I don't use soldiers for border patrols... Sudbrazilian soldiers are only deployed in villages and towns.

I'm thinking that our boots on the ground in Rorwich somehow manage to recover Tundran weaponry being smuggled to the rebels. Seeing that these weapons are not familiar, unidentified, and are even of unfamiliar higher tech, they take the weapon back to the Palmyrian Mainland, then taken to University of Palmyrion - Los Baños and the Palmyrian Royal Military Academy for scientific inspection and possible reverse-engineering.

Looks like this RP might hit the Palmyrian mainland.
