The Kingdom of Tonga will be continuing its efforts to reclaim the island, and is mobilising all of its forces to confront Greater Goverwal. We are also calling upon Basnia and other allies to help prevent the aggression of Greater Goverwal.

Following the recent bombing of military bases and surrounding structures including hospitals, which has killed brave servicemen, who went to the front line to defend Goverwal, to defend our sovereignty, to defend us. Alas, they were forced to pay the ultimate sacrifice in their work, which has disastrous effects, not only for them, but even more so for their families: their partners who will go home only to find themselves alone, their children who will grow up not understanding why they will never be able to see their parents again. This is damage that can never be repaired.
I have seen the effects of losing your parents at a young age, and it is truly devastating, for them, but to a lesser extent for me to observe their grief. These effects will be seen across the nation, and we cannot allow the culprits to go unpunished.
Our initial reaction was to attempt to prevent further tragedy, by negotiating with these murderers. However, it has been made clear to us over the last few hours that the Kingdom of Tonga has no intention to resolve this conflict peacefully. Therefore, it is with regret that the Executive Council has authorised all of the regional governments to declare war against Tonga.
The South and East have already approved these conditions, and Goverwal itself plans to approve this within a day, per parliamentary procedure. Bechaka Wisiti Mesebisebi Yijemirali has entered a state of emergency, and is preparing for a potential attack.
It is a sorry day in the history of the Confederacy, and a day which we hoped to avoid at all costs. We must resolve this as soon as possible, or risk catastrophe.

A size-able Basnian Fleet has been deployed to the area along the contested naval borders on the Kingdom of Tonga side.

A Noticeable seal can be seen from reconnaisance aircraft, denoting that these planes and ships belong to the Basnia-Tonga Coalition Forces

Routine sub-mining, and anti-sub procedures have taken place to prevent their approach. The aircraft from the carrier, have also begun making routine patrols along the border.

The Coalition has broadcasted that the area is a no-fly zone, and unidentified military aircraft will be shot down, and trespassing seafaring forces, unidentified, will be destroyed.

An aircraft is spotted on one of the ships radar systems

"Comrade, we have identified several Hashkin Aircraft violating the Tongan Airspace." A navyman reports to his officer.

"And what has been done about it?" the officer replies to the technician.

"We have scrambled several fighters to knock them out of the sky." the technician points to the readings on his system.

A small radio crackle comes over the bridge comms system.

"Comrade Admiral, this is Basin Squad Leader G-7, we have identified the aircraft and it has Hashkin markings on it. Do I have authorization to hammer it down?" the pilot chimes.

The Admiral picks up the hand-held radio by the helm, and it crackles to life.

"You have authorization, scratch the target." The Admiral replies.

The technician looks to the admiral..

"Sensors on the aircraft indicate that he has sent in his attacking missiles, I will watch the situation." the technician quickly says before returning to his equipment.

All EWAR-centric Gliese-class DDGN goes into battlestation condition. Considering possible submarine-based launch of the anti-ship missile SADS Ivan Chavres prepares a sortie of F-98N Pluton with ASW equipment kit mounted on.

The alarms are sounding as sailors scurry back and forth on the deck to and from their position

The Admiral is looking out the helm of the BAS Chairman Aircraft Carrier as he notices BAS Equality the Anti-Sub Hunter erupt in flames. The many sailors on the helm turn to face the large cloud of smoke and fire engulfing the ship a few hundred yards away.

The Admiral turns around, "What are you looking at, you, jam those sub missiles, you get some bombers and escorts scrambled, and bring the carcasses of those subs to the surface! Some one give me the damn radio!"

"Right away, Comrade Admiral, here is the radio." One of the sailor technicians hands him the radio.

"This is Comrade Admiral to the Chairman tower, get those bombers and escorts scrambling, blow those subs to the surface. Also tell BAS Sovereignty to help evacuate BAS Equality, the other Sub-Hunters, have them drop the depth charges. the BAS Basian SSN Subs should be engaging these Goverwal subs as we speak. Get it done."

The Admiral watches another fire erupt on the BAS Equality as it begins to take on water. Sailors jump into the ocean. He looks to the left and sees groups of bombers and escorts begin dropping torpedoes and depth charges into the ocean. He sees several of his Sub-Hunters dropping depth charges off the back in a different area.

I have heard of the developments in your exclusive economic zone with the greatest interest. It is my regret that blood has been shed over Taylor Island. This island is undoubtedly under the jurisdiction of Goverwal; however, it is clear to me that Goverwal currently faces a formidable international coalition that possesses significant military capabilities.

The Defense Council has authorized me to sanction the deployment of six F-35 fighter jets to Taylor Island to assist in the fight against the Basnian, Scantarbian, and Tongan fleets. The F-35s will be equipped with anti-ship payloads. Two military trainers will be sent with this equipment to provide advice to your armed forces. The Edrish Government is also willing to provide sums of up to 30 million marks by wire transfer to assist Goverwal in their efforts to retain control of Taylor Island.

In exchange for this assistance, Edreland requests that her merchants be granted fishing rights in the waters around Taylor Island, and that whatever money is loaned to Goverwal be repaid, at 5% interest, at a time of Goverwal's choosing but not exceeding ten (10) years after the resolution of the conflict.

"We, won't, back down" acclaims the Admiral, Iksandr Gorshov aboard the SNS Ivan Chavres, while another F-98N sortie get catapulted from the carrier to hunt submarines.

