July 1st, 1964. A message comes through the mail. It was from Parliament, directed specifically to Joseph himself. In the envelope, sat a piece of paper, which has this to say: -"Dear Mr Lane, after careful consideration between our men at Parliament, we have come to the conclusion of permitting this to go forward, but you will head the talks, as it is your idea. We wish you the best of luck in this endeavor, and may god be with you.." Joseph jumped with joy, but then went into a thinking pose a moment later, wondering how will he get it moving. He chose in the end to send invitations to the location, then they'll sort it out in the sit-down.
- Only join in if invited. People can watch, but the talks will happen between the main nations.
- Play fair. These are diplomatic talks, not a war. No need to go all 'lets kill X here and now!'
- Have fun.
