After a day of constant fighting

The Mercenaries are seen loading stuff into their trucks, while stile being in cover. They then provided Heavy Mortar Suppressive Fire for the Trucks to leave.
One at a time drove out of the trenches, until there were no Mercenaries left.

The Mercenaries removed into the Mountains, where they would go into hiding.

The Mercenary Commander would send out a Telegram to the Afreenan President:

"Mission put on hold, need to re-think everything"

At a Missile Site

Lt. General Yedil Rasulev was standing in his HQ, directing orders and messages.

One Major then comes bursting inside the HQ. He salutes and gives him a Note, which states the exact coordinates of SAM Batteries.

"Mhm, good. Right, make 30 Cruise Missiles Ready, I wan't them to attack the SAM Batteries immediatly." says the Lt. General

The Radar Tracking Missiles were readied up and fired at the presumed locations of the SAM Batteries

After the mortar fire some of the buildings were damaged badly, so PCC Janice Velazquez called the Jurestist Corps of Engineers CEO Sadaf Sa'd and asked if he could send the JCE into Khataiy along with some guards. JCE CEO Sadaf Sa'd agreed and approved the sending of 165 JCE workers which is 100 workers and 65 JCE Guards. The JCE personnel would arrive in three weeks in a convoy of trucks which carried the personnel and equipment to repair and fortify the JACT Medical FOB.

JACT Guard Commander Shukri Qamar knew that the Mercenaries hadn't of gone far but it wasn't his job to chase them down. They would be a problem if they were to go out on any more search and rescue missions. JACT Guard Commander Shukri Qamar was informed by PCC Janice Velazquez that the JCE was sending more guards along with some workers to help repair and foritify the base.

(Three Weeks Later)
The JCE convoy arrived and the JCE Personnel unloaded were shown to where they would be sleeping, where they dropped off their personal items after which they got to work repairing and improving the JACT Medical FOB as well as the prisoner units above the three medical buildings. Then JACT Guard Commander Shukri Qamar showed them the basement and one of the JCE workers told him that it was a fallout shealter. JACT Guard Commander Shukri Qamar asked the JCE worker if they could turn it into a prison to which he replied that they could but it would take some time to do. JACT Guard Commander Shukri Qamar told him that he didn't care how long it took but it was needed for the prisoner they had.

JRIA agent Galila Zaahira had finally arrived at the JACT Medical FOB and asked where the fighter was and PCC Janice Velazquez told her where the fighter was but they weren't sure if he was with the Ashura Companies or HTS. Ms. Velazquez said that it was more likely that he was with the Ashura Companies. JRIA Agent Galila Zaahira made note of everything PCC Velazquez told her and then went to where the fighter was being held. After sitting down and staring at him for some time she began to ask him questions about who he was and who he worked for, but the only answer she got was his name which was Rasul Tayeb and that he was pladged to Ashura Companies which are the only two thing he kept repeating for the whole interview, but Agent Zaahira kept asking him questions for hours. Then she desided to start an enhanced interrorgation with the help of a doctor there which they would do the standard interrorgation practices.

JACT Guard Commander Shukri Qamar had meant with the JCE Guards who had orders to take his orders so he would use them in posted positions and as sentries the additional 30 JACT Guards also arrived with three more JACT Follow cars he informed the all of the Guards both JACT and JCE of the situation and of the mercenaries that were out there somewhere. He also told them that the mercenaries could attack them on search and rescue missions or medical evac missions so when they when out there they had to be vigilant and keep their eyes open.

Some of the Doctors had finished retrofitting the bus as a mobile medical clinic so JACT Guard Commander Shukri Qamar order 8 JACT guards and 5 JCE Guards to load up an head out to Suwadiya and provide medical assistance to any civilians there. After that the convoy which consisted of two JACT Follow cars, one ambulance, the mobile medical clinic, and a squad of five JCE Guards. Commander Qamar put JACT Underguard Taha Mansoor in charge of the convoy, before it left the JACT Medical FOB.