CIWS system on the Gliese-class DDGN-EW went live and managed to destroy several anti-ship missiles flying past the Scantarbian vessels. Another couple of anti-ship missiles falls to the water after their electronics were fried by the Directed-NN-EMP weaponries onboard the Gliese-class vessels. EWAR suites onboard the vessel also jammed the anti-ship missiles, making them miss their target

"If they managed to sink these Gliese-class ships, they're only going to destroy their environment." said the Admiral.

The radio crackles to life inside a Basnian TU-95: "Red Task Force, this is Hammer-1, we are over the drop zone, release your payloads!"

The 45 TU-95s drop tonnes of napalm and HE out of the bomb-bay doors under escort of 51 MiG-29 Air-Superiority Fighters.

Sergiu Vasiliy looks through his bomb sights, and begins adjusting for distance and wind speed. Through his sights he sees, an airfield and some fortifications.

"Leytenant, we are over the airfield and some fortifications!" Vasiliy shouts to the Leytenant.

"Comrade Vasiliy, I have opened the doors, we have been given the authorization to drop. Release the payload, Comrade!" the Leytenant gives the order.

Sergiu Vasiliy releases the lever and watches through his sight as tonnes and tonnes of napalm and explosives fall from the several aircraft, targeting the airfield, and fortifications.

The radio crackles to life throughout the aircraft, and it sounds like Hammer-1: "We have come a long way from home this day, Comrades. If we will die, we will take hundreds of them with us!"

The search crew have been shot down over Taylor Island. Chancellor Bakker wants a retaliatory action on Basania. Maybe bomb their ships." Torres was excited. Finally, some action. "Alright, tell Andersson* to move his ships from Fiji to Tongo, I want sea superiority in the area. I also want Doumer* to start strafing rounds on the Basanian ships. Don't stop until they are all destroyed." The Private saluted Torres and said he would notify the commanders. Finally, the People's Republic would start to fall

Leytenant Pavlova looks out of the door of his Xian Y-20, he spots the leading group of bombers dropping their payload on the Island Fortifications: "Alright Comrades, 30 Seconds, Stand Up!"

The large group of what appears to be about 100 men or more stand up and face the Leytenant. This is only one of the 18 planes like it making the drop.

"Hook-in Comrades!"The Leytenant orders.

"Count-off!

Comrade 1 OK!, Comrade 2 OK!, Comrade 3 OK!... Comrade 121 OK!The paratroopers count off one-by-one.

"Comrade Leytenant OK!!"

Over the plane's radio: Comrades this is your Captain speaking, the bombers have cleared the drop zone for us with HE, and Chemical Gas, Masks-On and you have the green-light!

The paratroopers begin putting their masks on and all give the Leytenant a thumbs up.

The radio once again: Alright, Comrades, give them hell! The light is on!

The green light turns on, the Letenant says: "GO, GO, GO!"

The men begin falling out of the plane one by one and pulling their parachutes, the paratroopers cover the sky.

The Admiral watches the same planes line up and drop their payloads on their respective targets.

He picks up the radio: "Admiral Grigory, the bombers have dropped their payload, launch the assault from the Amphibious Assault Ships, and let the armor get ashore. I've ordered our ships to bombard the coast to cover their landing. Gas is there, masks-on!

Right away Comrade, the men are already to launch, masks on!

The doors open on the Amphibious Assault Ship, and between the ships, about 700 BTR-80s begin moving towards the island.

By this time, the paratroopers could be seen in the sky.

"Give 'em hell boys, we are almost there!"

It is only a few moments until the first wave of craft makes it ashore, and pops the smoke so the troops can begin deploying and establishing a beachhead.

All-in-all, about 30 second traverse time from craft to shore.

The first group of men begin emerging and establishing the beach head under smoke, and paratroopers have begun touching down.

32 F-98N Pluton was launched from Ivan Chavres, their objective? Finishing military installation left untouched by initial bombing by Basnian aircraft. With supercruise and stealth capability, the Plutons made a sprint towards Taylor Island, first they destroyed AA/SAM/Radar installation with long range air-to-ground missiles before the 32 aircraft splits up into pairs and perform bombing runs on oil tanks, barracks, vehicle depot, harbour installation, coastal batteries, and other sites that is critical towards the operation of any troops stationed in the island.

It is both with a great excitement and with a great somberness that I address you today. Science has discovered a new island in the great seas of this planet. However, the discovery could hardly be reported on before the conflict began. A conflict that rages to this day. We have not even begun to ponder the wonder that could accompany this discovery, and yet we fight for it. The official position of the Hexian Nation is neutrality in foreign affairs. However, the protection of the oppressed has always taken precedence, and you, the people, have demanded that we stand for our nation's values.

The Hexian Government has always believed that the right to self-determination is a right inherent to all mankind. That authority and power, in all their forms, are derived from the consent of the governed. We hold this to be true, and when called to aid the liberation of the oppressed, the people of this great nation have always responded with righteous power in the pursuit of that liberation. I, Thomas Valdreia, therefore declare, on behalf of the People's Republic, the actions of the Tongan Government to be unethical and a violation of natural rights. I condemn the attempted suppression of the people of the Confederation of Greater Goverwal. This is a people trying to make a space for themselves. This is a people attempting solely to exercise their right to self-determination, whilst a larger, more powerful nation attempts to suppress the expansion of these people who so desperately need it, and we express our full support for the people of Greater Goverwal. We hope to see an end to hostilities soon. However, we cannot sit idly by, when a history such as ours, so full of tradition and honor, demands we take action.
