The Albalians were but shells of their former selves. The morale of marines and sailors alike was crumbing at the loss of so many comrades, and the ships that survived weren't in the best of conditions. Once-lively recreation areas had gone silent. For if the Albalians were to speak, the truth would be told. That if they were to lose again, it would be the end of them all. However, one voice proudly echoed throughout every single ship.

There is nothing shameful in defeat, men. We fought like lions but they were stronger. And here, we will fight like lions again. We men and women are experienced, and undeterred. We fought at Rymadd, Hoyera, Rálas-Piadari. We know that victory is never easy. Even in this defeat, we have proven VEXA to be a mob. Reckless, and disorganised, while we have shown strength and an iron will. We will not bend. These barbarians know now that our eternal fighting spirit is what defines us. When they come again, soldiers, honour your dead brothers with the greatest victory Albali has ever known!

Soon, the ships were buzzing with activity once more. Marines filled the armouries, equipping their armour and cleaning their weapons. After just a half-hour, every single marine stood at attention in the hangar bays of their ships. They all had one main goal - stop any VEXA attack on land and wait for the Army to arrive. While many were still aware they might die, they were determined to avenge the deaths of their comrades who couldn't defend themselves.

Battalion after battalion poured out from the ships' gravity lifts and began taking up defensive position on the outskirts of the city. Around twelve thousand marines survived the events in the previous battle, and now every single one was on the ground. A few dozen Wraith and Revenant assault guns also survived, and hovered alongside the marine infantry. Of course, everyone hoped that BNL would see to the impeachment before the next round of fighting started, but they were nevertheless prepared to die before relinquishing an inch of ground.

The Kamikaze attack went well, however the Coalition quickly built back their reinforcements. Now that the Republic of Christiandom was more or less allied with the Coalition forces, the situation is quickly turning on its head, forcing the offense to retreat further than anticipated. Angered by this, General CASE-1 starts ordering the planet destroyers...

The Planet Wrappers' black metallic bodies slowly start emitting a dark, red hue, quickly turning from a brownish red to a neon blue. From all intel and past occurrences, it seems they were starting another warp, pointing to a seemingly random spot on Orbis Terrarum. Even more irregularly, it was only the Planet Wrappers that were behaving like this, and the remaining defender ships were continuing their defense.

Without warning, a bright white object had stopped in front of them; seemingly phasing into existence, yet clearly arriving from a jump from the surface of the planet. The angelic mannerism of the object almost frightened the General, but remaining fierce and calm, he sends out a message:

ATTENTION UNIDENTIFIED CELESTIAL OBJECT. YOU HAVE 10 MINUTES TO JUMP OUT OF THE SYSTEM WITH THE REST OF THE COWARDLY COALITION FORCES. YOUR EFFORTS WILL REMAIN IN VAIN, AND NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO STOP VEXA.

It stays in position... silent, without making any small encroachments, or movements. It just sits there, blankly...

Suddenly, multiple battleships jump into the scene: it was the RoC's reinforcements. The unidentified object had unknowingly distracted VEXA's fleet. A flurry of warnings proceed as well; land units on Orbis Terrarum detected multiple unauthorized launches out of the NDF Headquarters North of Orbis Terrarum City. They had somehow took control of the NDF's space fleet, and were soon to join the fleets of the RoC. Foreseeing another defensive attack, they quickly hail their own reinforcements.

ALL FLEETS ARE TO MAINTAIN POSITIONS. FRIGATE HUSSAR OF THE 95TH, YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO INITIATE A DIRECT AND CONTROLLED DELIBERATE PROXIMITY WARP INTO ROC FORCES AS SOON AS YOU ENTER THE ORBIS SYSTEM.

The General backs off, and orders the Planet Wrappers to halt. VEXA's reinforcements were not to reinforce the general's fleet, however it was to escort the CEO's ship as it approaches Orbis Terrarum.

