The RoC ships made one last push against VEXA. Macrocannon shells, plasma, lances, and drop pods slammed into the hulls of VEXA's ships. Meanwhile, a Battlecruiser went over to Orbis Terrarum and began firing drop pods(6 Iron Guardsmen, 3 Stormtroopers, 1 Sword Brethren Assault trooper) in support of the Slavonian, Albaian, and Elvetican units.

OOC:tbh this was probably the first war RP I actually enjoyed. Sad that it's ending.

The nanobots began to chase the ground units attempting to siege the fort away "Hooray begone our foes, back to the hellish lands from which you came from!" Yelled and cheered the commander "alright now before they leave the planet target their ships with the doom station" he commanded

[Authenticating order approved targeting ships and charging at 0.9% power ready to fire in 5 seconds.]

Then the small blast hit the Vexa ships litterly vaporizing them in an instant "that was all? Is the war over?"
Was what the commander said

(Yeh this is my first time in a war thread as well, it really was fun!)

There it was at last: the remaining ships of VEXA within Orbis System. There was almost nothing they could do, seeming as though the Coalition's support was vastly superior in tactics and will power. Perhaps it was the fault that it was mainly ran by AI, or perhaps it was ran with little courage, being powered by hiveminded slaves. It was too late to figure out right there. For the General, the CEO was especially mad.

VEXA's last ground push was halted almost immediately by none other than Albalian's brave forces. Their insertion to fend off parts of the captured NDF HQ was a stalemate however. NEF and NDF combined forces were struggling to keep VEXA's forces at bay, and they soon entered the main entrance hangar.

The Commandant, Gerry Lewis IV, hailed for help from Slavonian and Albalian forces, probably for the last time:

A RoC Battlecruiser loomed overhead, massive barrels warming up.
The barrage began, steaks of light raining down towards the planet.
Instead of shells, though, they were drop pods.
In areas with less VEXA troops, the drop pods disgorged troops and the occasional Conqueror Light Tank.
In areas with more VEXA troops, they opened to reveal 4 automated Heavy Bolter turrets controlled by a simple target designator.

"Contact! Direct fire to six o'clock 15 meters high!" Yelled a trooper over the radio to one of the nearby NEF Lion IFVs that was giving fire support to a squad of troopers, while the troopers had been holding out it seemed like they where taking a bit in the way of heavier causalities then they had been expecting. As well this bloody ambush had taken them off guard thus making them a bit more prone to a surprise attack, it also didn't help that they had expected the place to be already cleared out but it seemed like it wasn't. Nevertheless the NEF forces kept fighting on, soon the main armament of the IFV a 40mm Autocannon (Anti-personal, Thermite core round), was lighting up on the area that was pointed out by the Trooper. One could barely hear the cannon firing over the other sounds of the battlefield, electronic whining and then clicking, soldiers screaming, explosions, and of course general gunfire and laser fire; it was chaotic as the enemy slowly pushed forward. However the VEXA soldiers or well drones will soon realize that these NEF soldiers weren't going down with out a fight as they shot, stabbed, kicked, bludgeoned, and generally fought a sense of dedication and vigor that one would seen in something like a cornered animal.