"We have the locations of the SAM missiles, they have acquired them from a port in Iskanderun. These are more modern types though, what do you think?" asks one of the UAV Operators

"Well, we need to knock out their radar capabilities, if that means EMPs, then so be it, and let's put a naval blockade on their major ports, we need to control the air," responds Captain Johnson

"Also, they have possessed 18 Ki - 15 Shūsui stealth fighters,"

"Okay, that might be a problem, let's just put our aircraft on full alert, and let's switch our RADAR Waves to longer wavelengths, UHF and VHF cells. They might not be as accurate but they will still give us a chance in air-combat. Just put our planes on alert"

"Yes, sir,"

"And, get me a telegram to Afreena, we have the locations of 3 SAM missiles, let's prepare a strike,"

"One more thing sir,"

"What is it?" snaps Johnson

"A few hours ago, when we were flying over the battle between the KDF and the HTS and the FSA, we noticed another HTS Convoy headed to the battle, should we strike them as well?"

"No-well- maybe, our duty here is to take out any SAM locations, now we have the threat of stealth jets ready to engage with us, right now, let's just send some cruise missiles and bomb them, as for the SAMs, let's ask for permission to use the M1-Q Predator, we can strike the SAMs right now while they are still vulnerable."

We have the location of three of the TYPE 7 CHU Surface-to-Air Missiles that the Khataiyan Government recently bought, they are at air bases around the Iskanderun Governorate. Here is the plan of action, the Huntpublican Airforce will send two M1-Q Predators (stealth drones), to strike the airbases, once we have hit the airbases, our Predators will leave the airspace, and then the Afreenan Missile Force can launch their Thermobarbaric surgical strikes to completely demolish the Airbases. Once that happens, we need to quickly prepare for the strikes on the rest of the SAM locations. Use multiple cruise missiles on each SAM, to give up our chances of hitting the SAMs. We will be waiting for when you are ready, and then we will send out our Predators.

After Captain Johnson sent the telegram, he had the Destroyers to launched 15 M153-Snortons to strike the HTS Convoy, providing some relief to the KDF who are currently fighting both of the HTS and FSA forces.

Mission Success

Out of the 10 Grater Tovakian advisers in Khataiy 6 of them were currently in the three-truck convoy. Khataian soldiers drove each truck with two advisers with him in the cab. In the back were ammo and arms to be delivered to the front, the advisers were rather annoyed that such an important convoy had no escort as Zamak trucks were easy pickings. Then to the left two police technicals pulled up, "thank God an escort" stated one of the advisers in the first truck. Then they opened fire, the machinegun bullets tore thru the first trucks cab killing everyone inside. The second truck swerved to avoid the gunfire but the driver was killed causing the truck to hit a rock and tip over. The last truck's driver braked and grabbed his AK-47 but before he could return fire the second technical MG ripped him apart. only three advisors were still alive, they were dragged out of there trucks and promptly executed on the road, The Ashura companies fighters promptly flipped the one Zamak and were able to get the other two working and drove off with them. The bodies of the convoy members were lined up the side of the road with a sign saying "death to Khairallah and death to the infidels!"

The Missiles would be launched, when the Huntpublicans have started their attack.

With the message sent, Aramas sent an attack order to the Kirov-class. Attack the capital of Khataiy with 13 cruise missiles tipped with fire explosives. He sent another attack order to the drone carriers also. Help the KDF in the ongoing battle. 3 drones were to be launched. 3 Dark-Rider v.2's, each armed with 13 missiles, two high powered mini-guns and a kamikaze mode for....special occasions.
Within half an hour, the missiles were in their way, and drones in the air.

HPAG Operation#1

After a long wait, the troops of HPAG had landed in a desert terrain located about 10 kilometers from the medical facilities of Jurestist, a leader had been designated for each group of 18 agents, which was the number of people each helicopter could carry. Then, the groups of 18 agents were divided into 3 groups of 6 agents, they had enough information to identify the mercenaries, for security and logic reasons, the helicopters were stationed far from the conflict areas, the soldiers took a long time to walk, they observed the movement of trucks on their arrival, but decided not to open fire by not recognizing those who belonged.

