It would either be so powerful that it would need a nuclear reaction and then cause the EMF wave to travel and wipe out electronics throughout an entire hemisphere. On the other hand, it would be so small that it would put out an EMF wave that would not cause much damage at all to anything within a meter, let alone three VTOL's.

Unless such a time as you can give detailed schematics of this device and how it works, I will write up an RP Post that would reflect this lack of evidence.

What is the EMF reading output of this device then. And, under development does not mean ready for military use as of modern technology. And if it is in development, it really is not ready for use under standard modern technology. Not to mention, having as man satellite with such weapons on it is not feasible within the next 10 to 15 years.

Also, what you fail to realize is that even though my aircraft are vtols, traveling at the speed that they would be traveling at over the water cutting any power to them would cause them to crash in the water and at the speeds in which they would be traveling, any impact with the water would cause the aircraft to break apart upon impact the water surface. That would mean casualties, and if you were to have killed any of the Marines on those aircraft, including my leaders eldest son, that would mean an immediate retaliation with everything that my nation had against yours. You are basically causing all out war with this move.

Now, explain to me the technology that you are using, how you have weaponized it on a small scale, and how you are able to make it so that it won't disable and aircraft. Or else, I will bro play this as I wish, including shooting it down with my guided missile Cruiser that I have within my fleet.

Alright, hopefully this isn't too out of left field. I've actually been planning for the situation to descend into civil war from the start, and I figured that since I was getting less invested with the slow diplomatic stuff and the dancing around of the navies, it would be a good time to start things for real.
