You can still colonize
There aren't too many nations RPing on this right now, so if you got right to it, you could probably colonize pretty quickly.

the problem is i can't colonize so much at once

Well, then just don't colonize so much at once
Colonize one region at a time, but you can do it pretty quickly if you make up some posts pretty quickly

maybe not that fast give a little bit of time between them

that way people can't just claim everything before anyone can post a response.

Ok Draos I think people should be able to argue with enforcers in case something is too harsh, so let me make a proposition. People can argue, just not publicly. If they have an argument, they take it up with me by telegram.