Once they could see (from afar), the medical facilities, they realized that they had arrived quite late, there were many damages and the facilities were in a precarious state, the leader of one of the groups, Gabe Shilek, gave the order not to open fire when noticing soldiers and civilians located in the facilities, once the agents received the order, they stopped being in their stealth state to walk carelessly towards the facility, they knew that the fight would have been did and apparently the mercenaries had withdrawn, but at least they were sure that if they returned, they could now participate in a fight, Kristen Srotov, one of the youngest members of the HPAG shouted from afar "Ми прибули!, we are Nyevzky's agents!", to draw the attention of people located far away.
Now that they were in the area, they could start operating, perhaps the rescue operation "failure", since they had not arrived in time due to problems at the borders but, they would at least have the satisfaction of having tried and responded to the call for help, kristen approached the first officer nearby and took off his balaclava to feel more confident, this action was also repeated by Gabe Shilek and Jacob Ventankourt, who was another HPAG leader, Kristen observed him and said a few words: "We came from Nyevzky to help, we regret not having arrived on time but we will not leave here until we know that the area is safe for Jurestist doctors and civilians". The soldiers decided not to enter the facilities, but they surrounded them to make sure that the perimeter was safe. Once they were informed that the area was safe, they sent a message to the pilots of the helicopters to land nearby, in this way they could use the supplies that were in the helicopters.
But right now, Kristen and Gabe were interested and they were forced to speak with the representatives of the local forces of the facilities and with a representative of Jurestis, In this way, they could talk about what happened and find out what they planned to do in the future and see if the HPAG soldiers should stay to protect the facilities.

The mercenaries has retreated into those montains I think but it's not my job to chase them your helicopters can land inside there are desinated helipads there. JCE workers are repairing the damages and setting up a radar system as well as convert that street over there into a runway for planes to land so we can get more supplies from JACT and JCE back home. If whomever is in charge would follow me PCC Janice Velazquez is waiting to talk to you as she's in charge here, but after the attack she has refused to leave her office.

The JACT Medical convoy had made it to Suwadiya and Underguard Taha Mansoor told the guards to set up a perimeter around the bus as they had found a bombed out building were when they parked the bus there was only one way into the area. Underguard Taha Mansoor had them use the JACT follow cars as barricades at the only entrance, then they flew a white flag with a red cross and had a sign that read in Arabic "First Aid Station, Medical Support". After setting up civilians started to hear about what they were doing and started to show enmasse to the point where there was tent-city set up out front of the area. Many of the civilians were begging the JACT personnel there to take them away from the area and someplace safe which Underguard Taha Mansoor wanted to do but couldn't because that wasn't his job to evac civilians away from the area.

This when on for six days with no real aggression.

"Alright, send the UAVs out,"

On board the runway, two M1-Q Predators are lined up for takeoff, along with one F-35C for support. Wsshhh The sound of one drone after the other takes off, then the whirring of the jet-fueled engine of the F-35C can be heard and - wsshh - the plane has taken off. Two of the drone break off to strike each of their own airbases. While the F-35C is off to strike her own.

"Viper, hows it looking out there?" asks one of the observers in the integrated island over the radio.

"Good, we have entered the Khataiyan Airspace, and I am on route to the third airbase," responds Jenny "Viper" Thompson. The F-35C is fitted with 2 AGMs(Air-to-ground Missiles) of the AGM-88 HARM missiles,

"I have a location on the airbase, and I can spot the SAMs," through the radio the sound of two AGMs leaving the F-35C can be heard, "Target struck, I'm pulling out -" On the camera's recording on the F-35C, the airbase was shown to have a blown up runway and a demolished TYPE 7 CHU.

"Good job, now get out of there before you position has been alerted to any other aircraft in your area,"

Simultaneously, the Predators had reached their airbases and have also struck, destroying other aircraft, or the runway of the airbase plus the SAMs.

"Oh, no, no!" shouts the UAV Operator for one of the drones, he frantically pulls up on the joystick, trying to bring the drone up, but on the screen, the drone was seen heading into a hill adjacent to the airbase and then it was cut off suddenly into static.

"F**k!" shouts the UAV Operator,

"What the hell happened?" questions Captain Johnson,

"I frickin' crashed the Predator, that's what happened-"

"Don't give me lip, son! You better make sure you can live up to your expectations next time. But get over it -"

Regardless of the drone crash, the Joint Strike Mission was a success!

