Hello everyone, just to let you know we have had been requested by Emir Jaber III of Kuwait to assist him in liberating his country from Iranian rule as Kuwait was invaded by Iran. At the request of Emir Jaber III we have responded with the deployment of 700,000 US troops to Kuwait with the intention of liberating the country and handing it back to Emir Jaber III. Please reply if you wish to assist us in our operations.

We've deployed 50000 troops to Kuwait to assist the USA in liberating the country as part of the Coalition. We will withdraw if requested to do so by Kuwait or the USA.

We have no objections to British involvement in our war against Iran.

There are a number of Kuwaiti troops in Iraq who are acting as our defence force since the Iraqi Army was destroyed. I have asked the Emir to mobilise these troops in order to repel the Iranian invasion of Kuwait. I also declare war on Iran and NPE on the basis that I oppose the the Iranian trespass of my country by Iranian troops and the Iranian invasion of Kuwait. I also anticipate that NPE will be supporting Iran, however no hostilities will take place against them providing that their troops do not enter or attempt to enter Iraqi territory. Iranian troops will have had to trespass Iraq in order to reach Kuwait due to our geographical position which is between Iran and Kuwait.

I await the response of Iran and NPE. Should they not respond within a reasonable time I will assume that they no longer wish to continue with their involvement in this war and have surrendered.

We can confirm that it is still our intent to continue this war against Iraq and Kuwait. Due to the Iraqi declaration of war against us we have now mobilised our troops to solely concentrate on liberating southern Iraq from Saddam's tyrannical rule. We have remained neutral in Iraq's actions against Iran although we do consider these justified in the face of Iranian aggression and have provided support to Iraq. All American forces in Iraq have now been mobilised to repel the Iranian aggression against Iraq and Kuwait.

We have mobilised all available Kuwaiti troops to Iraq to deal with the problems caused by Iranians. They are authorised to cross the Iranian border but have not been ordered to do so at this stage. Therefore you may consider the existing Iraqi strength double, however all we have are our Presidential Guard who are not included in the previous figures.

Kuwaiti troops have liberated the 50 sq Kilometer region of Iraq which is situated North-East of Basra. It was taken by Iranian thugs following what seemed an attempt to gain a rather more significant amount of Iraqi territory. All surviving Iranian combatants have been arrested and taken prisoner. We are currently standing by pending further Iranian actions. That said all Kuwaiti troops are still authorised to cross the border if they deem it necessary to do so.
