In an announcement made earlier today by the Holy Father Judas I, the Holy Cee has sent the 1st Mechanized Ceean Guards, the 13th Judas Escariot Special Unit, and the 7th Mary Magdalene Medical Support Group in support of the Luxembourgian Nationalists. The Holy Father mentioned in his speech that the Luxembourgians deserve a right to establish their own sovereign nation, that the Catholic tradition must be restored in Luxembourg and persecution of Catholic Luxembourgians must stop. The Holy Father emphasized that the Theocratic Ecclesiarchy is committed to defend the Catholic faith and stop the barbaric secular idealogies of the Marxist Brigade.

Quick question. If I initially sent less than the maximum limit of 10,000 troops and 100 tanks, can I add more so long as it doesn't go further than the stated limit? My additional troops would be of course will be sent according to the developing RP as we play out the war, so it doesn't look like they suddenly came in. Sort of like, for example in the initial stages of the war the Luxembourgian Nationalists (LN) lose a lot of troops and my nation feels like to send more troops, etc.

I guess inRP the UN would impose any action by outside nations to escalate the Civil War.

Reinforcements would have to be brought in via air. Will the UN stop this somehow, or are all air missions TO Bavaria A-OK? I was wondering, because you said that aeroplanes flying away from Bavaria could get in trouble, but what about supplies and such?
