Since Starscream and Shockwave are inside the Nemesis, which is descending into Earth's atmosphere, it'd suit you best to try and capture a Decepticon fighting in space who hasn't killed themselves in a kamikaze attack. You could have the Combaticon Starstrike if you want; it'd probably anger Onslaught and the Combaticons as well. Or maybe a Seeker like Thunderstrike or Blastback?
