National History: In 1523, the lands Vexpold And Kedrich was strifed with many defacto kingdoms are warring tribes. King Conan IV, later known as Conan the Unifier, conquered most of these kingdoms by his superior strategy. By 1529, with the annexation of Wofrines, a small Kingdom in the West of West Yemen, and his empire was complete. King Kristopher IV of Kedrich was christened Emperor Kristopher I, of the new Streuburgan Empire. The Empire has West Yemen, Vexpold, Kedrich, Linuxia, Drucoix, Sylbania, and Reclamiatia.

The Empire lasts in an age of peace and economic growth, until 1794. Emperor Kristopher VI invaded Wellerbania, hoping to finish off The Don forever. At this point, the other powers of the world (Ruskland-Preuben, El Faso, The Free Don) was getting pissed with Streuburg's cockiness, underminding, and hard tariffs on the Sea of Lost Souls and the Sea of Khazak and create a coalition to end the Streuburgan Empire called the Triple Threat. At first, Kris VI was doing well. By 1797, Welleebania was completely conquered, and Kristopher VI and his troops just entered Rinehart. The Streuburgan Navy drafted every Ruskland-Preuben Warship it can across in the Sea of Khazak. Since the Streuburgan Navy was caught up in Khazak, the Empire required on the Pacif nations to use their navy to repel El Faso ships. The Empire has a lot of influence on the region at the time. Then Kristopher's luck ran out in the winter of 1797. It a especially bad winter, the worst of the century, and Kris and his troops are stuck in a desert. Between Wellerbania and Rheinhart is a 120km desert. While the troops fed off the land for three years, the desert had no land to feed off of period. Since there was sub zero temperature in the eastern part of Streuburg, getting food and supplies to the army was difficult. Ships that were used in the defense of Khazak was being routed to supply the troops in the Rheinhart campaign, and this caused two things. First, there is less defense in Khazak, and two, the army had to hug the coast to receive supplies on time. The true effect of this was on Feburary 12th, 1798.

On this date, an unmarked freighter entered the icy harbor of Ferton, in West Yemen. The town was a very low target area, so only one military vessel was there, and it was a sloop with skeleton crew. The freighter was a Trojan horse with 2,000 El Faso soldiers. The soldiers burst out of the freighter and capture the town within hours. By the following week, they capture another five. One of Kristopher's generals tried and failed to push back the elite soldiers from El Faso. Kristopher fall back to defend the Fatherland, and entrusted his nephew, Erin, the Earl of Adonio, in holding the line. While the Emperor was rushing back to West Yemen while his nephew was having tea with the Donians, and they present a great offer, switch sides and fight with us, and you'll lead Streuburg. Unfortnaley for Kristopher and the Empire of Streuburg, Erin agrees. Erin convinces 15,000 men (he was a great speaker), and either captured or killed the rest who would rather die for the Fatherland any way. By the time Kris returned to West Yemen, half of his men died of freezing to death, still sub zero Streuburg, and he mustered a conscription of another 2,000, raising his number to about 20,000. General layout for a 1870's cavarly squadron/company

Dressed in the new standard pattern 1864 drab with with hardened leather and canvas hats or steel and canvas helmets. The unit is equipped with three standard congreve rocket batteries, 1-2 swivel guns 16-30mm bore, and in this unit a manually operated belt gun is added (treeby chain gun basically) has been integrated as a replacement for one of the swivel guns.

The long arms in use are a simple single-shot center-fire cartridge rolling block rifles and carbines. Pistols are a mix of single shot rolling block pistols, multiple shot break action pistols, and revolvers. Tube magazine bolt and lever action rifles are mixed in.

Made with a single contingent of Dragoons or cavalry deployed infantry for fast reactive combat and harassment. With two separate elements of a mortar detachment, a single small bore rocket battery, and a manually operated machine gun carriage.

Almost no pistols are serviced even to officers and noncommissioned personnel. As they are considered personal purchases to be made by persons recieving a salary. A typical infantry company also has a variety of hats including the hard leather flat top hats for the dragoons and logistical elements. While a standard issued fur or hard canvas kepi or side caps were issued. Nearly all parts of the infantry have a neck protector and/or sun flap for the neck and ears.

Most personnel are armed with long rifles which are typically rolling block rifles or falling block rifles. However, small carbines in similar operation and magazine fed carbines or rifles may be issued. Rockets for infantry are much smaller often around 20-30mm in diameter. Allowing for large wooden boxes of 50,100, and 200 shot capabilities. Often with small rocks, metal bits, or just wood to work as shrapnel when bombing trench lines and fortifications. These weapons also serve as a way to defend against cavalry attacks by literally mowing them down.