While Kristen was talking to PCC Janice Velazquez, the Helicopters went and landed on the heliports, some soldiers went to unload the supplies that were made up of food, ammunition and boxes of first aid, other soldiers remained watching and talking to nearby civilians, while other soldiers decided to try to help JCE workers, and some others remained ensuring and monitoring the perimeter, distrusting the area.

While Kristen was talking to PCC Janice Velazquez, the Helicopters went and landed on the heliports, some soldiers went to unload the supplies that were made up of food, ammunition and boxes of first aid, other soldiers remained watching and talking to nearby civilians, while other soldiers decided to try to help JCE workers, and some others remained ensuring and monitoring the perimeter, distrusting the area.

Well it all started when a search and rescue squad had brought in two rebel fighters one from HTS who has died from his injuries and the other from the Ashura Companies who is being interrogated by JRIA Agent Galila Zaahira for information, but I couldn't tell you what for as the Jurestist government doesn't want to get involved in the civil war. JACT is a private organization I don't know who hired the mercenaries, but it must be some country that doesn't like the fact that we're offering help to all sides. I volunteered to be in charge because every other time JACT has been deployed by the board of directors things go smoothly with no attacks on our Medical FOBs. I also volunteered because my grandmother is from Khataiy and was always talking about how beautiful it was and I wanted to see it for myself. I want JACT Commander Shukri Qamar to go out into the mountains and find them bring back there leader for questioning, but he says that not his job.

Freilibre Armed Forces to use CH-47 Chinooks to reach border

The United Nations Security Council met earlier this week to discuss the Khataiy civil war and since then, resolution S/RES/2398(2018); "The Situation
In Khataiy" was adopted to provide peacekeeping forces to maintain Turkish sovereignty and to promote peace. An intervention is under consideration,
however experts suggest a Russian or Chinese veto is to be expected. Since then, the FACD (Freilibre Administration for Commonwealth Defence)
announced the continuation of the mobilization in the Mediterranean, as well as reinforcements on behalf of the 77th Mediterranean fleet.

Commander of Freilibre Mediterranean Fleet Admiral Catherine Delacroix has stated earlier today about the situation:

"The 77th Mediterranean fleet is comprised of our latest destroyers, missile cruisers, and our largest aircraft carrier by far. We're deeply committed in
our UN mission, and any threat in the Mediterranean will be judged on our behalf, as well as our allies of Turkey, Italy, Greece, Spain, and France. We
must establish an organized force to combat the terrorists that threaten the middle east, and identify possible aggressors that may pose a threat to our
own forces."

It is unknown whether the FACD has authorized airstrikes or missile strikes; according to sources, they are reportedly waiting for Turkish approval.

Meanwhile, the Turkish Armed Forces has begun a complete closure of border crossings in and out of Syria and Khataiy. Freilibre Land forces, UN Peacekeepers,
and the Red Cross are the only exception, the Turkish government says. As this happens, the refugee crisis worsens and thousands are displaced as a result
of the civil war.

The Vraxuis PMC Corporation has also stated it will provide logistical support and special task forces once full invasion forces finish mobilization; the FACD
has clarified that "While Freilibre does not condone any intervention or invasion of Khataiy, under special circumstances, the Turkish forces will; and once
they do, they will have the support of Freilibre." This comes after the recent rumors from Moscow, as Vladimir Putin has outwardly spoken against the
Khataiy government.

Imperial and Royal Air Arm Station Kbely - k.u.k. Strategisches Aufklärungsgeschwader Nr. 6

Unusually for what was an very early summer dawn, Kbely Complex of the Imperial and Royal Air Arm bristled with activity, in briefing rooms and messes lights were on and the quiet sound of china sets clinking, and in behind the closed doors of the hangars the sounds of people at work were clearly heard. The mission being planned was a high-altitude reconnaissance mission with the No. 6 Reconnaissance Group, using the Avro Silver Dart SR.Mk.1A.

