Due to the fact that NPE have not responded to us or our allies within a reasonable time, I am presuming that NPE have no intent of continuing this war against my country and its allies. However I am unsure as to whether they are supporting Iran in the Iran-Kuwait war.

Also if you do anything like that again we and our numerous allies will be extremely pissed off at you. Had your actions succeeded then we would have had no choice but to have our allies declare war on you and liberate your country from your rule. (Edited to remove flame, sorry but given the deaths of numerous Kuwaiti and Coalition troops who were in NPE attempting to liberate the country from Nazi rule we rather pissed off at you.)

If you are talking about Mr Hitler no he didn't but it is 1) generally frowned upon 2) physically impossible and 3) it is against forum rules to destroy / invade a country which does not consent to the war or has withdrawn its consent (whether implicitly or expressly) e.g. ceasing to post on a thread is implicitly withdrawing consent.
