Yes the city is blockaded by sea, as for a peace keeping force you dont need a new faction for that, it would still be your nation.

Yes the city is blockaded by sea, as for a peace keeping force you dont need a new faction for that, it would still be your nation.

In regards to the blockade, I think that a standoff would be cool and two of my subs in the area could either help cool the situation or help khataiy and escalate it either would be cool.

I forgot to advice you all ships excepting the hospital ship of the Mercy class has ASW capabilities integrated in their systems as basic requiriment and also the ship it's the IRL Japanease Helicopter carrier that it has ASW capabilities and the H-60 (licensed version of the US black hawk helicopter) has those capabilities and the Akizuki destroyers too in other words we might end in statemlent,phyrric victory in my side and possible defeat if fight breaks out since you have the Khataiy navy on your side and if they have an large group of ships in the area that's a problem

Alright so a few naval intelligence officers will be shot tonight for there terrible abilities, I assumed you had ASW on ships (at least the destroyer and frigate) but those aircraft just screwed me over, thanks for the heads up though. Do you have any fixed wing ASW like P-8s or P-3s?

Yup all ships has that (destroyers,frigate and helicopter carrier) execpt obviously the Hospital ship of course and no we don't have an P-3 in the area but we have an AWACS E-2 and no problem. (Tovakia)

Also guys sorry if there is any confusion but for most of my equipment I use the NATO reporting name as they tend to be easy to say and for some reason the Russian like to name there stuff (especially the subs) the same names.