Mortars aren't particularity used often. They serve primarily to assist the rocket battery in attacking fortified positions with explosive shells and lobbing grenades.

National History(2 to As Many As You Can): The People's Republic of Strala was established in 1854, but the history of Strala started long before that ever happened. Before it became communist it was an Empire. The Empire was founded in one of the many city-states in New Immortallia. The people there were called Stralians.The ruling dynasty was the Liu family and under their reign, the city grew prosperous because of the vast ports in their city. The good times, however, didn't last. It was during the war state era that the Empire truly expanded and suffered. It suffered from one-fifth of the male population died in the war but they now owned the entire coastal region. The Empire started to slowly recover and build up its army. In that time period, it had become perfecting the art of technological advancement. The Empire had found gunpowder early on but it was used for firecrackers. It wasn´t until 200 years later that it was finally used as a weapon.

The Empire continued to strive until 1704. That was when it shut itself in and hardly ever went responded to the outside world. The nobles and the Emperor no longer had any interest in meeting foreigners, and while in other nations the workers strived. Many in The Empire of Strala were starving and homeless. It was in 1723 when it the Empire made its last move of aggression. It invaded the rest of New Immortallia and South Thatcheron. The invasion was easy since they took over the rest of NI in a few weeks, but ST took longer. It wasn´t until 1724 that they finally surrendered. The Empire finally closed its borders and no foreigners except for merchants were allowed to enter. Any foreigners that entered would be executed swiftly. The Empire was slowly crumbling and many knew that it wouldn't last much longer. That was when the warlords started to gain power. They would take over Imperial territory and they promised the child emperor that they would look after it. It wasn't until long that the Empire had only a few worthless piece of land left. The Emperor no longer had any power. It was a mere puppet of the ruling Warlords. They did however open Strala's borders and started creating factories. The Empire finally caught up with the rest of the developed world in 1784, but at a heavy price. Untold numbers of workers died, and the warlords were gaining more power. They had control over everything. It Imperial army was made up of 1,000 men that the Warlords hired. The true armies of Strala belonged to the warlords.

In 1848 that communism spread among the Empire. The peasants saw this as a chance of finally living a good life but many were afraid, and the rebellions that did take place were small and disorganized. That was until the Imperial Army joined the rebellion. The leader of the Imperial Army was a veteran from the last war that the nation fought in. He changed the Imperial army from a 1,000 strong disorganized force into a 20,000 modernized well-trained force. He leads the rebellion for the whole time and at the start he was successful. The warlords hated each other more than the rebels so they never grouped up their troops. It was easy pickings after that. In 1854, the People's republic was established. The first acts were to create more jobs and make life better for the common people. They also started to make technological advancements again.

In 1848 that communism spread among the Empire. The peasants saw this as a chance of finally living a good life but many were afraid, and the rebellions that did take place were small and disorganized. That was until the Imperial Army joined the rebellion. The leader of the Imperial Army was a veteran from the last war that the nation fought in. He changed the Imperial army from a 1,000 strong disorganized force into a 20,000 modernized well-trained force. He leads the rebellion for the whole time and at the start he was successful. The warlords hated each other more than the rebels so they never grouped up their troops. It was easy pickings after that. In 1854, the People's republic was established. The first acts were to create more jobs and make life better for the common people. They also started to make technological advancements again.

National History(2 to As Many As You Can): The People's Republic of Strala was established in 1854, but the history of Strala started long before that ever happened. Before it became communist it was an Empire. The Empire was founded in one of the many city-states in New Immortallia. The people there were called Stralians.The ruling dynasty was the Liu family and under their reign, the city grew prosperous because of the vast ports in their city. The good times, however, didn't last. It was during the war state era that the Empire truly expanded and suffered. It suffered from one-fifth of the male population died in the war but they now owned the entire coastal region. The Empire started to slowly recover and build up its army. In that time period, it had become perfecting the art of technological advancement. The Empire had found gunpowder early on but it was used for firecrackers. It wasn´t until 200 years later that it was finally used as a weapon.