"Jackson, get to cover!" yelled a Fenvaria senior sergeant as she looked back at one of her troopers who was dragging a NDF soldier to cover, lasers whined past them as the fighting continued, shortly after saying that the Trooper's shields flickered and 'popped' as they became overloaded with energy. At this point the only thing protecting the trooper was his armor and well it seemed that their armor was decently effective at stopping, decently, being the keyword. The NEF wasn't really use to fighting with plasma or well energy based weapons in general as really that type of weaponry was still experimental or well too large/dangerous for normal infantry, the only weapon that the NEF had been able to shrink down to a decent size was the M24 DE-SMG and that was known to be an alright rifle. More in the heavier side, a bit more fragile, shorter range and well overall expensive; the SMG was largely used in ship-to-ship boarding or well general space combat due to its little to no recoil. The trooper continued to drag the NDF soldier only to get impacted by a laser bolt and drop the soldier, then soon was filled with about four more shots all across the chest two of them being stopped over the last two impacted and penetrated his armor the only thing to escape from him was a scream that sent a shiver through her skin as she watched the trooper fall to the ground lifeless. She slid in another magazine into her M83A7 and then quickly peaked over cover to see the row of VEXA combat units, dipping back into cover she took a breath and then popped back up and opened fired. Adrenaline was pumping through her veins as she held down on the trigger watching and hearing the rifle whine up and then kick as the 10x25mm HEAP FMJ round flew out at 5km/s. After a sustained fire she felt the rifle click as that was an indication that it was dry, not to mention that she had lost her shielding, dropping back into cover as a laser bolt flew past and tore through her a bit of her arm combat fatigues. Now growling she reloaded and she then analyzed the situation as there was bodies everywhere or well body parts, the IFV was still blasting away at the line however it was soon coming under heavy fire as well. She then clicked on her radio and started to bark orders "Charlie squad fall back, fall back to the next defensive position! We are getting overran! Lion 1-4 provide covering fire as we fall back."

"Copy that" replied the commander as they looked back at the crew, "You hear her, hold them off as we engage them!" a united 'yes sir!' came from the crew as they continued to fire away at the VEXA forces

"Sir! We are on the last two racks of ammunition!" yelled the gunner as she aimed the turret at another line of drones

"25% hull integrity!" yelled the driver as he looked over at the senor

"Well." He said sitting back in the chair, he pulled out his last cigarette and his stainless steel lighter, flicking the lighter on he lit it. With on long drag he took one puff of the cigarette, letting the slow acting nicotine course through him. He gave a smile as he heard 'RPG', with wary eyes looked up at the picture of his kids and said "Soon, Ill see you-" he was cut off as the rocket impacted the front of the IFV killing the driver instantly, sent metal fragments back shredding the commander and finally critically injuring the gunner. For all tense and purposes the IFV was now out of action and it seemed that the entire NEF and NDF line was being pushed back, as for the Slavonian line that was unknown as little communication was being reported from their side or well any communication that the NEF knew of.

Meanwhile at the command IFV the Major slammed her fist on the metallic table denting it a bit as she saw that they where being pushed back "Goddamnit!" she blurted out as she stared at the tactical map "move the reserve battalion up to the front, we need to hold that line."

"But ma'am that is our last reserve unit."

"I know, unless we get back in contact with the Slavonian command we have to hold the line here. Not to mention overall we need more forces to help secure the HQ, as well resistance is heavier then we expected. I want that battalion to be loaded up with any spare ammunition they can as well those frontline troops are going to need it as its only going to get worse."

"Ma'am! RoC forces are dropping in drop pods of reinforcements as well as turret pods. They have instructed us to stay away from the drop pods as they will target anything that goes by them."

"Mm, good...its a start hopefully it will help out or troops in the field."

A drop pod touched down near the NEF lines. A single Inquisitor, accompanied by 9 Inquisitorial Stormtroopers, marched out.
"I am Inquisitor Harold Ghent. I request a face-to-face meeting with your commander."

4 klicks out-VEXA lines
Another drop pod slammed into the ground. The doors lowered and 10 troops-6 Iron Guardsmen, 3 Stormtroopers, and a Sword Brethern Assault Trooper charged out, firing blindly. several more landed nearby, including one with a Conqueror Light Tank.
8 klicks out-VEXA camp
4 Condemnor-pattern drop pods slammed into the ground, squashing one unfortunate soldier underneath them.
They lowered their doors to reveal 4 Heavy Bolters-the larger cousin of the Bolters used by the Assault Troopers of the Sword Brethren. Immediately they began scanning the area for signs of life.
They found what they were looking for in abundance.
16 heavy Bolters began firing, spitting (inaccurate)HE shells at anything that had a pulse within 650 meters.

OOC: VEXA troops are synthetics, but thermal imaging works on them, so its fine.

As the battle continued, its been revealed by NDF security that VEXA units had been scrambling communications, cutting off valuable contact between the allied forces of the Coalition support.

