"The North African Colony of Nuclear France is in turmoil there is a rebel group known as the National Front of for the Liberation of Nuclear France(NFLNF)" said the north african governor says today during a press conference today.The government of the Armed People's Dictatorship of North African Empire has been informed of the rebellion in the colonial lands. The rebels are lead by General Youki Vloidio a former officer in the colonial military of Nuclear France and the governor has ordered the colonial militia to build fortifications around the capital and the rest of rebel occupied lands of Nuclear France. The rebellion has killed 1,000 loyalist police officers and over 12,000 civilians and the attacks must come to a halt in the colony so the government can resume it daily bases.

The Eighth Airborne was alerted that they were now on call and as one the Paratroopers armed themselves with their newly issued M16A4s. The distinctive sound of the charging hammer hitting home was heard, that almost holy smick smack that was a distinct sound unique to only the M16. Sargent Vang stood, scars covered his face and body from the long ago civil war. The Communist north had been defeated with the Aid of Greater Americania and the new American Puppet state of South Vietnam had grown to be a fierce state in it's own right.

Vang smiled as he slipped a clip into his M4. He like all squad leaders were armed with the smaller carbines and had an under-slung M203 for those sticky situations. His men were ready as he was and together they marched to the air field in Saigon. The Eighth was the best unit in the ARVN and together the Devils in Red Berets were ready for war. Now all they needed was their planes and helicopters.

It seems the corruption that was so common in the ARVN had reared it's head again as the vital planes were not where they should be. The Paras sat and waited, the pseudo-declaration of War would arrive far before they did it seemed. With the vital element of surprise lost they prepared all the same, tense but ready.

In almost complete opposite the Air Cav was ready, with several American officers and men it was the most ordered of the ARVN units and quickly was mounted up in their UH-60s and Hueys. Their supporting elements of Cobra and Apache attack helicopters whirred along by their side as the entire force flew from their base outside Đà Nẵng to the staging point just outside of Saigon. Words was some of the hardcore Viet Cong and NVA (which stood for National Vietnamese Army) divisions in the North were being mobilized to deploy in the event that conventional warfare failed.

The small but strong army had mobilized and now like a snake it would strike only when it's prey had exposed themselves.

Major Shaw's force was just hitting the beach head when word from high command was passed down by her radio expert "Major new from the homeland it seems that South-Vietnam has entered the war on the side of the rebels fighting in Nuclear France" the major took the letter from the expert and read it over then turned to radio the fleet offshore "Admiral this is Major Annette Shaw we have a problem it seems that South-Vietnam has entered the war on the side of the rebellion."
