to prevent conflict.
The Draosian 7th Sky Corps fly to Iceland aboard E-201 Troop Transports.

[Persia-Kebabistan]

The Emir, impressed by the Grand Duke's knowledge of Persian cuatoms, considers the Grand Duke's idea.

"I am intrigued by your idea," he says. "Can you please elaborate on the diplomatic channels? Also, what are your country's relations with the world like?"

The Emir wants to be careful with making allies, so he wants to make sure the alliance will be beneficial for both parties and he won't get negative attention from the international community.

However, an alliance with Draos seems like a very prudent idea, so he feels an alliance will be good.

[Draos]

the Grand Duke nodded "simply put by Diplomatic channels I mean regular Diplomatic discussions in case one or the either feels the other is infringing on their land and as for Draosian Foreign policy we are allied with Oppermenia and Rakdai in a political pact called the Western Atlantic union but we are at war with the Suryak and South Acren after their former ally who has surrendered Dyllonia opened fire on Draosian ships trying to break their illegal blockade of Oppermenia."

[Persia-Kebabistan]

"Diplomatic channels sound like a great idea. However, I will be neutral in the war for now until I finish improving the military."

He gets some paper and starts drafting a declaration opening diplomatic channels between them. He shows the Grand Duke the draft and asks if he would like to sign it and/or revise it.

1. Draos and Persia-Kebabistan will open diplomatic communications.

2. They are not necessarily allies but can choose to become so in another agreement.

"We don't wish to involve you in our war. " the Grand Duke chuckled as he signed it after reading it carefully to make sure it doesn't put either nation at a disadvantage,

The Emir makes a copy of the declaration for the Grand Duke to bring to Draos. The Emir asks the Grand Duke if he would like some dinner.

"Is there anything else you would like to discuss?" asks the Emir.

[Draos]

Draos renames itself the Draosian Ascendancy with the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess will be renamed. The Grand Duke is to be the High Chancellor and the Grand Duchess the High Councillor as Draos institutes a policy where a member of each of the Regions is directly elected by their people and can be impeached by their regional congress will be a member of the Royal Council to bring issues involving their region directly to the High Chancellor and High Councillor. other members of the Council will be ministers of various departments of the Draosian Government such as the Finance minister etc.
the High Chancellor nods "Dinner sounds nice and maybe a trade deal could be in the works at a later date."
the 7th Sky Corps lands in the closest Oppermenian base to Oppermanson.

[Persia-Kebabistan]

The High Chancellor and the Emir sit at the table and are served shawarma. As they eat, the Emir says that a diplomatic sector of New Parsa City is under construction and he asks if the Draosian Ascendancy would like to open an embassy there and if Persia-Kebabistan can open an embassy in the Draosian Ascendancy.

He also asks what countries the Draosian Ascendancy has conquered so far and what it is like in Draos.

The High Chancellor eats his shawarma. and in between bites after wiping his mouth to make sure he didn't give offense "Draos would love to have the Emirate form an Embassy in Slolis and have on in New Parsa city life in Draos is mostly peaceful I'd say we only fight if we have to or if the Suryak try to become to expansionistic leading to many clashes and hatred between the two nations with the Ascendancy truly despising the Suryak." the High Chancellor takes another bite. " as for con&quests we haven't really conquered much we have done a lot of peaceful colonization though. Our home islands are the Caribbean Region but our claims range from eastern Central America to South Africa with Madagascar to Thailand. to further build a decent sized trade route."

"That sounds great!" says the Emir. "I will have the construction workers set aside a plot of land in the diplomatic sector for your embassy. Once Persia-Kebabistan's conflict with the people on the east shore of Arabia concludes, I will make plans to build an embassy in Slolis."

The High Chancellor nods "we will begin setting aside a plot of land for your use."

[Persia-Kebabistan]

"Sounds great! I look forward to establishing relations with Draos through our communications and embassies."

After they finish dinner, they go back to the Diplomacy Room. The Emir drafts an agreement stating that the two countries will build embassies with each other. The agreement says that the Emir can choose where the Draosian embassy will be in New Parsa City and the High Chancellor can choose where the Persia-Kebabistani embassy will be in Slolis. Builders from the two different countries will collaborate with each other to build both of the embassies to establish goodwill between the populations.

The Emir asks if the High Chancellor would like the agreement revised. If he says it is good the way it is, they will both sign it and the Emir will give a copy to the High Chancellor.