The horrific sounds and environment of war was indeed, dreadful, especially to those who were noncombatants, but VEXA's troops were unfazed, heartless, and soulless. Robotic, and incomprehensible gibberish was spoken about. Soon, one particularly heavily-armoured trooper stood in the midst of the battle, being repeatedly shot by allied SMGs and Machine Guns. The mask upon its face suddenly grew a bright glowing red. It lifted its arms, seemingly to grab something from the back of its body; it was soon to be revealed that it was large weapon of some sort. Speaking in a robotic manner, it proclaimed:
(Imagine)

"Coalition Forces, you are to vacate the area immediately, citing the new treaty and agreement. Hostages have been captured and are the following:

3... NDF Commandant(s)

14... NEF Combatants

17... Unidentified Civilian Workers

22... Unidentified NDF personnel"

After revealing the information for some unknown reason, the drone's weapon lit with fire; a glowing blue fiery fury, emanating from the nozzle, incinerating the environment around it, melting even its own comrades alive. The snythetic points it outwards towards the newly arriving reinforcements, essentially creating a firewall around the entrance. It was one of VEXA's newest incinerator class flamethrowers, probably captured NDF tech.

Meanwhile, the Albalian positions were finally quiet. The battlefield where VEXA and the Albalians had clashed looked like a lunar landscape, with deep craters, molten soil and the skeletons of once-beautiful trees stretching on for miles without end. Small, ash-choked pools of poisonous water sat in the bottoms of craters and the smell of the dead filled the air - truly, it was like seeing the end of the world. The Albalian marines had surprised the entire Coalition and even themselves, successfully beating off VEXA's attack - but at what cost? Thousands of dead Aquariians and Ausar lay where they had fallen - in their trenches, in the field...the mud where many Albalians had died was stained a dull, dark purple. The husks of destroyed armoured vehicles sat still in the mud, continuing to burn with a passion.

The Albalian solders still alive sat or wandered in their own lines without aim, thinking about their dead friends, and how they managed to find victory. Some marines cried, some played games to try and distract themselves, and some just... stared, out into the now-barren wasteland that they had been fighting for. They were forced out of their thoughts when Captain Skugge himself appeared at the front lines. The marines, despite being battered, bruised and beaten, were silent and prepared to listen to their commander.

Captain Juhan Skugge wrote:Marines, everyone sympathies with this terrible war, the living and the dead. But while you are hurting, the great Albalian lion is but wounded. While there is air in your lungs you can still roar! Now, breathe deeply, men. Shout out with pride at this small victory, then steel yourselves again, for our fight is not over - we will march towards NDF headquarters, where the last of VEXA's forces still fight. Then we go home and be with our loved ones again.

The Albalians heaved a collective sigh, then began to pack up their equipment. Phantom dropships emerged from the Albalian ships in the city, ready to collect the Albalians and take them to their final objective. Just under seven thousand marines remained, but they were nevertheless determined to see this war to its bitter end - for home was just in sight, and to see it again they would fight like they had never fought before.

While the marines readied themselves, a squadron of Banshee fighter-bombers were deployed from the Albalian heavy cruiser. They didn't have to fly for too long before coming within range of NDF's HQ. On the ground, they saw NEF and NDF troopers fighting together against what seemed to be a mob of VEXA soldiers. The pilots of the banshees considered going after those instead, but they had their orders. If there was one thing a banshee was known for, it was its wail, which was supposed to have a crippling psychological effect on the enemy who was about to be attacked by them - and this time was no different. A loud, piercing screaming sound came from the banshees as they began their attack on the building; rapid bolts of green came out from the undersides of the craft, painting the building with flashes of green light soon after. An small section of the building collapsed, presumably taking dozens of VEXA soldiers with it.

With no signs of clear communications between the auxiliary ship Colton, and the Elvectican Government, Supreme Court, and BNL Representatives, fleets nearing the system were increasingly aggravated.

In a turn of events, the massive fleets start entering faster and faster into the system, attempting to form a blockade of VEXA's remaining planet wrappers.

