History up to the war (briefly!): Serbania is recovering from a brief communist occupation that left the country weak, after republican uprisings toppled the regime. The country is not strong enough yet and are struggling with unemployment, and the Wall Street Crash of 1929 left a weak Serbania even weaker. The nation is in a strong need of foreign aid, but other nations are dealing with the crash themselves, so the Serbanian Government is trying to use it's small GDP, away from the military and into welfare, and other social programs. While Serbania is cutting military funds, and the threat of Nazi Germany looming overhead, the nation is not ready to defend itself from the Germans.

While I am neutral and am willing to follow some communist ideals, to an extent. I did fight the China commies, just to do something.
