Kamanskian Downfall [OOC|MT-PMT|Open]

The whole nation have been devastated by the effects of the fighting between the five factions of Kamansk, the communist government, the democrats, the fascists, the christians, and the nationalists. After some months of fighting, however, the government gained the upper hand, defeating the religious first, before moving on the the fascists, and then defeating the democrats, whose capital had been weakened by attacks from those who supported the government.
So here it is now, a unified Kamansk, with the old government on power. However, the government is a totalitarian Soviet-esque dictatorship. They clamped down on any rebellions hard, either by brutally putting down protests and riots, or capturing dissidents with their secret police, either disappearing, executing, or sending them to the gulags. They have also started a new plan to rebuild and become stronger than ever, with emphasis on the economy, military, and security. In fact, 10 to 13 years after the Civil War, the nation have rise up again, stronger and better than before, with a status almost equal to that of the Soviet Union. However, something will later happen, shaking the nation to it's core.
As it turned out, the democratic faction, the Kamanskian Democratic Organization (KDO) have resurfaced. After the civil war, everyone who was a member of the faction that was unfortunate enough to be unable to escape out or captured were put through forced labor. The surviving members soon gathered their powers on foreign countries, rallying nations to support them and condemn the government, as well as receiving weapons and training from the countries. They only announced their renewed existence 10 to 13 years later after the civil war, where they will join the military of foreign nations to invade Kamansk, starting on the city of Arkhangelsk.
Welcome to this RP. This RP is a continuation of the Kamanskian Civil War RP, made a year ago, for the Angel's Alliance, though anyone is free to join. There will be two sides to support, the People's Republic of Kamansk (government) and the Kamanskian Democratic Organization (rebels). However, you can be a third party, or make your own faction to fight against the government.
