In retaliation for the attacks against us, we are now declaring war on NPE and am invading it with 58,300 of the Kuwaiti troops which we have stationed in our country.

If you must insist on siding with these Nazis in this new conflict then that is perfectly acceptable to us ~~because I am confident that you are no match for the Kuwaiti military~~.

No there isn't but you are prohibited from any actions or behaviour which constitutes 1) godmodding 2) attacking any other nation without their permission (including any refusal to reply to your posts) and 3) any actions which cause or could cause collateral damage to Iraq, Kuwait, USA or any of our allies.