Major Michaela Steiner and Oberstleutnant Maria Ignatia Daublebsky Freiin Sterneck von Ehrenstein, flying in Wolverine Six-One today had been at this job for a good part of their last ten years. They had little expectation that this mission on this sunny summer dawn wouldn't be like any other they've conducted over the hostile skies of Belgrade, Bosnia and Qaidi, this time however the anti-air threat was different and potentially even more capable than what it was during their previous missions. The rumour was that their objective had advanced surface-to-air missiles acquired off the open-market, and already people were conducting DEAD against these. Their job today was to verify this rumour by orbiting out at sea over the Eastern Mediterranean and scan for these missiles. Of particular interest was the port of Iskanderun where these missiles allegedly arrived in, according to the Imperial and Royal Evidenzbureau.
There was thus a slight hint of apprehension mixed in with the excitement of being able to fully test the significant defensive capabilities of their aircraft with our two officers, none of the Silver Darts had been ever shot down, though one or two had been lost in accidents while in service with the Royal Air Force, this was going to be a trial by fire even surpassing the S-300V's they faced in Serbia.
At approximately six in the morning, Steiner and Sterneck arrived quite casually to the main hangars, still holding coffee cups from the briefing room, their flight data held in PDA's tucked under their other arms. Yawning slightly before getting into their aircraft, the two senior officers of the 6^th Strategic Reconnaissance Group briefly swapped a nod and then settled in.

In the front, the pilot's position to be sure, Steiner put the main battery on with a click, then turned a little to face the departing ladder.
"Oberwachtmeister confirm right intake and exhaust cleared for startup."
"Yes ma'am."
"Start up engine 1, standby, have rotation." As she put a little juice into the fast spinning turbine, the RB762-4 turbojet from Rolls-Royce roared into action with a bang and a brilliant green flame. Seconds later, satisfied with the performance Sterneck put another radio call to her crew chief.
"Confirm left intake and exhaust cleared for startup. Starting up engine number two, standby, turbine's rotating." And with a second bang her portside-engine also awoke to life, now hungrily devouring the fuel she fed to it.

"Kbely Ground Control, Wolverine Six-One. Engine startup checked out. Requesting taxi to takeoff with information charlie."

Easing into a quarter military thrust the thirty-five year old Major slowly departed the main hangar and casually slipped onto the taxiway.
"Wolverine Six-One ready to go."
"Wolverine Six-One taxi to Runway One-Niner Left for takeoff, Contact Munich Centre at One-Three-Seven Point Eight. Squawk Four-Zero-Zero-Two."
"Wolverine Six-One Roger."
About half a minute from the runway Sterneck finished her final checklists, checked in with Steiner in front of her, and finally patched through to Kbely Tower.
"Wolverine Six-One, Runway One-Niner Left for take-off."
"Roger Wolverine Six-One, taxi to runway and hold."
Casually sitting back a little in the front seat of her gleaming silver aircraft, Steiner went through the checklist one last time.
"Wolverine Six-One, barrier indicators on, wind zero-two-five, change to Munich Control, cleared for take-off."
"Roger, Wolverine Six-One's cleared for take-off."

Putting down the speaker with a satisfied smile, Major Michaela Steiner pushed her starboard and port RB762-4's engines into full wet thrust with a very loud bang. With shock diamonds forming behind her the aircraft roared down the runway, rotated and lifted off smartly into the morning sunlight.

Barely an hour later, slightly south of Cyprus and at an tremendous altitude of 85,000 feet Wolverine Six-One thundered in at thrice the speed of sound. The flight had been uneventful to say the least, they had cruised over Bavaria, Italy and then Crete as they slowly built up the speed and altitude the aircraft was designed for. And as they finally arrived at their designated patrol area Oberstleutnant Sterneck in the back initiated the radar, electronic and infrared reconnaissance systems, and waited for a reaction to their presence. After all, the Silver Dart was not low-observable in any sense of the word and if any radar operator in a four-hundred kilometre radii cared to look up they'd detect it.

JRIA Agent Galila Zaahira had finished her interrogation and had gotten some information which she needed to look over and verify, so she made her way to the new radar dish that the JCE workers installed and began looking at the locations the Ashura Companies fighter had given her which would take her some time so agent Zaahira asked to be left alone for a few hours and that they can do what they wished with the Ashura Companies fighter as she had no more use for him. Then JACT Commander Shukri Qamar told HPAG Leader Gabe Shilek where the fighter's room was and that he could ask him whatever questions he wanted to.

