Letheny, for a vast amount of time, has been an Empire, but the monarchs have always been royals, not imperials. This discrepancy was never considered or thought about, but finally Luka IV has decided to change this. Luka hereby will be coronated as the Emperor of Letheny, and many foreign leaders have been permitted to attend and bring guests. Attendees are expected to dress in their best wear. The coronation is on a Sunday.
The attending guests are directed to a large chapel, connected to a long, sprawling walkway with a fountain within a roundabout in the center of the road. This street comes perpendicular to a main street in the city of Alterz, though no vehicles are present or pass by. A large crowd has formed outside of the chapel along the walkway, but only foreign guests, Lethen military top brass, guests of the Lethen royal family and the royal family themselves, and the church's staff are permitted within the chapel. The guests are escorted in by Lethen Royal Guard, dressed in ceremonial uniforms from the days of gunpowder rifles and muskets, wielding assault rifles.
Luka was not there, though his family was there, sitting intently and waiting for him. Luka's cousins, uncles, and aunts from the Romanian branch of the von Alterz dynasty are attending also.