"General Case-1 of VEXA Corporation, you are now relieved of duty. After failing to adhere BNL sovereign space formed by the unarmed Auxiliary craft Colton, we have no choice but to engage all VEXA Planetary Annihilation-class weapons. Please be prepared to evacuate the consoles, as we are beginning repeater attack. Standby for commencing launch, primary systems at Virgo-directional, system cannons move from Silas-directional."

Automatic Distress Relay wrote:This is BNL Class Peacemaker Auxiliary Craft Colton. Message dispatched approximately 1 milliseconds ago. ID: Alpha X-25 Zulu, 1st grade. Main systems unharmed, crew of x15 dead after resulting EMP burst. Culprit: VEXA. ID: Alpha X-1000 Alpha, 10th grade. Immediate contact recommended to clarify.

Infuriated by this surprising revelation, an admiral onboard a commanding ship leading the multiple hundred fleets declares hostilities.

"Copy, Auxiliary Class Colton has been EMP'd by VEXA forces, correct?" he swallows his spit, hoping for a negative reply,

"Positive. VEXA Units are culprit. Recommended to establish contact."

"Right. All cannons, face Silas directional, open fire. At minus 10 seconds." the systems count down, somewhat eagerly awaiting "0" as if it were human,

A bright, white light immediately blinds the general area where the planet wrappers were located, almost damaging other Elvectican NDF and Coalition supporters. A rod of light leads to a massive cannon stationed just below the deck of one of the carriers. It quickly vaporizes a single wrapper within seconds. With one already gone, VEXA fleets call a cease fire, and proceed to move away from the system. It was then, that only the land units were left.

"This is the BNL SSF, all remaining VEXA space units have been eliminated from this battle.

We are detecting multiple VEXA remnants in Elvectica's borders, as well as neighboring countries. Is there need of any assistance?"

The resulting horrid conditions of the main remnants of warfare near the coast quickly escalated the Elvectican government's fury.

Reconnaissance Army 2nd wrote:Report:

With the head of state and government, Adecyn VII and Jay Burdell already seeing to repair and establish international diplomatic relations, it was up to parliament to vote what to do with this new barren wasteland. Most of Elvectica's beautiful nature remained intact, luckily having VEXA troops only penetrating in remote and lifeless badlands. But the coastal regions were different to the south, as said.

With the government preoccupied, the NDF still had trouble trying to remain calm and orderly. It was at the worst of times when a massive VEXA robot had announced hostages and a massive flamethrower armed at its side. They had no remaining option but to hope for RoC units to help destroy VEXA's soldiers. The BNL SSF were then announced to have arrived, defeating the last remaining space fleet. And finally, distinctive Albalian bombers were heard, and imploded the VEXA-taken parts of the headquarters. It was no time for celebration, however.

They had to come up with a solution, rather a tactic, to counter attack the ambush, and reclaim the entrance. Commandant, Gerry Lewis IV, in the midst of the flames of the flamethrower, shouts to the rest of his comrades, "We need to form a plan!" he clenches his teeth, as another Albalian bombing run destroys more, "We might outnumber them, but their technology is just too advanced for our armory to effectively deflect. Even NDF's newest armory can't withstand that amount of heat from the flamethrower!..." he runs back to cover further away, "Anyone got any ideas?!"

by The Empire of Slavonia
The Slavonian fleet celebrated their victory in space, but still had a victory awaiting down below. VEXA had to be cleared out of other countries, and they were holding hostages. The admirals of the Slavonian fleets and the general of the Slavonian army in Elvectica, Simon Abazasdze, discussed potential plans. After the decision was made, General Abazasdze sent a message to the Coalition forces.

General Simon Abazasdze wrote:I'm afraid Slavonia is unable to assist you with your hostage situation. We are now engaging VEXA pockets in other countries, and wish you the best of luck.

With that, the 560,000 Slavonian soldiers present on the planet bolted off into the skies and flew all over the planet in large waves. When they found VEXA occupations outside of Elvectica, they located where hostiles were and then dove at them and fired away. Slavonian artillery present in Elvectica's countryside* fired away at VEXA fortifications. Slavonia made sure that these nations were aware it was Slavonian artillery and not Elvectican, in case artillery wound up hitting buildings or infrastructure or whatnot. The Slavonians attacked from all over the place, with the specific intention of forcing VEXA troops to back up into multiple, denser pockets that would be extremely vulnerable to artillery.