With the tent-city wall competed the JCE workers there had all went to help and retrofit the road into a runway for planes to land and bring supplies to the JACT and JCE personnel as well as food for the civilians which have been gathering in the tent-city by the day. JACT personnel have reported an increase of refugees by 100 per day which has caused JACT personnel to treat only the civilians most in need while turning away many with non life threating conditions. The JACT personnel was hopeful that JCE would finish the runway early so they could get some much needed supplies. As the supplies that the HPAG soldiers brought wouldn't last forever.

PCC Janice Velazquez had received the requistion order from JCE Attendant Sameer As'ad and approved his request for SAM Torrents to protect incoming and outgoing planes to the JACT Medical FOB. She had a bad feeling about having as it could make the FOB a target for attacks so she also requested that JACT send 200 more guards to help with protection of the FOB. She knew that adding more guards would militarize the Medical FOB so she also posted that JACT was looking for medical professionals to volunteer to help civilians in need during the Khataiy Civil War.

JNA Marine SSG Malak Zaher had received information from JRIA Agent Galila Zaahira and he told her once she confirmed it he would authorize a special mission to obtain whatever was there. Though it would have to wait as the JDF High Command needed proof that the information was true.

Meny of the JACT Medical personnel were uneasy about the HPAG soldiers having access to level B areas but they had nothing to hide so they let them look around as long as they didn't touch anything. Ahrar al-Sham technical firing on KDF

With the airstrikes halting reinforcements Ahrar al-Sham, HTS, and various Free Syrian Army groups were cut off in a pocket with KDF surrounding them, however the Syrians were well armed and had experience, they had been besieged before such as during thr battle of Aleppo and more recently in East Ghouta and KDF's fighters were nothing compared to Assad's army, militias, and Russian support.

The Syrians were begining to dig into the hill they were surrounded on using technicals to ward off waves of KDF which had their own technicals and captured Government arms, however with the recent involvement of foreign nations supporting KDF against the Syrian groups, this became a set back for the fighters stuck on the hill as it was only a matter of time before they would run out of ammo, food and fuel, they just had to remain patient and rely on the fighters holding the other villages to hold out as well and be prepared for a counter offensive.

RFL attacking government buildings in the capital

The civil unrest made the opportunity ripe for RFL to carryout their revolutionary activities they have striving for since the 1960s such as with their recent attack on the bank two weeks ago. The group was slowly reemerging with the height of its activity being in the late 70s back during the first civil war. Now to reestablish their influence they began to carryout more terrorist attacks to make themselves known and feared as well as attract support.

The attack on the government buildings was very similar to their previous attack on the bank with armed men wearing suits and wearing red to identify themselves, they arrived in the back of a van and when they reached their destination they got out and began shooting at the buildings going into government offices and gunning down everyone in sight from sectaries, to guards, to people simply visiting out of need, after going into 4 buildings and shooting up the lobbies they drove off quickly, the government was unable to react quick enough or catch them, and the Capital region was put under a state of emergency.

With the defense ministry releasing a statement saying:
"We will find perpetrators and avenge those who died, and there will no fate for them other than death and all those who associate with the Communists will share their fate."

Aftermath of the Missile Strikes by The United Artherian Federation

It was quite a tragic day for Antakya with the terrorist attack carried out by RFL and the missile strikes from the United Artherian Federation, the missile strikes caught the city off guard with the government's air defense system not even recognizing the incoming missiles as most of the equipment was older Soviet technology, in 2016 the Government talked to Saudi Arabia and other Gulf States about purchasing some of their equipment which was used to intercept missiles fired Yemen but the shipments were set for mid-2019 with another year still left to go, and the newly purchased SAMs were still being set up and the operators being trained and so on. The missiles striked randomly in the capital killing numerous people ambulances rushed to the scene, the city was in chaos with the RFL shooting of government offices and various parts of the city being hit by missiles.

Ashura Companies fighters attacking government forces

The fighting on the highway had gone for days, the fighters from Ashura Companies mostly wore black to look both intimidating but also show their loyalty to Imam Hussein and their commeration of Karbala and saw their current fight as modern Karbala and saw themselves as holy warriors fighting against the corrupt tyranny of Sunni led Baath Party that had long repressed Shia organization and other forms of association in fears of Shia revolution similar to the one in Iran in 1979 or the unrest that gave rise to Hezbollah in Lebanon as well as the Iraqi Shia unrest in the early 1990s.

