On the 21st January 2018, New Doltania declared war on the Pan-Asiatic States. New Doltanian officials accused the Pan-Asiatic States of spying on New Doltania- including spying on the Indian Space Program, the New Doltanian Military and New Doltania's parliament, which was democratically elected.

Tensions between the Autocrats and the Democratic Socialists have risen to its extremes recently, with media whitewashing information on both sides. Not to say of course, that tensions between the differing ideologies have ever decreased. The world keeps spinning, and nationalistic fervor drives countries into chaos, revolution, and strife.

Thus, the 2nd Argisian Civil War broke out. A dispute between quarrelling international authorities; head-on. The war was primarily fought between the NATO-bloc Coalition and the Communist-bloc Coalition. The Pan-Asiatic States immediately intervened to fight the Capitalist NATO-bloc and spread International Socialism to ARGIS, whilst New Doltania fought for the NATO-bloc. Facing heavy resistance, the Pan-Asiatic States called for their allies, near and far. The tide of war soon shifted into the Communist-bloc's favor as Eterna City was reduced to rubble.

On the verge of invasion from all surrounding frontiers, the NATO-bloc was forced to withdraw; and sign the Treaty of Reaudinas. The Communists demanded partitions of land, which could result in compromising the already fragile NATO economy. After several negotiations, Andsed; a NATO-bloc power, decided to pay for war-reparations and ratify a modified treaty, thus resulting in their Neutral state in order to fulfill current obligations to the Treaty.

With New Doltanian officials angry at the humiliating defeat of the NATO-bloc, members of the public have reason to believe that the declaration of war served to avenge the fallen NATO-bloc. New Doltania, a global superpower who was late to interfere; is speculated to have conspired false rumors against the Pan-Asiatic States. The States have remained to claim that they have unprovokingly been declared war on, and refuses to admit any of the given accusations placed on them. Nonetheless, the Northern autocracy of New Doltania has declared war on the Pan-Asiatic States. The War of the Azure has begun.

Xanadarian 1st Fleet & 7th Strike Fleet:

The day had finally come.

Alfred looked upon the vast ocean before him, standing on the bow of the ship. In front of him, he would find the nation of New Doltania. A pest the Xanadarians had fought with numerous times in the past. Vermin that Alfred had only wished to burn from the face of the earth. Today, he'd have the chance to do that.

Behind him sat the largest Xanadarian fleet that had been called upon in two decades. The Xanadarian 1st Fleet, normally reserved for defending the homeland. Coupled with the 7th Strike Fleet, Alfred's personal fleet. The Emperor's orders had been clear. Vanquish New Doltania, reduce it to rubble and remind the world what happened to those who dared to oppose Xanadaria. Today, Alfred would do just that.

Besides, he'd long been waiting to test out the new flagship.

"FULL SPEED AHEAD!" Alfred ordered, as almost two-hundred and fifty ships advanced towards New Doltania.

New Doltania was not a nation to fall easily. The navy headed out to fight the Xanadrians

"Is the raiding done? If so then Begin Operation Thin Ice!" Shouts general Ragnar Hammer and Operation Thin Ice begins.

150(for each sea) navy vessels from the artic and Baltic fleets began shelling the coast of either Baltic or artic and rarely marines attack along with it more to thin there forces then to invade and the airforce begins bombing their armies more to stop them from coming faster then anything with light deaths usually and then from the Finland a massive force 34,000 troops and 3,000 tanks push hard not meeting the enemy in open battle only in small raids by both sides.


Ragnar Hammer is an refugee from New Doltania's dictatorship so he knows their land great he is overseen by Zygmunt Zyczkowski so he doesn't betray the dark panther and Zygmunt Zyczkowski will take control if Ragnar Dies

[Andsed]

Andsed was not in a great place. They had taken a lot of damage during the 2nd Argisian Civil War and had to pay war reparation along with give 25% of their fleet to Xanadaria. Luckily they had received support from Provinci as they had given them around 5 billion to help repair their nation.


they had also given them around 10% of their fleet which was around 50 ships which included two Star-Class Carriers this raised their naval vessels from 225 to 275. They had also given them the Order of Bravery which was one of highest honor a foreign nation could get in Provinci.( yes this happened it was by telegram) Their reasoning was that Anded had fought against multiple nations at once and that should be respected which was a very good reason.

