Currently at over 10,000 char. (Though that also includes a list of rules, and all my code.) I'm heading off for a while. I'll be back; possibly get some more work done on it before I go to bed. I only have a few more segments to type before I'll be done, though I will want to look over it and possibly do a few revisions before I post.

What can I tell you?, we're just a city state located in a peninsula SOMEWHERE in the North American west coast, the main city is surrounded by 3 canyons, West, Carbon and East, and since there's many crap that I can't remember, here's the overview factbook, if something is missing from there, just shoot a question.

2. What are some of the... less pleasant lifeforms in YN? Be it sheer danger, outright creepiness, or just being an unpleasant pest. Doesn't matter if native or invasive. Please list as many as possible.

Well, first of all, we don't have any sort of 'native' beliefs regarding the end of the world, the only ones we have are foreign, religion induced ones (Mainly the christian end of the world) and the ones based on scientific facts (Basically global warming and the sun becoming a hypernova).

Secondly, because of the universe Palmont is set in (AKA: Need For Speed universe), life forms other than humans are strange to the point of non-existence, animals are kept on zoos and the only thing that is in the wild on Palmont are Deers, because of the fact that it's the national animal but, just for the purpose of the RP, I'll make something up:

• Kobarashi (Japanese-like name just because in my lore they are legends from Kings Park, which is a Japanese populated area): Initially fox-like creatures that inhabit the canyons that surround Palmont, they usually consume other living beings to take away their energy and (if they want) assume their form, they are fast learners and they will use their abilities to mimetize with the environment surrounding them to obtain the life energy they need to survive, their favorite preys are the people that crash their cars during canyon duels (A street race event BTW), because they are strangely more energetic than other life forms, these creatures are strangely seen in their original forms, and rumors say that some have even entered Palmont City, but nobody is sure if such things are true, considering the scientific community has refused to study them, but one thing is sure, they are highly dangerous, if you encounter one of these creatures, start running, although, it's probable that you won't survive anyways.

I don't care if the answer is: poison oak, parasitic wasps, killer bees, and fire ants. That'd still be a good answer and give me lots to work with.

Well, talking about plants, Palmont is pretty much a mash up of stuff, with Kempton featuring a 'Tropical' vegetation (Palm trees, some small flowers, pretty small bushes, etc) whilst Fortuna and Downtown have much of a northwest 'Murica feeling to them (Pine trees, bigger bushes, some poisoned mushrooms and the like) and Silverton & San Juan are pretty much deserted (Cactuses, rolling plants, dried out trees and such)

Regarding insects, the only problem Palmont has are common flies and a small mosquito problem in Kempton, besides that, nothing worth to note.

Animals, as I said, are mostly kept to zoos, and the only thing that MIGHT roam the streets are rats and cats (Street racers ran over all the dogs XD)
