You can still have some of Titan and maybe Dione. Also, you are WAY too powerful for the size of your nation. You can be a little OP, but you should only be able to muster an EIGHTH of the fleet you have. You have a population of 6 million and a Defense Budget of 7.63 Billion while I have a population of 448 million and a Defense Budget of 3.3456 TRILLION! Our armies are the entire population of your nation. We will end you if you do not surrender.
I'm going to void that attack unless you make it at least a quarter of what it is now.

OOC: Mm. Yes. Let's talk about OP. If we go by your oh so beloved NS stats, that leaves you with a military budget of roughly 3.3 trillion NSD. If we go by the costs incurred to bring the Cassini-Huygens probe to Saturn, the most recent mission out to that distance, we'll find that the cost is roughly $1.2 million per kilogram of payload mass. Considering that the average human weighs 62 kg, we then find that each of those ten million soldiers you reportedly have on Titan ran you $80 million to put out there. The net cost for such a movement of men is then $800 trillion, or about 250 times your defense budget, and about 8 times the GDP of modern Earth.
Furthermore, as for your assertions that *I'm* the OP one, note that due to Titan's weak gravity, my people are at baseline, quite flimsy, that Titan's surface area is roughly the same as Russia, a nation which you would not consider OP were it to arrive in this thread, that hull breaches on any settlements should be highly effective in killing them en masse, and that I can literally provide you with proof that every last scrap of technology I have provided does in fact work, you have the gall to call me the OP one.
Of course, if you'd like to go with NS stats, I can always use my main nation with a population of four billion and a GDP of 570 trillion instead of this puppet that I created specifically for fairness, and proceed to convert this lunar system into radioactive ash. Or, we could do the fun thing, and just roll with this, since the way NS works doesn't even really make our claims conflict.

I wasn't talking about your settlement or any other thing, I was talking about your Fleet size.
I ALSO SAID YOU CAN BE A LITTLE OP, JUST NOT THAT MUCH!
You can have not a gigantic fleet, but a sizeable one. Do you have a medium-sized puppet that you could use?

OOC: Tell you what, how about we compromise here some? I axe the frigates from that fleet, and we peg the population at a fair 350 million. This way, you still get to try leveraging OOC stuff to win despite having no authority to do so as you aren't the OP of the thread, and I still get to have my space boats.
EDIT: Since you're taking uncharacteristically long to respond, I'll go ahead with my posting the minute this gets an okay from someone.

"Approximate distance?"
"Ten thousand kilometers." Gutiérrez liked this. The distance was somewhat large, but still more than workable.

The Casaba howitzer was a remarkable weapon. Using radiation reflectors and a styrofoam disk, it focused the blast of a nuclear weapon into a single direction, and added significant force to it in the process. Rather than the usual ineffectiveness of nuclear warheads in space at doing anything more than melt the top layers of armor, each of these 1.2 meagaton weapons could tear through thick armor with relative ease, sending impulse shock throughout adjacent compartments and killing most any personnel inside.
The lasers, of course, were to ensure that the missiles arrived on target. By focusing their pulsed beams on enemy optics, they would destroy beam weapons, which were the only things preventing the missiles from striking where intended. By the time kinetic point defenses were in range, the missiles would simply have accelerated too much to effectively be hit by such sluggish weapons. In a similar attack at anti-missile defenses, the ship's EWAR systems came online, dazzling the enemy with radio bursts and hacks, seeking to allow the missiles to safely demolish their foes.

From the airstrip outside, hundreds of drones took off into the sky. Each was equipped with a blue-green pulsed laser for carving through armor, and a 12.7 mm autocannon loaded with explosive fragmentary rounds for cutting infantry to ribbons. Defensively, they possessed optical camouflage, as well as graphene plating on their bellies to reduce damage from ground-fired weaponry. They reached incredible speeds exceeding mach seven, using a variant of a Bussard ramjet designed to scoop methane from the atmosphere, and use it as fuel to accelerate.
On the ground, the arcology's defenses were readied. Tens of thousands of infantry rushed to defensive positions in their powered armor, and armored slabs were placed to cover the glass material of the various domes and pyramids over the city, preventing loss of air without serious effort on the part of the enemy. Behind the first lines of defense laid the railguns. Each of these high powered monstrosities was able to hurl hundreds of kilograms of explosives across vast distances, using GPS satellites to target high concentrations of enemy troops and detonate amidst them, flinging hot shrapnel into them. The sound of their fire was thunderous, shattering the sound barrier as fire was sent careening into the enemy soldiers still hundreds of kilometers away from the arcology.

OOC: If the core is just like Earth's, then it would just be Iron and Nickel.
An EMP shield envelopes our army, disabling drones and misslies as they come.
5 light cruisers drop a fast oxidization catalyst, that starts eating through the military bases of Grand Republic of Titan.
15 Arrowhead-class ships are readied. The Arrowhead is a half-kilometer space warship that has a tall, thin front and a slim round back. It has only a few cannons, but is very fast, has a relatively strong tractor beam, and is constantly surrounded by thousands of small drones that work as cannon fodder. When in battle, the front half becomes superheated, enough to slice a ship in half. The Tooth and Nail is a specialized 15 kilometer long ship with spires that open up and can stab multiple ships at a time.
The Rakdaic leader of Titan is willing to parley with the Grand Republic of Titan.

Since the last war, tech has advanced, so you're allowed to do space combat. Also, as long as it's reasonable, you can use sci-fi weapons.
Do NOT bunny (control another player's nation), powerplay (see quote of Nepenisea) or godmod (basically be overpowered). You can void posts you deem to be godmodding, but be reasonable.Nepenisea wrote:OOC: Just to remind you, you can do something, but you can't describe the effect it has. Only the person who is being affected can. And don't downplay the effect.
