The Russian Federation of Woodana has broken out into a civil war! On the East side of Woodana, it has seceded from the West Side of Woodana. The Eastside has become the Insurgency, while the Westside becomes the Federation Union. The cause of this war is for the Union's oppressive government, everyone who agrees with the Insurgency crosses the border to join them. Whilst this is happening, on the political side, Woodana has chosen 2 leaders for each side, President Harold Johnson for the Insurgency, and President Tom Vex as the Union. The Union is in lower numbers due to everyone fighting in the Insurgency.
To Clear Up Confusion:
I know the political part is confusing since President Harold Johnson is the current president of the entire Russian Federation, the explanation is that the Vice President of Woodana decided to be oppressive for a while, when Harold later found out the government was lower civil rights and political freedom, the attempted to stop Tom Vex, but he nearly overthrew Harold. Harold then declared a Civil War to fight Tom Vex