The Government had maintained the position that this civil war was the creation of foreign powers and was if anything a good thing to purge the country of traitors and other trouble makers, Television stations were frequently inerupted to report on Government gains and attacks as well as ridiculing rhetoric to dehumanize and deplete the moral of the various opposition groups the media referred to Ashura Companies as Rafidha meaning Rejectionists and to the Kurds as Devil children. The gunshots rattled and the rounds littered the streets, government forces held the sides of the road shooting from both directions while Ashura companies fighters were forced to take cover behind their captured trucks which became filled with bullets and some becoming rendered unusable due to the damage from the gun shots, the government clearly had the defensive advantage as well as a professional army with better equipment, it was expected for Ashura Companies to soon retreat back to Suwadiya.

The room was filled with flashing cameras and indivudals holding up their phones, cameras, and tape recorders trying to capture the President, he was talking in a firm voice and his stature showed he was serious and certain in what he was saying, after every statement he made dozens of people would talk simultaneously asking various questions,

"Presidnet Khairallah why did you leave the country?"

He made a disgusted look and replied,
"three people have already asked this same question, the country is unstable and our government's officials are in very serious danger and a country needs its leadership to survive in times of crisis, to condemn me or any official who left is a condemnation made in ignorance, the Americans have a system in place for their leadership to survive they have been fortunate enough to not have to use it but we have had to, it's very simple, next question please."

Several people started asking,

"President! Do have any remorse for what you did to the Kurds?"

He nodded his head and let out a slight chuckle,
"I have done nothing to those people, everything that has happened they brought on themselves they blamed us for bombing their rally when there is evidence that shows either they did it to blame us or Daesh possibly did it, but the former is far more likely, if the Kurds want to reconcile they need to talk to us, we withdrew our forces, we left them alone after evicting the villages necessary for construction and they need to understand they are not the only people in Khataiy or on Earth and that we have an economy to manage in a competitive world..."

Another Journalist yelled before he could finish,

"You admire Saddam Hussein, you even emulate his rule except unlike him you are a coward he had the courage to stay and get hung!"

The President made a dirty look then swiftly replied,
"Normally I wouldn't dignify such stupidity with an answer but obviously your parents never put you in your place, firstly Saddam was a hero who defended his nation and the allegations against him that you are insinuating against me are very childish and plain stupid, secondly Saddam had far more resources than us and likely didn't realize the danger that was at the moment, and my country will not loose its leadership to the various insurgents and foreign powers like Iraq lost their nation to the Iranians and Americans we will survive and fight on unified if God forbid our country is overtaken by any hostile forces."

The next question came,

"How will you handle to the various opposing forces and what are your views about the Syrian rebels attacking KDF?"

The President replied with,
"That's a very good question, we will fight them harshly and relentlessly they will be made examples of what happens to traitors and those who commit treason, and I invited the entire country to take part in the purging of the traitors, so yes if you know a Communist, a Kurdish terrorist separatist, an Iranian mercenary who claims to follow the ways of Imam Hussein go ahead and end his life don't even bother reporting them, our resources are strained just relieve us of their disgraceful presence and worthless lives, we don't want them in our country. As harsh as it sounds I want my beloved people to know that we and them are one, the Government is made up of the people and is run by them for them, this is our second revolution in purging the traitors, thank you."

He walked off stage with many journalists still trying to get answers out of him.

Thousands upon thousands of pills, each of them a pill of compressed sugar, and diluted in it are about fifty milligrams of active ingredient. The pills are packaged away in blister packs, as pure as if they came from a pharmacy, or a drug factory.

Finally, sent by the unknown benefactors are thousands of rounds of rifle ammunition, produced by a variety of factories . The ammunition ships in multiple colorful boxes – that might cause an observer to believe that the 'brothers in Ummah' were purchasing it in a hurry, grabbing any available 5.45 cartridges that they could find with an underground gun dealer or at a store.

The ruse is nearly perfect.
