Ad-Hoc flag used by prominent Ordenite minorities in foreign countries.

Only a portion of them were able to escape the island with a small exodus of over 10 million Ordenite refugees going to countries such as Greal, Stevid, TGT and the Reich its self. The rest had to adapt to the Soviet regime, with the 1st Union Soviet Socialist Congress session passing laws that forced Ordenite citizens living in the Union to learn the official language of the country, which many did. As time went on a portion of the minority had made a living under the Soviet regime and were working for the Soviet government in some form or other. This would change in late 2025 with the first Ordenite invasion of the 'Red Star Union' as the country was formally called in the international community, by 2026 the island besides the Zvezdan penninsula was under the control of the Ordenite Reich. This would be their first taste of freedom as the coming civil administration for the occupied island were mainly filled with prominent Ordenite community leaders who believed in the ideology and would come out as Party members of the National Socialists. In this time up until the beginning of the 2nd Krasnovan War in mid-2027, over 5 million Ordenite-Krasnovans were resettled in the western-half of the country where it had been originally planned for formal annexation of the territory into the Reich. However the war would bring that to an end as the war effort took over and the consequential loss of the eastern half of the island to a coalition of nations poised to challenge Ordenite superiority in Krasnova had pushed it back past Chernaya before a actual border had been realized. Those unfortunate enough to still reside in the east where the UESS had re-liberated would again see a similar fate to those a generation ago, with many being sent to gulags or being killed out right for being collaborators with the Ordenites and the Kendrov regime. Those in the Krasnovan Republic were able to live normal lives as they did before and with the ones having lived in the Tuktar area now being subjected to the Commonwealth of Morrdh.
The Third Krasnovan War brought hope to many living in the West and the East as their brethren in the Fatherland had come once again, as if they had not been forgotten at all. As the Ordenites and Krasnovans moved east through occupied territory under the UESS, liberating hundreds of communities and larger cities too. Thousands of Ethnic Ordenites who were technically Krasnovan became some of the first to mobilize and offer their service to the Ordenite Heer as the campaign carried on, 130,000 Ethnic Ordenites were folded into what is now being called the 'Volksdeutscher Selbstschutz' or Selbstschutz Battalions. These battalions were paramilitary in nature and had been raised due to the overall lack in faith many Reich officials and military leaders had in the native Krasnovan, in regards to becoming one with their occupiers. Disputes between prominent members of the SS and the Party had been had on what was to become of the Krasnovan and Zvezdan people, and how doctrine would go for dealing with them as subjects of the Greater Ordenite Reich. A portion of the Party wanted the natives to see the Reich as liberators from communist oppression and capitalist trickery. However the SS pointed at the past and that the only solution was to keep a iron fist upon the population as they could simply not be trusted, as they were of inferior stock and inferior blood. When Ordenite troops had successfully occupied the Zvezdan penninsula, Grossmann himself had put out a official decree on the stance of the Reich in carrying out occupation duties and the future of what was to become of Krasnova. In short he ultimately sided with the Ordenite SS, despite the fact that only a month into the occupation of the island.
Reichskommissariat Osten had reported over 100 different cases of insurgent activity with the same being said by Reichskommissariat Zvezda. The Oberkommando des Heeres which had an office of it's own in Ol'khovka had already began the deployment of Waffen-SS divisions along with Selbstschutz battalions for counter-insurgency and for political motives on behalf of the Party. The General Governor had already convened with his Reich-commissioners on problems that they were already facing in the first month. Insurgent activity was already being noted as high in the eastern half of the island and that they would need to be dealt with before they could effectively challenge Ordenite superiority. The next major problem would be how to go about cleaning up the aftermath of the nuclear detonation in New Impen which brought about the surrender of the Unified Eastern Star Soviets, more so because it's citizens chose occupation over the Politburo who notably didn't care if it had to wipe out it's citizens with nuclear weapons. De-communisation was also a topic that was discussed and with advisement coming from the Reichsmarshall-SS who was sent to represent the will of the Reichsfuhrer in the General Governorate, a general plan was made that would begin the seizure of all collective farms in former UESS territory along with the disbandment of the labor unions. The demobilization of what remained of the Union Red Army in which over 3 million stood down and ceased all combat operations when the surrender was deemed official.