The Slavonian fleets reassembled and formed an orbital strike formation, which meant all remaining of the fighters and a third of capital ships pointed their weaponry down towards the planet, and the remaining capital ships remained scattered around the fleet to watch out. The Slavonian fleet then began slight orbital strikes on VEXA forces across the planet, being careful not to use weaponry any stronger than artillery to avoid major collateral damage.

//*The artillery is at Slavonian military bases in the Elvectican countryside. Said bases were established very early on in this RP!

///OOC: Update:

RP will be closing near the end of February, on 1st of March. An update telegram will be sent to the major powers who supported either the Coalition or VEXA soon.

This was it:
Slavonian forces, who decided it was best to eliminate remaining strongholds, soon ended VEXA's tyranny. Thanks to the help of their previously established military bases in the countryside, 50 000 soldiers, brave and resourceful, quickly ended the remaining troops outside of Elvectica. Orbis was free once more. Citizens rejoice on the ground below, which is remarkably unscathed by the invasion attempt. But, unfortunately, some of Elvectica's beautiful coastal forests and plains are utterly devestated following the massive stalemate between Albalian forces and VEXA's attempts at an offensive attack.

BNL's Auxiliary craft was nowhere to be found. It was only then, when the NDF's HQ was starting to fall into VEXA's hands, that BNL finally decided to do something about it; massive cruisers and carriers, hundreds of kilometres wide from the BNL SSF descended upon the scene. The display was rather heartfelt, it symbolized the end of the battle. The Coalition's supporters, from all around the Cosmos could see their arrival; the array of additional last-minute support forces from their own sides was striking, and brought many of the battered soldiers to their knees in tears, celebrating the end of conflict.

NDF HQ: A massive detonation from behind the VEXA soldiers in the corridors erupted and set ablaze the insurgents; ironically enough, even the flamethrower. It was all thanks to the RoC and Albalian Armed Forces: bombing runs that were quickly sent out, despite VEXA's attempts at interrupting and scrambling communications. The explosions could be heard miles away, as the southern quadrant was totally obliterated. The hostages, however, were nowhere to be found.

Looking around the wreckage of the headquarters, it was soon found out that said VEXA forces were not in fact still in the NDF. Security camera footage taken later revealed that they had already left the planet, under the escort of VEXA ships, who were not allowed to further any intervention. Their anger was only to be stifled when Bordeaux, the Queen responsible for all of this-- was seen to have boarded one of their escape vehicles. "God... damn...f--" a soldier remarks, while watching the footage, "Could anyone give me a status report on VEXA's escort ships? BNL needs to fucking see this, right fucking now." it was obviously another breach of the treaty, but their forces were apparently too busy to care, establishing communications with the government on the ground, in the capital buildings.

With the resulting meetings between the two governments, they soon established the treaty's full terms. Thousands of noncombatants, restless and sleepless following the battle on the news, congregates in front of the capital buildings, in celebration. The historic treaty was signed, even whilst some fighting ensued. It was officially the end.

Suddenly, a dark and foreboding figure appeared from the background of the event in the chamber building; its slick, but relatively eerily white tone was almost immediately recognized. It was the VEXA CEO herself, signing the treaty. Seeing this, VEXA's remaining strongholds fell apart, and the NDF Headquarters was quickly took over.

In the resulting negotiations, the Elvectican parliament then agreed to create another historical act in the nation's history: The total reconstruction of damaged wildlife;

Image

And of course, VEXA and BNL had agreed to never touch Elvectica, hindering any intervention, declaring VEXA's banishment from Elvectica, Orbis System, and its Galaxy.

by BNL Corporation
And with that said, the battle was abruptly ended, sparking sudden, and almost an odd peace. In the wake of the damage and conflicts, were the Coalition.

