Oppermenia wants to endorse a candidate. Not interfere, but simply endorse a candidate.
They're conflicted on who to support, but it goes down to two candidates: The monarchist and the pro-Oppermenian.

Draos Suspects Suryak is changing it's stance to put the Pro-Oppermenian in power due to it's name association. and the absolute hatred the Dniestrian (rightfully) have for Suryak. however they don't say anything without proof as the Duchess goes to visit her older brother.
