The shop owners were panicking in their confusion as to why Terten decided to have them arrested when all they were doing was peacefully selling anime to the public.

This is a message from President MacArthur: DO NOT send any ships into the Gulf of Mexico today. One of our planes "accidentally" dropped a HyperThermal Mine into the Gulf this morning. If any ships get close to it, it will explode destroying the boat and everything near the gulf. Please for your own peoples safety DO NOT send anyone into the Gulf until the mine is disarmed. Very well. The church is allowed, but laws under the popes Holy See will not be enforced in Dyllonia.