Now, as with anything that BNL has claimed for in the last millenia, their official stance was to remain as neutral as possible. Of course, given the certain situation, especially in the event taking place on Elvectica, Orbis Terrarum, their prized location and tourist attraction, it was not to last. With the swooping powers of legislation and diplomacy, (and a bit of bribery), VEXA had finally agreed to never enter Elvectican Space, barring any relations between them and Elvectica.

BNL and VEXA always had close ties together, but in this instance, it was rare to see any friendly handshakes between the two. Never once before had BNL expressed discontent with VEXA's actions. Their approval of seemingly horrific experiments in closed off sectors of galaxies had not fazed BNL's leadership, yet when it came to Elvectica, it was indifferent. Their first reactions to the battle was seemingly dismissive, wanting not to intrude in a VEXA intervention. And once again, after hearing it was much more catastrophic and serious than once thought, BNL's leadership took much more offense to their actions. Perhaps it was due to the fact that Elvectica housed the sentimental Orbis Terrarum Supreme Court, BNL's main meeting place. Perhaps Elvectica has the largest variety of species and wildlife than another location known to them, not wanting to disturb or create any hostilities between BNl and them. Or perhaps it was merely a result of corruption between the Elvectican government and BNL. Nevertheless, that was that.

Uncertain, and afraid of what the future may bring, BNL also announced their plans for a massive assembly of nations; the First Assembly. It was made in hopes that more agreements with VEXA could patch ties. Only time can tell.

In the end, BNL had put the Coalition into Elvectica's hands, leaving them to 'deal with it themselves.' It was technically classified as an unofficial group of foreign supporters and backers. This, of course, frightened BNL, and had wanted nothing to do with their actions.

Meanwhile, during the agreements between BNL, VEXA, and Elvectica, BNL troops, along with new foreign forces arrived to help secure remaining forces. They met with some of their soldiers and fleets, greeting them.

''Besides that, fighting with FT tech nations would be a bad idea in the first place.'' Cauã Monteiro Leal, governor of Southern America, said. ''Our tech is still MT, and we have barely touched the space. Also, our soldiers would be killed within seconds, if they would met with Elvectican army. That was also the reason, why we sent only robots to VEXA- they were the only ones, who wouldn't get annihilated on the sight.''

''Sounds reasonable.'' Kayden Watson, governor of European Frontier, said. ''We have no reasons to meddle in their affairs either.''

''Wait, will monarchy be overthrown once in Elvectica?'' Stanley Johnston, governor of Pacific Frontier, said.

''Unlikely.'' Father America said. ''In Elvectica, youth is apathetic of politics, and no one has either guts, or will to change status quo. It will be a long time, before seeds of republicanism will thrive there.''

''Well, that's sad.'' Raymond Cousineau, governor of Upper America, said. ''Monarchy is an outdated relic, which should be swept away.''

''Sorry, Cosineau, but things not always go in the way, which you want them to go.'' Father America said. ''Anyways, we have more important matters to do- we need to govern our Regions. Also, Cosineau, weren't Prairies expecting a heat wave in this summer? We might lack food to feed cities, and even our party members might starve. Better do something about this.''

''Okay.'' Cosineau said, and after then, all council members went to their own important things. Father America went out from secret underground planning room, and went out from White House's doors. He looked around, and saw a yellow disc in the skies- it was sun, who was setting down. It looked like a bright light on otherwise grey landscape. Father America looked at the skies, and remembered about his robots, who were sent to VEXA. They were there, somewhere far, far out from his reach. But some scramble in far place of Universe wasn't his top priority.

(I know, that I decided, that my nation will be neutral, but I participated a bit in the beginning, and Elvectica in TGs also gave me a chance to conclude story in one post, so there goes that.)

by The Empire of Slavonia
The end of the campaign in Elvectica finally came. The destruction of the 51st fleet was certainly a disaster, but the Slavonians performed well in all other metrics. The Slavonians believed their intervention was critical for a Coalition victory. Regardless if this was correct or not, the Slavonian military celebrated the success of the intervention. They drank to Slavonia, the Tsar, the soldiers, and to Elvectica's continued safety and freedom.

