The Chaos-Bringer [OOC/All-Tech/Signup]

Note: The IC thread can be found here.

The Chaos-Bringer. The Planet-Eater. The God of Destruction. The God of Chaos. The Lord of Chaos.

Throughout history, He has gone by a variety of names, though they all determine a singular entity: Unicron. According to Primalist mythology, he was the moral antithesis of Primus Lifegiver, Unicron Chaosbringer represented chaos, darkness, impurity and hatred, while Primus represented light, goodness, purity and love. Together, they formed their own rival pantheons: the Guiding Hand and the Pentacore respectively. For eons, they fought one another while mechanical life - the Knights of Cybertron - blossomed on the youthful planet of Cybertron. Throughout the Godwar, the primeval organic races who existed (most of whom were extinct by the 27th Century) greatly feared Unicron; he was notorious for his penchant for conquering them and converting them into his minions or simply eradicating them. He wanted to cleanse the Universe of all life and move on to the next, possibly because he despised all life other than himself. Eventually, however, he and his Pentacore was defeated by the Guiding Hand despite Mortilus' betrayal, and so his consciousness (his core consciousness, his spark and his brain module) was sealed away, locked inside of a dead mechanical world, seemingly for all of eternity.

However, rumours circulated that Unicron had returned to consciousness and that he was going to go on a galaxy-wide rampage, possibly resulting in the destruction of the entire Universe. For millennia, these rumours had been dismissed as the rants of madmechs driven to the brink of insanity by the endless eons of war, and so they were locked away by the Decepticons, never to be seen again. However, those rants may have been proven true.

Just recently, footage from a planet relatively close to the Sol System was revealed crumbling apart towards a bright light, with two horns sinking into the planet. Several starships were spotted attempting bravely to flee the planet's impeding destruction, but they too were pulled into the mysterious being's maw. Incidentally, the Decepticons lost contact with a colony planet relatively close to that planet a few weeks ago, and recent reports revealed that the planet had "crumbled apart into nothingness." As such, the Decepticons pulled together the clues and drew a conclusion: it was Unicron Himself, and he was heading for Earth. The only thing he feared was the Matrix of Leadership, owned by Optimus Prime, which could potentially seal him away and/or destroy him for the rest of eternity.

RULES:

1. No Godmodding, no Autohitting, no Metagaming, etc.
2. If you aren't familiar with Transformers, then I'd advise you to follow this link for this RP.
3. Follow NS' rules: e.g. no flaming or personal attacks in the OOC thread. Also, The Alternian Imperium is my co-op for this RP.
4. This will be a survival horror game with elements of action and war.
5. There will be four factions in total: one faction will be the Autobots, whose goal would be to destroy Unicron using the Matrix of Leadership. Another faction will be the Decepticons, who want to use Unicron as the device that will lead them to the conquest of the Universe, and potentially beyond. The third faction shall be the Heralds of Unicron, who want to aid Unicron in the destruction of all life in the Universe. Finally, there is the fourth and final faction: the Neutrals, who are simply those who are neutral in the conflict.
6. Since this is a syncretic RP in terms of technology, I don't want for PT nations to be absolutely obliterated by FT nations. As such, you must exercise restraint when fighting nations who are weaker than you; e.g. no atomic weaponry when fighting with a medieval nations if you are a spacefaring federation. You may go all-out on a nation with an equal level of technology as you, but, as said before, don't godmod or metagame.
7. You are allowed to change allegiances in the RP at any time, but it is ideal that you tell us beforehand to prevent any OOC confusion.
8. For FT and above nations, you may have a maximum of two million soldiers and two thousand starships in each ORBAT. PMT, MT and PT nations are exempt from this ruling since they are typically much weaker than FT nations.
9. You must write at least two paragraphs at minimum.

Priority C3
Priority C3 allows the Hexagon Empire to constantly clone and/or fabricate anything they need, provided by Alpha-Zero itself. Fighting gods is not easy at all, without constant reinforcements and supplies. Total war, nothing is banned, war laws are void.

Pierenne's Interlink
Enhanced connection to Pierenne's Interlink allows for unbroken connection to the Hexagon High Command, and for constant supplies. Ships and terrestrial outposts could also exchange crew and weapons using this asset. However, communications may be easier to hijack and/or be compromised.

Advanced Aspect of Reality
Installed Mobile Aspect of Reality Servers are given extreme power, and have surpassed their limits. Time is meaningless. Reality is disfigured. Everything is destroyed. Insanity takes hold. All space is unknown, and fate moves to our favor. All is lost. Nothing is forgiven.

Do You Agree To Follow The Rules?: Yes.
Is There Anything Else I Should Know About?:
The Hexagon is a hodgepodge of different tech levels.

FFT-era technology.
FT-era designs.
Early-FT-era ships.
PMT/FanT-era weaponry.
MT-era vehicles.
PT-era tactics and morals.

We have very weak interstellar ships.

Hostile to Ordocravia, and possibly to you too, once we see your affiliation/attempted siding with Unicron.

Accepted.

As for changing anything, we'll see what happens in the RP. If you're fighting against a PMT nation, for example, then I would like to know how many soldiers you're deploying and what you're using in that specific battle; it's just to make sure it's fair.

by Shwe Tu Colony
I'm here to sell some stuff. Like guns. & clocks. & JESUS.