They were mostly used as pathfinders and were the ones who were generally sent with Krasnovan patrols and or conducting reconnaissance missions into the mountains. Outposts had been built in short haste in the mean time as a way of ensuring superiority over the insurgents and to be able to react quicker when they struck. It was still destined to be a tough fight as the insurgents easily made use of their terrain and were becoming crafty in their methods of defense and attack. In one recent incursion done by a full platoon of Krasnovan mountain infantry and accompanying Kysetians, the insurgents had laid an IED in the path of the trekking platoon and once they were close enough, engaged them with automatic weapons before blowing the IED, causing a rock slide which killed most of the platoon with survivors being seriously injured. So far in spite of this when patrols were engaged by the enemy, they were to call in their relative position and retreat to a safe distance while still engaging for a near-by outpost armed with light howitzers or mortars to engage them. Positive results were there but were little and still not effective enough to completely root out the enemy. Reconnaissance by unmanned systems were used frequently in an attempt to track the movement and or positions of the insurgents so that Krasnovan or Ordenite infantry could flush them out. Villages and towns near the mountains were also regularly patrolled by the Selbstschutz Battalions who were rather ruthless in their treatment of the people as they were quite suspicious of where their loyalties were. Several reprisals had been done by the Selbstschutz already, reacting to several insurgent attacks including the killing of a decorated Ordenite Lieutenant who's vehicle was ambushed coming out of a nearby village at night. At least 70 people lost their lives the following morning as a result of collective punishment that was a favorite method of the Ordenites in occupation roles.
Dubrovnoye while not having much of a insurgent problem, had a problem with crime. Organized crime in Dubrovnoye had been allowed to grow under the occupation by the UESS, as the gangsters had simply paid the authorities off in order to have their ventures protected and not harassed. This would come to change after the handing over of power from a rouge Red Army general who during the war claimed Dubrovnoye and Kamenka independent. The city had been home to many gentleman's clubs and small time casinos for gambling and pleasure, many impoverished women in the city had no other choice but to live the life of a dancer or a prostitute working in one of the many brothels to make ends meet. A severe drug epidemic had also fostered the crime wave as the gangsters regularly sold all sorts of drugs that they could get their hands on to the populace in exchange for wealth and power. The Tsarina Cartel was no joke to many on the island and many of these gangsters typically got their product from Cartel pushers and traffickers in return for a cut of their profits. This would ultimately give rise to the Mafia and though many dreaded being visited by Tsarina Cartel hit men or enforcers, no one was safe from the Krasnov Mafia as they called themselves. Their own kind of law had been enforced in the twin cities as well as in the towns with thieves often having their hands cut off. Rival gangsters were butchered by Krasnov Mafia soldiers leaving behind gore ridden scenes for the authorities to find. When the Ordenite Army and Krasnovan Army entered the cities, they found that much of the populace spoke of the power of the Mafia and that they regularly paid a sort of fief to their enforcers in return for protection and other desires that were offered. It was not long before the Secret Field Police began a man-hunt of anyone who was said to be affiliated with the Krasnov Mafia, dozens of low level foot soldiers and enforcers were immediately arrested in the span of two weeks. Mafia run establishments were raided and shut down indefinitely as the Mafia responded with the killing of several Krasnovan soldiers who had been kidnapped and butchered in a barn outside the city, a gruesome message left behind for the authorities who dared to try and stop them.

The Army Band then started playing again as the Ordenite soldiers began to march through out the parade grounds in typical fashion while being observed by the spectators and their own Officers who attended. The gallows in the middle of the square would remain as it would have it's use in the future. Despite the fact that the former capitol had seen some fighting mostly between mercenaries hired by Montana Inc and the garrison in which surrendered immediately once the Ordenite and Krasnovan Army entered the city, however it was likely that some fled to join the insurgency that was coming to light as of late. Upon their arrival to Vostok most if not all of the major government buildings that were still standing were immediately occupied by the Ordenite Army and accompanying Military Police. Headquarters of the UESS Military were also seized and occupied along with the Committee for State Security Headquarters which had not been touched in the fighting. Hundreds of arrests followed as the Military Police and the Secret Field Police began rounding up Soviet officials, civil servants and anyone that was associated and or worked for the government. Any information that had not been tampered with or destroyed before their arrival was confiscated by members of the Abwehr as the intelligence would be dissected by analysts in the hopes of finding anything of importance such as persons, places and assets. The Central Committee for the Union Communist Party(CCUCP) building was also occupied with arrests following it's seizure by the Military Police with the same agenda in mind regarding the UESS government.
The local police which were now subordinate to the Ordenite Army made sure that any outbursts of violence or protests were discouraged from happening as checkpoints were set up and armed Policemen patrolled the streets enforcing a curfew on the population which began in the evening mostly. Major television and radio broadcasting centers were also taken over as speeches and proclamations were read aloud in their native language about the end of communism and the process of reunification that would occur, cooperation from the populace was also encouraged along with other information that the citizens needed to know. The same was being done in the other major cities that dotted the Penninsula as the occupation was in full swing.
