My population requires a modest update to 231,820,937, as this is the most up-to-date number given my actually completed claims, as my previous amount had incorreclty included part of my Austria claim! I will, of course, update my population again once my Austria claim is complete.

I'd provide some threads written an IC manner focusing on those topics, and have it as a thread written as if it were a magazine publication etc. aiming for style and tone of a publication like Autocar or Lonely Planet etc. as an idea.

Would this be an NPC claim and if so, would I need to fill out the form, and do my ideas conflict with existing canon?

People have already claimed nations I'd considered (South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and United Kingdom all claimed); so I thought this may be one way to claim elements of them.

I've said as much via telegram, but I figured I'd join Italian Mafias voice in agreeing that this sounds like a wounderful idea. The idea of having a third-party media organisation, or similar, that can use the events of our threats as articles, based on what's available, is a brilliant idea that will had a great deal of depth to the canon and perhaps even open oppourtunities to other writers, with intereviews, press conferences and the like.