NS Nation Name: Shwe Tu Colony
Canonical Nation Name: The Demon Empire's Colony of Parfuhmerie
YN's Population: 2 million (ignore all other statements on my population, this is the one I'll be using)
What Tech Level Is YN?: Fantasy Tech probably on par with Future Tech, but technologically it's late Renaissance-era science just before the steam engine & factory.
Government Type: Meritocracy under Sekka's rule where hated officials can be voted out.
Political Ideology: Parfuhmerie is technically a dictatorship since Sekka benevolently rules over it, while the Demon Sovereign is a devout dictatorship for good reason.
Economical Ideology: Capitalist with tariffs.
Who Will You Side With?:

The Autobot Commonwealth [ ]
The Second Cybertronian Empire: [ ]
The Heralds of Unicron: [ ]
The Neutrals: [X]

Initial ORBAT:
Guards at the store: One member of Gesh'rigu will always be present on the grounds alongside a gravity wizard, who can summon crushing gravity to cause soldiers to fall to the floor or for bombs to harmlessly drop, three high-ranking magical medics, ten third-rank Parfuhmerian assassins, a fifth-rank assassin, two fourth-rank assassins, & a warden-class bishop, who will be creating wards over the store to prevent damage. The store will be positioned somewhere away from the battlefield & Unicron.
Veil & Moonlight Bed (Hurricane White will not be sold). Other poisons may become available later on.
Healing & medicines — including those for curing poisons — of which only Parfuhmerians are likely to know unless someone has somehow met with a Parfuhmerian toxicologist at some point (which is not impossible).
Decent-quality food & drink, which would probably taste better than an MRE.
Decent-quality lodging for soldiers.
Captured Great Stags, moose that can overturn even a tank with only a slight amount of difficulty or charge to gore enemies with its large antlers. It is greatly advised that one treat these moose well, for they can easily shatter through any cages or chains. Not only that, but some say that nothing can stop the charge of a Great Stag, who have been reported to take cannonballs to their legs & still move while barely being slowed. Further increasing their fearsome reputation is how even the Berserkers of La Friglas, the region where Great Stags are from, fear the yell of a Great Stag despite all their crazed bravery; it is a signature sound sounding somewhat like a hoarse screech or the high-pitched noise of metal grinding & also signifies the imminent charge of the creature. How a Great Stag can be defeated will not be revealed by their masters or Parfuhmerians, although it is most likely many bullets or a mine.
Magical weaponry, for once.
Assassin contracts, for once.

Attempts to steal the portal will cause a volatile explosion in the area — this is due to the intentional creation of it. Attempting to go through the portal for those not affiliated with Parfuhmerie's store will fail; those that try will be ejected from the portal. Hitting the store won't exactly be a declaration of war, but Parfuhmerie will be annoyed & depending on how severely you do it may either sell exclusively to your opponents or send small forces to attack in retaliation.

Do You Agree To Follow The Rules?: Except for the part on exercising restraint on my nation — which I insist that I won't need because any force too powerful that invades Parfuhmerie will be noticed by the Psytrines, whose magical abilities should probably balance most advantages an enemy may have — yes. Unless, of course, Pax is just as insistent that there should be restrictions, at which point I will follow by that rule. Otherwise, I don't think it will be needed.
Is There Anything Else I Should Know About?: Parfuhmerie & the Demon Empire is choosing to remain neutral out of caution. The Sovereign knows that helping Unicron may bring doom to his own universe (or a battle between deities, if Unicron tries to walk in), but also he's considering trying to use it to threaten the Ashan civilizations so then he can attack them while they're distracted. Oh, & I probably won't find the restraint necessary on my guys — if anyone tries to actually siege Parfuhmerie, they'll attract the attention of the mighty Psytronius, who won't like a new civilization waltzing in since they'll feel threatened. This might be a problem in the event that Hexagon tries to go after the deities in Parfuhmerie's world (which I beg them not to do because hoo boy it either won't be a fair fight or very unlike the deities). & if they did, Mac would become the least of their problems.

YN's Population: 2 million (ignore all other statements on my population, this is the one I'll be using
What Tech Level Is YN?: Fantasy Tech probably on par with Future Tech, but technologically it's late Renaissance-era science just before the steam engine & factory.

Guards at the store: One member of Gesh'rigu will always be present on the grounds alongside a gravity wizard, who can summon crushing gravity to cause soldiers to fall to the floor or for bombs to harmlessly drop, three high-ranking magical medics, ten mid-ranking Parfuhmerian assassins, a fifth-rank assassin, & a warden-class bishop, who will be creating wards over the store to prevent damage.

Accepted.

I could have Parfuhmerie send messages out to everyone except the threatening people (found through... intel), encrypting them with this one metal they have so then Hexagon's associates can only talk about Parfuhmerie in an undecipherable jumble of letters while the letters would be read as an undecipherable mess. With this, Hexagon probably won't be able to find out anything about Parfuhmerie, until they randomly encounter the storefront & decloack it. Should keep us both from destroying each other (& considering Hexagon's tendency to target gods, that's all for the best).
