[Lethen Empire]

After many important and grand operations made only shortly after the formation of the Pact, the members of the pact have found it necessary to establish a certain level of communication among one another. The Jupiter Pact has decided to meet up in the Imperial Army HQ, which is located somewhere in Northern Letheny. Luka decided to bring the entire royal family, to keep them all in one place. Luka's Romanian cousin, Jan, will attend as a guest as well, though Jan will be more involved.

The building is a tightly secured sort of office building, with a pretty Victorian-era interior look. With long, winding hallways and floors, it's easy to get lost. Fortunately, the guards are there to direct their guests to the large meeting room. The meeting room's design was a sharp, violent contrast to the remainder of the building with its ultramodern style. There was a podium, and vastly more than enough seats.

Aliana stepped off the plane from New Belgrade, looking around and taking in the fresh air. She looked at her brother, who stood beside her, towering over her. He looked down at her and simply nodded, before they set off towards the building, Aliana noting that Marckus had brung along a nesting doll, wrapped into a gift. She obviously wrapped it, her brother was unable to wrap anything, due to his blindness. In any case, they arrived inside the building, and were guided to the meeting room, while Marckus softly spoke with his sister on important topics he'd thought she might need to bring up.

[Aureumterra]

Emperor Dragonquack stepped off of his plane. His girlfriend and soon to be fiancee Marie Dixon was waving to all that had come to the airport. Once they arrived at the building, they received the recent message sent by Governor Shang of Exodia. This needs to be addressed, the Emperor thought as the future couple walked down the winding hallways to get to the meeting room. It appeared that Tsarina Aliana of Siberai was here. How convenient the Emperor thought. The couple took a seat at one of the chairs and waited for the summit to begin.

"Please, make yourselves at home, even though you're in a military base. Let us wait for a few more before we begin, yes?" Luka asked, before adding in, "By the way, this is my cousin, Jan, from Romania. He's the Crown Prince of our Romanian dynastic branch."

Jan kept silent for a few seconds, seemingly asleep, before saying, "Greetings. As he said, I am Jan of Romania," without opening his eyes and with a rather bland voice.

Field Marshall Anne Gulliman rappeled down from the CH-53 Sea Stallion based off of an Escort carrier. She check breathed in the fresh air and rubbed the drowsiness from her eyes.
Ceremonial Sabre, check.
Loose leaf, check.
Coffee tin, check.
A can of spam, check.
She started off for the meeting room and took a seat.

"Yes, thank you Luka. It is a pleasure to attend." Aliana responded, in her usual silky voice, motioning her brother to sit. "Come now. Let's not be rude." She softly said, taking his hand in hers.


Marckus stood there for a few seconds, his voice shaky and full of almost raspy noises. "I-I think I s..should stay s..s-standing up, si-sister.." He responded softly, his unfocused blue eyes filling with nervousness.

Anne rubbed her eyes. "Thanks. Glad to be here, Luka." She took out a pen and a piece of looseleaf and prepared to write.

"Yes, yes, greetings, all. I suppose this is sufficient for beginning? Then, who wishes to speak first?" Luka asked, motioning to the podium. Jan took a second row seat and adjusted his uniform, and Luka sat in the seat in front of him, displaced once to Jan's left.

Aliana sat somewhere at the front, watching Jan and Luka. "I believe RoC may speak first." She said, looking at Anne. "Go on. Spout your nation's problems." She added, smiling, while her brother stood behind her, softly speaking to himself to calm down. He seemed to be unused to these kinds of events.

Conveniently, Anne's satilite phone chimed at that moment. She flipped it open, muttering under her breath.
After about 15 seconds she swore violently and dropped her phone.
She cleared her throat, and went up to the podium.
"Lord Commissar Jones just called me. Apparently a possible-I repeat-possible- attempt to spy on us was discovered. If the rumors are true a foreign power is attempting to destabilize our government. I would still take all of this with a grain of salt; Exodia was the one who tipped us off about this, and we're proceeding cautiously in case this was an attempt to trick us."

[Aureumterra]

"Pleasure to be here Luka." The Emperor said. He then turned to RoC's field marshal.

"Yes... Exodia, just couldn't accept the fact that Atkermi lost. I too have many colorful things to say about them, but it seems like they're becoming a threat quickly."

[Lethen Empire]

"Right. Our fleets are operating against them, and I trust they'll win the day. Their boastful claims of having the strength to wipe Aureumterra off the map makes them deserve to be wiped off the map themselves. But let's not get too hasty. Once we are open for a naval invasion, we'll cause just enough destruction to make them an example, but not too much that they can't pay reparations. Gagium will receive the same treatment - severe destruction." Luka noted. Jan nodded very slightly at Luka's proposition, but something seemed to suggest he had a more merciful plan in mind.

[Aureumterra]

“I like a more… aggressive approach. We will destroy their homeland and capital, and hopefully force a surrender out of them. We shall capture their capital, which in that case, their government shall no doubt flee to Gagium. Technically, by that point in time, the government would no longer exist on the world stage, and would be significantly powerless. This might sound like an overreaction, but the fact that they have boasted to have the power to wipe Aureumterra off the face of the planet, coupled with their corrupt and unjust treatment of citizens and civilians is enough reason for me to want to collapse the nation, and the government with it, like we did in Atkemri. This might be more personal too, as they have threatened to destroy the country I love completely. Try to imagine if they had said that about Letheny, and then make you judgement. The Emperor said calmly.

"I must be frank, Dragonquack. If someone threatened Letheny like that, wiping them out would be on the table." Luka replied. He was quickly convinced by Dragonquack's reasoning, and an expression of ire overtook him. "You've convinced me, Dragonquack. I will support you in your decision to crush them thoroughly, and if genocide be what you mean, then my support remains." Luka continued, clearly irritated.

"Let's not get hasty...genocide is an excessive response. Why punish civilians if their government is bad...?" Jan spoke up, putting his hand on Luka's shoulder as if to say calm down.

Luka sighed. "I suppose... but that doesn't bring scorched earth off the table. I plan on having their lands thoroughly looted and torched." Luka replied, still rather angry.