Tsar Casimir II himself visited to bring flowers, some vodka bottles, and a little storage device holding get-well-soon messages from Slavonian military youth groups. He tried to briefly congratulate Queen Zabinski on her recovery, and stayed a while to look around before returning home. While the intervention was certainly a great victory, the actual size of the war was of little note to Slavonia (or most of the powers involved), thus there was no military parade in its honor.

Slavonia also sent a relatively handsome monetary gift to assist Elvectica in reconstructing what Slavonia left in its wake, that being relatively considerable collateral damage. While it probably wasn't enough to cover the costs, it would certainly help. The reconstruction of the 51st Fleet was underway, but Admiral Lastousk would be out of work for a while until then.

//That was a great RP!

RoC Proxy Post
The Republic of Christiandom

The news of the end of the war triggered massive celebrations in the RoC on the streets-and a moment of quiet reflection in the headquarters of the navy. A monument to the war-a marble chamber, with thousands of stars-each representing a death, be it Elvetican, Christian, Albaian, NEF, or Slavonian, with a large relief of a Stormtrooper, a Slavonian soldier, an Albaian Marine, and an NDF trooper fighting side by side etched onto the wall opposite to the entrance. Furthermore, an entire battlegroup's worth of ships, lead by Drusus himself, was dispatched, transporting hundreds of thousands combat engineers to repair the damage done.

The RoC fleet sent out one last offical transmission.
FROM:Vice Admiral Harker
TO:All Coalation fleets, including crews and attached ground troops
Please swing by and claim the dead, wounded, and survivors we've picked up(sorry about the bluntness, but there really is no effective way to sugarcoat this). While you're at it, you can stay for dinner and Mass before we depart.

Hearing the news of the ending of the war with the Colliation being victorious brought great joy to the fort as soilders began to deconstruct the base and replacing it with a statue of a star shaped spire with the supporters of the Coliation on the leftside and VEXA's supporters on the other side with the Elvectica flag on the top.

Then they left silently leaving the mounument as a gift, then they all went home.

When the RoC Inquisitor touched down and walked out as the fighting was going on, one of the NEF Troopers looked at the Inquisitor, she was a shorter Fenvaria corporal with gold eyes and black and silver fur. One of her ears has been shredded in half due to some earlier combat on a last campaign, now her armor was covered in dust, grime, a few scorch marks on her armor. Parts of her fatgiues had been burt off or crisped from laser fire: revealing her fur which also had shinged marks, making her irritated as well she hated haveinf burnt fur. From under her helmet she gave a wolf like frown as well she was more or less pissed, irritated, and well tired of getting shot at my lasers. She replied in a very snappy and attitude “Corporal Jennifer....hell of a fucking time to show up!” She tried to show some sort of relief towards their arrival however she was still very much pissed that they just now decided to show up and help on the ground. Though she really didn’t know how things where going on in space so I guess they where occupied with the actions in space.

For the rest of the Troopers things where getting rather tense as they had to keep falling back, between the gunfire, mortar fire, explosions, screaming and the flames the Troopers despite their lower area of tech where at least putting up a damn fight. Making sure that these drones got a good beating in combat, showing that the Troopers a good fighters or well trying to show. The line was reinforced with the final set of reserves for the Division, tanks rolled up to the front and fired away with their main guns. Some of the Troopers cheered as they saw the fresh line of NEF troops and tanks rolling up, but for most of them they silently cheer and kept fighting, for all they knew this was the last batch of troops in the Division. With this new vigor the NEF troops fought on and to the death, for all they knew was that tonight they where dining in hell.....

