What are some aspects of the Illa economy? I'm thinking that they export valuable goods to Masurbia and this makes us want to intervene on their behalf.

Mostly agrarian, they can't really export anything significant right now because they're under a blockade.

Hmm, I'd say still active because Vancouvia wouldn't be shooting planes out of the sky, but we'd probably "blockaded" the air too legally speaking and would get mad at anyone breaking that.

Do you have any ideas? Maybe I could brand this as an ARRF operation so it's not Vancouvia invading Illa but in reality like 95% of troops are Vancouvia