Now while they did have decent relationship with Provinci it was not the case with the other CC members. So with the some of the CC fighting some of their NATO allies they wanted to help. But they could not because one the treaty said they could not and two they did not have the resources or manpower to enter another large war.

So they watched rebuilding the nation and slowly rebuilding their armed forces. They were also destroying their napalm and nuclear weapons as the treaty stated they needed to.

The wind howled outside as the St. George leadership wined and dined at their bi-annual getaway for the leading party on the side of the St. Jaques mountain, it was a welcomed retreat from the hustle that was everyday life in the capital city, as the live band played, and Pierre listened to Gregory McInnes, a representative from Windsor Is. Southton, looking over to his Minister of Foreign Affairs, Thomas Boyd, and Minister of Defense, Ret. General Nathan Lloyd, the conversation ranged from party stories, and life events, the current state of the country, and foreign events. After a few minutes of this, through bits of laughter Minister Boyd took a phone call and excused himself, leaving for a few minutes before coming back and handing the phone over to Pierre. "Sir, you need to take this."

Prime minister Le Blanc took the phone and walked out to the balcony, and heard the voice of a young staffer in Kingston, who had a worried tone in his voice, "Sir, there seems to be another breakout of a war between the Pan-Asiatic states and the New Doltania. There are reports of a Xanadarian fleet preparing to attack the Doltanians!" Pierre LeBlanc near instantly sobered up as he muted the call and said "Merde." He unmuted the call and said, "Send a film crew and prepare diplomatic letters to Ansded, I think they might be understanding that we need to protect lives. If any other nations respond to the call then they will be welcomed. Hurry, please."

3 hours later, a sombre looking Pierre LeBlanc speaks behind an oak desk in the office room of the chateau, looking directly at the camera

Dear fellow St. Georgians, three hours ago I was informed of the blatant aggression of both sides of the Pan-Asiatic states and New Doltania, as many of you are aware,
we are a peaceful state, one that seeks to grow and build bridges, rather than construct walls and harm our potential friends. This time is no different, we seek to extend the hands of friendship to both sides and seek to find a meaningful resolution, and to avoid any unnecessary destruction. We, in St. George are waiting for a response from the aggressive parties. As they are coming from a horrendous war, we can not stand by now. In my power as Prime Minister, after consulting with members of my cabinet and party,
as well as those from across the aisle we are going to call an emergency parliamentary meeting to discuss the possibility of establishing a peacekeeping mission to ensure the safety of civilians from aggression by both sides. With this I am asking members of our brave armed forces should prepare to be sent abroad to establish this mission. We are asking them to sacrifice for the sake of the people of wherever they are called. To provide lifesaving efforts in the event that total war breaks down. I hope that the parties can at least exhaust diplomatic options before resorting to the horrors that are war. Furthermore, if any state involved in this conflict is watching, we want them to know that our troops aren't afraid to defend themselves, as well as defending the lives of civilians and those wounded by the conflict, we do not seek to hurt, only heal and protect lives.

And with this, I would like to send a message to civilians in the areas of our eventual operations: behind our lines, you will be safe, you will be fed and housed and provided with necessary lifesaving equipment needed to ensure that your life is protected and that you will be kept in good health. We will protect civilian lives with this mission.

As the lights went off, Pierre LeBlanc sighed, he knew that the dogs of war were loose, as he had seen the horrid devastation that the war preceding this conflict had brought, lives would be lost. Minister Boyd worked on a letter to the Ansded government.

A message from President Ronald Lehne to the government of the Pan-Asiatic States:
"It has come to our notice that New Doltania has declared war upon you. They accuse you of spying on them. I am not yet sure whether I believe these accusations, but for now socialist states need to stick together. The Dominion of Byshel declares it's allegiance to you, and our navy is moving in the Arctic, north of Scandinavia. We are ready to attack as needed."

