While attempting to reach a nation so small it lacks a name, we have discovered an island of great value. Following a top-secret expedition to it, we have reported that it is an enormous bounty of natural resources that could greatly aid any nation. We, the World Census, have not declared the island international property, and it is free to be colonized.

Island Invasion is an International Incident (based of The Qadaan's wonderful Claim The Artificial Island from AN), in which you attempt to invade and colonize an island for yourself. Now be wary, you aren't just going up against the natives, other nations thirst for the island because of its natural resources.
