You’re watching the television. The cable news stations are all covering the topic of the month, the rise of the Gentleman Gamers and their activities in Chad. Not just their showing up there, but their overthrow of the country, a regional power in West Africa. The move sent waves through the multiverse, but more importantly, it drew the attention of those in the nations around Chad in the surrounding region.
Suddenly, the news about the Gentleman Gamers conquering Chad fades away, and the channel switches to coverage from nearby Benin, which is a country in West Africa bordering Nigeria and somewhat close to Chad. The channel shows a dark skinned woman standing in front of the camera, the lower half of her face covered by a purple bandana. Her clothes are a contrasting black and she’s dressed up like she’s a military member or something. She has an AK-47 on her back and the camera slowly zooms out to show that there’s other women dressed in similar styles and holding similar weapons. Their identities are all concealed, but they’re standing in front of a black and purple flag that indicates their allegiance.
“Hello, sisters of the world. Recent events involving the rise of misogynists in Chad has proved to us that the war on women is in full swing. Misogynists no longer keep their tendencies a secret, but flaunt them openly, deposing the legitimate government of Chad as they treat women, or “Staceys” as they refer to them, as their property. We will not stand for this any longer. Our army of 500 feminist sisters has deposed the all male government of Benin and we are disbanding the 4,750 man military force of the country and replacing them with female conscripts from across the nation,” the woman says.
“We will also be radically altering the social structure and dismantling the state, with the end goal of turning Benin into an Anarcha Syndicalist Commune by and for the women. We invite foreign sisters from all countries to come and help us protect our new creation from the Patriarchy, and from the Chadian misogynists. We will need help deporting all of the men and boys to Chad, and harvesting sperm samples for the purposes of reproduction without males. The camera zooms in on the woman’s face again. “Be warned, misogynists. We have already won in Benin and we will not be defeated by threats from abroad.