Ronald sat at his desk staring at the paper for a moment after he wrote it. Byshel was already struggling from internal rebellion, due to the same Norwegian-Byshelist culture disputes that had plagued the country since it gained it's independence. The rebels were strongly opposed to Byshel entering this war, and this declaration could tear the country apart.

There is no turning back now.

He stamped the royal stamp on the page.

The Sino-Kazakh Border, 9:01 P.M.

Colonel Lucas Esqueta, an old, senile veteran of the War for Independence; stood at the perch of the Communications Tower. A snowstorm fast approached their garrison, and the men outside began retreating to the Barracks.

Preparations for war were being organized all across the Pan-Asiatic States, as the nation braced itself for an attack on the mainland. Curfews were enforced in major cities, ports were secured by a fleet of at least three corvettes, anti-Immigration and Emigration laws were imposed to its extremes, and citizens began emergency evacuation dry-runs. Anti-Aircraft and Rocket Artillery were put on high alert all across the border.

"A storm is brewing in the blue azure of winter. We'd best brace for the worst."

[Byshel]

Captain Ven sat on his boat. It was the pride of the Byshel fleet, the Undominated. He had about 300 ships behind him and was pulling in towards the Xanadrian fleet. He had received direct orders from the President to spare nobody of New Doltania.

"Ricky!" he called.

"Yes, Captain?"

"Hoist the signal flags for diplomacy. I wish for a meeting with whoever's in charge of the Xanadrian fleet."

[Xanadaria]

1st Xanadarian Fleet - Alfred il Xanadaria:

Noticing the signal flags coming from the Byshel fleet, Alfred allowed them to board his flagship.

"I see you brought quite a few ships," Alfred laughed, offering a handshake, "but you'll find quality counts for more here."

[Milintia]

Soria, Federal District

With Milintia's ally Xanadaria having called them to support the Pan-Asiatic States in an upcoming war, the Foreign Affairs Office had been thrown into a state that could very justifiably be confused as "panic". As civil servants diligently called government officials in handling Milintia's relations in the conflict, Earl Endicott sat in his office, penning a letter.

"Ernie, come here for a second, would you?" He would call for his aide, and a young man scarcely in his 20s would enter the office, standing at attention in an almost military-like manner.
"I need you to deliver this to the-- cut that out." Endicott would dictate as the aide adopted his normal pose, shooting him a disappointed look as he did so.
"Thank you. I need you to deliver this to the post office." Endicott continued, handing him the letter and sending him on his way.

As the aide left, Endicott looked solemnly at his documents. Another war, he thought to himself, and Milintia used to be such a peaceful nation.

The Lower Council

The Council was in session, and a very heated debate ongoing in the chambers between those in support of intervention and those against. So fierce was the debate and the jeering and cheering that the Speaker was struggling to maintain order.

"What have the Pan-Asiatic States ever done for us?!" Cried Councilor Florence Hayden, "New Doltania, on the other hand, has engaged in a variety of trade deals with our nation! In fact, Mr. Speaker, wasn't it Mr. Niles who contacted them to buy Sky-High?" He would question to a variety of "hear-hear"s from both sides of the chamber.
"Mr. Speaker, I must protest the Councilor for Newcrest's remarks; if we went purely on the basis of what they have and have not done for us, we would not have intervened in Ondil!" Spoke another Councilor to cheers across the chamber. "An intervention which, as I recall Mr. Speaker, he spoke rather passionately for." She continued to more cheering throughout, and a handful of derogatory comments against her.
"No, that's different, that's dif-"
"ORDER!" The Council went silent as the Speaker, Marlyn Millward, began to speak. "If the Councilor for Snowley cannot conduct its affairs with a persona of civility and respect for other positions, I shall have them removed." She cautioned one such derogatory comment. "Now, the Councilor for Lightston has the floor."

Evidently, the Council would not reach a conclusion yet, she sighed. How long are they willing to wait before we begin to look like we've betrayed our word?