495th Legion HQ
2 days after Peace Deal

“167th reports over a 80% causality rate ma’am, same with the 159th, 160th, 165th, 168th, 169th-“ reported a communications officer looking over the casualty roster. The Evandari Mashal looked at her desk as she ran her hands together, listing to the Divisions that had suffered that where under her command. She was young for a Marshal around 35 and that was mostly due to her quick reflexes and ability to make fast decisions in terms of tactics. Giving her an edge over most other officers not to mention there wasn't a number of Evandari in the military, well active ground combat. Most of the Evandari are pilots or naval commanders which she could give less of a shit about. Her father was navy and well she hated it, she rather die on the ground then freeze in space. For more this was a day to celebrate and toast to their victory but for the NEF it was another day and more body bags to fill, more spouses to tell that their loved ones are dead. But she put that in the back of her mind as she listened to the causality reports, it seemed that the average rate was around pretty low however the forces around the city and the NDF HQ suffered noticeably heavier rates do to the concentration of VEXA forces. It wasn't the fact that the VEXA had numbers which they didn't, it was fact that they the technology that seemed to make them deadly.

"Enough." Replied the Marshal as she looked up and stared at the Communications officer "Just forward the report to High Command, after that go join the troops in the celebrations....I think we all deserve to go loosen up a bit, especially me....I could really use something to drink."

"Ma'am?" replied the sergeant lookin at her with a confused stare, the young human was quite confused as well for the time that he served with her, she seemed to be so mission first and really didn't express her feelings or well really anything about her. But he nodded and stopped his rambling as he was about to step out she looked down at her hands and then back at the door as he was about to leave

"Uh....brink me back something I could use it....." She said with weary and heart filled eyes, the human officer nodded and walked out of the command center, and joined the rather light celebration. There was drinking and other things, for the most part it seemed pretty wild as well most of the survivors had seen things that they wish they had not, and well it was time to feel good. So Troopers where partying as well they where happy that they could survive and help in their dutyz The officer picked a few beers and talked to a few troopers then headed back to the command center, where he entered the building. The marshal was sitting at the desk looking out to the zone which the NEF had setup for their command center, she looked back at the officer and smiled. The officer handed her a beer then sat down next to her. She smiled and replied “Hey, thanks”

“No problem, I mean we all need to take a break. Especially after this....” he said opening the beer and taking a sip. She smiled and nodded

“Yea....” she took a long sip of her beer and then smiled “To think that so much has happened legions quickly cut down to half strength or 3/4ths strength...”

“Scary. But we held out, we managed to help the NDF take back their command center and help them regain control of their planet.”

“Heh, well.....I guess so.” She kept drinking more and kept looking at the officer with friendly eyes. After some time the officer and the marshal finished their beers and sat around for a few minutes before the officer shifted in his seat, he then started to rise in his seat

“I’m going to go and get more.”

“Uh....no.....can you...stay....I could use someone to talk to..”

“Sure.” Replied the officer as he sat down and the two of them talked. For the most part more ships where arriving to Elvectica though these would be more in the way of transports filed with supplies, ranging from medical to construction. The NEF decided that it was also time for them to sink support into the reconstruction of the nation, while it might not be the same materials that was used in Elvectica it was better then nothing. There was also military engineer regiments that had been sent to the planet in order to help with the rebuilding of its infrastructure both militarily and civilian. The Troopers that took place within the fighting where being shipped off planet to be redeployed to another front of the NEF, probably to patrol some small colony or an important area in the NEF.

On New Earth, in the War Park a monument was constructed in to remember those who had fallen in the fighting, a monument that would recognize all of nations that appeared in the crisis. Each stone bullet represented the loss of 5,000 soldiers. These bullets would be placed around the flag poles of each nation, the bullets where about a foot in height and placed in a ring with each ring getting lower and lower. At the opening ceremony of the monument, Chancellor Frederick spoke about the bravery of the soldiers involved. Fighting against all odds, fighting with vigor that the Valkyries would find to be noteworthy, he also noted that while Elvectca had suffer the NEF was willing to help rebuild it and that the NEF was willing to help Elvectica when the NEF could.

A small unmanned craft approaches Elvetica, its warp nacelles retract into its round carapace as it slows to a halt, its solar panels adjusting their position to face the sun of Orbis.

"Greetings. This is Columbus-6, sent of behalf of the Aaronian Federation. We hope to establish trade in the near future, and learn more about your species, and your civilization."

It's clearly an automated message, this probe must be waiting for a response, perhaps to establish a communication link?
