In Aruias history during the harvest periods of fall and end of spring it was a Kaelcetian tradition in Aruia go to one of the major port cities and bring the best catches, food, crops and trades, then for a week on celebrate with food, songs and bartering.
In modern Aruia the event became an international with nation sending their own stand to share the nations culinary taste in the festival. Each year every nation that partake in the festival bid a venue in Aruia to host, while every day of the week various events take place that involve culture sharing and celebrations.
