the Draosian blue guards form a square around the Duke with rifles at position of at-ease in a display of discipline and power to let Bavaria know they are not a nation you can just threaten.

The Zurich police in their dress uniforms, completely unprepared for such a large force start to visibly panic. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister ignores the blue guard and asks the Duke a question.

"Why are your bodyguards not wearing suits? The letter explicitly stated to be unarmed and wear suits!"

More Zurich policemen in dress uniforms go the Premier, Prime Minister and Duke and escort them to a brand new BMW 750li and gesture for him to come in. Their bodyguards to told to enter separate cars, as the Duke, the Premier, and the Prime Minister are to take the same car.