FROM: Earl Endicott, Executive Overseer for Foreign Affairs, Milintia
SUBJECT: Milintian Support For Your War

Dear whom it may concern,

I am writing to you to discuss possible Milintian involvement in this brewing conflict between your illustrious nation and New Doltania.

While Milintian involvement at this point is not yet guaranteed - the Council does still require that they vote on it before our nation goes to war in your defence, at the call of our ally in Xanadaria, it is looking extremely likely. As such, I feel that I must attach a condition for our support to sweeten the deal for the Council. If we are to assist you in the conflict, Milintia would like a tariff-less free trade agreement between our two nations. We have discussed this condition with Xanadaria, and they believe that it is a fair condition that you would be quite happy to agree to.

Personally, I feel that such an agreement is rather generous, and carries significant long-term benefits for both of our nations. The choice, of course, is yours.

Ven returned Alfred's hand shake.

"Our navy may not be great, but we have at least one competent ship. The Undominated sunk a large number of Norwegian ships back in the New Svalbard War. So I hear you're moving against New Doltania? We are allied with the Pan-Asiatic States, so I thought our fleet might as well tag along. Nice flagship, by the way. How do you think it'll do in the battle?"

[Xanadaria]

Alfred il Xanadaria:

"Impressive," Alfred nodded at The Undominated, "and yes, I agree we should work together. Our fleets combined, there isn't a navy on the planet which could stop us. As for the flagship, it's a new addition to the fleet. Guess we'll find out how powerful it is."

"Shall we get moving?"

[Byshel]

Tommy, still on the Undominated, hoisted the signal flag that indicated the fleet was ready.

On the Xanadrian flagship, Ven said, "That's my fleet's signal. We're ready."

[First Philippine Empire]

The lakan knew that war woudnt solve anything so he invited all countries to send representatives to the first philippine empire to have a meeting so that the countries can talk and debate out their problems instead of using people of their nation so that can end the war early and prevent further more deaths

[Byshel]

The President of Byshel saw the invitation and considered it for several minutes. He called on one of his favored representatives and told him to accept the invitation and represent Byshel at this meeting.

The representative arrived at the First Philippine Empire few hours later.

[Pan-Asiatic States]

Transmission Broadcasting from Neo-Manila City...
To: The Lakan of the First Philippine Empire

"We do not forgive, we do not forget. Peace can only be a viable option if New Doltania and their coalition gives in to the Treaty of Reaudinas and all its conditions, a treatise to which was ratified nearly unanimously by nations whom too, slaughtered innocent lives. Until the such is met, blood must be spilt until those who have wronged are brought to justice.

We are slow to anger, but we hark to draw the line, as we reckon with the effects of recent political incidents. We claim their surrender for the sake of peace; yet they who have sacrificed the well-being of their own people, New Doltania, shall be brought to justice. We must see to it that before criminals do crimes, the people break their weapons.

We refuse to attend this pitiful delegation, lest New Doltania opens doors that have previously been sealed by dispute and virtue, though not a word accustomed to this situation, of the state of this intricately conspired political slander against the Communists of the world."

[First Philippine Empire]

The President of Byshel saw the invitation and considered it for several minutes. He called on one of his favored representatives and told him to accept the invitation and represent Byshel at this meeting.

The representative arrived at the First Philippine Empire few hours later.

Heneral antonio comes out of the room and walks towards the representative of byshel and gives him a handshake and says
"Mabuhay! Welcome please come in the room we are still waiting for the other representatives but help yourself we have food for you"

[Byshel]

"I understand that the other nations have not arrived, but I am fine with patiently waiting here. As for the food, no thank you. I am not hungry," the Byshel representative sat down. He stared at the ceiling for several minutes, a far a way, absent look in his eyes.

How am I going to play this? He thought.

[New Doltania]

Aboard the aircraft carrier Magnificent, Admiral Kasper Ondivi was looking through his telescope. He spotted the Xanadrian navy. He ordered the bombers to attack.
