The secondary objective of the MSS operatives will be to secure at least one of these weapons for the Radimostanian nuclear program.

It has worked on the economy and tried it's best appealing to US and Russia in the same time, earning support from both of them. They went on a conquest in the Balkan and successfully seizing most of it with valid reasons for war. Stojam is now a regional powerhouse, the Special Ops are the backbone of all special operations in Stojam. Same applies to IIS except they are the ones deploying agents and intelligence/counter-intelligence and help the Stojamian troops worldwide with their support.
Description of involvement: Since late 2001, at least 15 IIS agents have been deployed in Palmyrion, they were on a mission to scout all nations that are quite far away from them, it was a mission to help expand the sphere of influence to the Stojamian IIS and Stojamian Army in general. Their mission was to gather as much information as possible about Palm'. From Government to economy to major incomes to rebel groups and maybe even sensitive military info and report to IIS so they can help Palmyrion to get trade deals and easy money. One operation was to get a part of nuclear codes but was never executed. Since 2001 there might have been some sacrifices and losses, some agents went MIA, still roaming around, continuing their mission or gave up on it, got a fake identity and started a family. Some were killed in some operations, the last of their missions in their time was that these brave operatives infiltrated one of the Jihadist groups. It was reported the operation failed and the operatives either were left mutilated on a cross swallowed by the Widomaker's Lair or escaped to Stojam with all the Intel they gathered these years or kept roaming around. Soon, all the MIA and casualties will have their past catching up to them with Stojamian Special Ops and IIS are coming back to clean back the mess and maybe do some bidding for the Commonwealth and it's allies. Ran by Carlosian military politician and veteran Estebán Santander, its aims are two-fold; generate profit, and clandestinely increase the power and influence of Santander on the world stage.
Brief biography: Conquistador was founded in 2014 with the merger of Aspida Ltd. and Ebon Security Consulting. It is the largest PMC in Carloso, operating a wide variety of high-tech equipment and employing hundreds of thousands of people both in Carloso and around the world. Due to Santander's prominent position in the Carlosian government and its controversial actions both at home and abroad, it is often attacked by political opposition and Carloso's enemies as either another extension of the country's foreign policy or a genuinely evil organisation, hell-bent on pushing an agenda that will destroy Carlosian democracy.
Description of involvement: Conquistador will be aiding Shōgitai and other ultranationalist groups in their attempt to secede from Palmyrion. It will provide training and expertise to these forces, supplying arms and ammunition while deploying its own forces in the area if the situation escalates. One of its main goals is to secure the nuclear weapons.
Order of battle (where possible): Initially clandestine, possibly a few dozen personnel to train and equip rebel forces. If it escalates further, Conquistador will deploy at maximum 15,000 personnel plus assorted warships, transports and light fighter aircraft. Brief overview of ideology: The Federal Union of Guadalupador is a member of the International Freedom Coalition, and is part of a joint task force to aid its fellow member-state.
Brief biography: Modern Guadalupador was founded in 1893 following an invasion by the Empire of Seitra, prompted the unification of three states into one. Guadalupador rose to regional power status over the course of the 20th century. The current government of Guadalupador arose after a right-wing coup d'etat deposed the democratically elected leader, SACTO intervened and helped to divide the country into two entities: The SACTO client-state known as New Yama, and the Federal Union of Guadalupador. Guadalupador joined the International Freedom Coalition shortly after the division had been finalized.
Description of involvement: The Federal Union of Guadalupador's main military objective is the elimination of the rogue Palmyrian nuclear arsenal. The Guadalupadorian government, acting as one of the representatives of the International Freedom Coalition will pursue a diplomatic solution to the crisis in northern Palmyrion, and will help to open up dialogues between insurgent groups and the Palmyrian central government.

Brief overview of ideology: The Federal Union of Guadalupador is a member of the International Freedom Coalition, and is part of a joint task force to aid its fellow member-state.
Brief biography: Modern Guadalupador was founded in 1893 following an invasion by the Empire of Seitra, prompted the unification of three states into one. Guadalupador rose to regional power status over the course of the 20th century. The current government of Guadalupador arose after a right-wing coup d'etat deposed the democratically elected leader, SACTO intervened and helped to divide the country into two entities: The SACTO client-state known as New Yama, and the Federal Union of Guadalupador. Guadalupador joined the International Freedom Coalition shortly after the division had been finalized.
Description of involvement: The Federal Union of Guadalupador's main military objective is the elimination of the rogue Palmyrian nuclear arsenal. The Guadalupadorian government, acting as one of the representatives of the International Freedom Coalition will pursue a diplomatic solution to the crisis in northern Palmyrion, and will help to open up dialogues between insurgent groups and the Palmyrian central government.

Brief biography: While a small insurgent group in terms of military power, territory controlled by The Greater Marshite state is filled with ethnic Marshites who support the cause. They mostly intend on fighting for their "rightful lands" and will not accept other ethnic groups or religious orders within their lands.

Brief overview of ideology: Gjallarhorn is a right-wing Ultranationationalist Christofascist organization that seeks to establish a Tyrlaw, a government who adheres to the Tyrlandic Stratocratic government model, in the northern part of Palmyrion.
Brief biography: Gjallarhorn was originally created as a volunteer militia when the Tyrlandic settlers settled in Northern Palmyrion. Gjallarhorn soon became an underground organization that recruits Tyrlandic immigrants to either join the militia or takes part in illegal activities like counterfeiting, drug dealing, hacking operations, human trafficking, and many more. Seeing the weakness of the Palmyrian government, the organization is actively working to create a separatist state from Palmyrion and they may or may not be secretly funded by the Tyrlandic government.

Brief overview of ideology: The Organized States is a federal republic located on the North American Continent (URA and I have a tacit understanding that we both exist canonically) with a population of 323 million. A major economic and military power within both SACTO and the IFC, the OS has taken a secondary backseat role in recent years in the IFC and is now seeking to reassert itself as a leader within the organization.
Brief biography: In the last 10 years, the number one National Security priority of the Organized States has to been to prevent the proliferation and employment of weapons of mass destruction, in particular by rogue states and non-state actors. The Sanford Administration recognizes the fact that Palmyrion’s nuclear weapons will more than likely fall into the hands of terror or criminal organizations and believes that the only way to mitigate this threat is to largely eliminate the vulnerability of the nation’s nuclear stock pile altogether by seizing or destroying the nuclear arsenal in the unstable regions of the country in conjunction with its Nifonese and Guadaluporan Allies. While it supports Guadaluporan efforts to seek a peaceful solution to the conflict and while notionally an ally of Palmyrion, the Organized States is growing increasingly impatient and concerned with the growth of the nuclear threat.