The Empire continued to strive until 1704. That was when it shut itself in and hardly ever went responded to the outside world. The nobles and the Emperor no longer had any interest in meeting foreigners, and while in other nations the workers strived. Many in The Empire of Strala were starving and homeless. It was in 1723 when it the Empire made its last move of aggression. It invaded the rest of New Immortallia and South Thatcheron. The invasion was easy since they took over the rest of NI in a few weeks, but ST took longer. It wasn´t until 1724 that they finally surrendered. The Empire finally closed its borders and no foreigners except for merchants were allowed to enter. Any foreigners that entered would be executed swiftly. The Empire was slowly crumbling and many knew that it wouldn't last much longer. That was when the warlords started to gain power. They would take over Imperial territory and they promised the child emperor that they would look after it. It wasn't until long that the Empire had only a few worthless piece of land left. The Emperor no longer had any power. It was a mere puppet of the ruling Warlords. They did however open Strala's borders and started creating factories. The Empire finally caught up with the rest of the developed world in 1784, but at a heavy price. Untold numbers of workers died, and the warlords were gaining more power. Nation Name: Democratic Republic of Kikonos
Nation Territory: Segartya, possibly Ronastre or West Yemen
National History(2 to As Many As You Can): The settlement of Kikonos began around 8000 BC. There is evidence of primitive wooden walls and massive burial sites, implying that violent conflicts between rival villages were occurring at that time. By 900 BC, the north of Kikonos was exclusively controlled by the kingdoms of Henchotichlinato, Gordunno, and Bobarolt. The south remained segmented. In 574 BC, the king of the Bobarolt signed a peace treaty with the kingdom of Henchotichlinato, then suddenly invaded, easily taking control of all Henchotichlinato territory. The Gordunno immediately saw the danger posed by the Bobarolt, and marched into their territory while they were invading the Henchotichlinato. When they were triumphantly marching back into their territory, the Bobarolt were taken by surprise and were forced to hand over control of all Bobaroltan territory to the Gordunno. King Kikoquaqan of the Gordunno then proceeded to easily take over all of southern Kikonos, founding the Kikonosian Empire.

The years following the unification of Kikonos became known as the Golden Age of Kikonos. The Kikonosian Empire became a massive trading power and the arts flourished. In 1067 AD, however, the Kingdom of Tologana fought a bloody war with the Kikonesian Empire which lasted 23 years. Eventually, the Tologanese prevailed. Kikonos remained under Tologanese control for the remainder of its history as a monarchy. In 1592, King Lamendos sought to establish the province of Kikonos as the main base of military operations. A great port housing thousands of modern battleships was built, and all military conquests were launched from Kikonos.

In 1851, the peasants and working class of Kikonos, outraged by the multiple political and civil abuses conducted by King Garnan IV rebelled. Led by Velnam Narkam, the army of workers and peasants wanted to see solid democracy established. In February, they constructed headquarters in the middle of the Great Kikonesian Rainforest. They then launched a massive recruitment program, travelling to several poor villages and gathering support. By April, they were ready to start launching attacks, and took over the Nemroc Mountain Range in the Southeast of the country. They continued to conduct their rebellion using guerilla tactics. By 1853, the Tologanese military in Kikonos had been overrun, and the rebels took control of the capital city. Velnam Narkam then declared Kikonos an independent country and held elections immediately. In 1854, the Communist Party of Kikonos under Velnam Narkam was voted into office. Narkam abolished all private corporations, redistributed land, and gave the people prolific civil and political rights. Kikonos was finally ruled by a fair democratic government.

Economy(1-3): 1 to 1.5 ish. Due to all the turmoil it has endured, the Kikonosian economy has been greatly destroyed, however it is rapidly improving. The most significant industries in Kikonos include book publishing, information technology, and tourism.
Defensive Military(1-3)(your defenses): 2. The Kikonosian Defence Forces are extremely well trained and loyal. Many of their arms are of American and European origin including the Gatling Gun, Henry Repeating Rifle, Colt Army Model 1860, Colt M1861 Navy, and Burnside carbine.
Offensive Military(1-3)(army, navy, air balloon force): 2. The Kikonesian Army is as mentioned above. The navy consists of steel armoured battleships with many 12 inch guns. In 1915, Kikonos also adopted British airplanes. The airforce is not considered as important as the army or navy.
Technology(1-3): 3. Kikonos is known for its techonolical innovation. It's technology always adapts to the changing times, and several smaller countries use Kikonosian technology.
Reputation(1-3)(aka infamy):1. Kikonos is a friendly country which is always welcome to foreigners. It always tries to avoid war and violent conflict as much as possible.
