I've learned that our map features the 1997 layout for Morocco's regions just like it features the 2001 layout for Libya's regions. The spreadsheet will be modified accordingly but we will be using those applicable values rather than redraw the map.

After a great deal of thought, and in recognition of my tendency to want to explore a try different ideas, I have decided to change my nation again. Due to the fact that this is my third (fourth?) change, I am aware that from a claim point of view I will need to become a 'new player' and abide by the new player restrictions, therefore I will be submitting a new claim in that regard shortly.

I am hopeful that this new claim will ensure that I have the flexibility to explore all the ideas I wish too, and that this will by my final change.