High Captian Junus Saberil looked over the message that was sent from the Elvecticians it seemed that this VEXA Corp was a bit more than what the NEF was expecting however for right now this is what they had deployed it was what they were going to fight with. He took into careful consideration about their weakness to fighter and bomber support which he hoped that with the two carriers (carrying around 350 fighters and 200 bombers each) that this would be sufficient in turning the tide or at least allowing the NEF to hold an edge when they came blows with the VEXA ships, powering down his tablet he walked to the holographic map of the system that hung in the center of the bridge right below the captain's chair. Walking down the stairs several of the other officers would salute him, after all he was the highest naval official in the fleet. His talons clicked against the cold metallic flooring as he walked to the map, which already had several of the other captains around it however they where there via holograms.
"High Captain on deck!" ordered one of the other captains causing the rest of them to snap to attention, Junus nodded and ordered them to relax, as this was no time for formalities. War was upon them and quite soon, tapping a few buttons on the table the nearest habitable planet popped up and several blue, green and red triangles appeared. Blue standing for NEF forces, green standing for Coalition forces and red standing for VEXA forces; he pointed to the NEF forces first
"Under the cautious word of Elvectica Command we have been told to provide support to the Coalition fleet and assist on the ground." several of the Captains snickered as well the NEF was known for their ground forces, not trying to be cocky but that was one of the things the NEF kinda strived for was to have some of the most superior infantry on the field as it was apart of their ground doctrine. Which was centered around para and mechanized infantry and the idea of fast assaults/mobility. After all warfare is all about mobility and those who failed to understand that where doom to fail, and this idea seemed to transfer well with NEF and the its history of warfare. Composing themselves again Junus moved on "We are under orders to help the Coalition forces, so expect heavy fighting from all sides. Our plan is to arrive behind the coalition fleet, drop the troops, and help support the Coalition fleet.”
“Sir, you can’t really expect us to of use in this battle? From the communications chatter it seemed the Albalians have taken a rather heavy loss and they are superior than us. It also seems that several other nations have taken heavy losses.” Interjected one of the captains
“We can’t be sure that they are superior to us, as we had limited contact with them and haven’t seen their military in action. So for all we know that their military could be weaker than ours.” Replied another
“What about the VEXA? We have-“
“Silence” replied Junus as he looked at the captains “We will stick to our plan as we need to support the coalition ground forces. If we manage to hold the planet, we can hold the planet and their fleet off long enough until reinforcements arrive then we could tip the battle. After all we are a scouting force and a vanguard force.” The captains nodded as they looked at the map, knowing that this was going to be a long and deadly battle. But first thing first was to reinforce the ground forces as it seemed that on the ground things were getting interesting and well the NEF needed to help. They would talk a bit more about tactics before Junus would dismiss them, seeing as they wasted enough time he ordered the fleet move at full speed towards the surface behind the Coalition fleet. A coded transmission was sent out to all Coalition forces telling them who they are and that they are allies, with instructions not to fire upon them. As they approached the planet the three troop transports along with the extra/base transport headed the the surface escorted by fighters. As the transports broke the atmosphere hundreds of dropships flew out of them and then began to start reinforcing allied forces. Soon 1.5 Million Troopers were spread out across the planet placed in strategic locations and important facilities that were still operational like military bases and any sort of Anti orbital defenses as well as attached to friendly lines to provide increased fire power.

Like the others the 167th Division was sent to reinforce any lines and attach themselves to friendly forces which was standard in any sort of combat, support your allies. If you didn't well you were a terrible ally and things would break down really quickly, many of the Troopers were excited to be seeing combat. Most would find this strange but to the NEF Troopers this was what they were trained for which was combat and very urban combat to be exact. Their deployment was to reinforce the 12 thousand Albalian forces, that was another thing that the Troopers were eager to do and that was meet and fight alongside the Albalian soldiers for the first time in combat. The pilots then deployed the Troopers on the outskirts of the city alongside their armor how get a few of them would fly into the city as a sort of vanguard force. After a sometime the armored NEF convoy arrived at the at what the city, entering the city they saw a flurry of movement as people moved to and fro trying to set up defenses and barricades. The Major who went by the name James Rommel thought it would be a good idea to contact the command center of the Albalian forces here as well as the Elvectican Command center. He ordered up a transmission to both of them asking about their status and the status of the city as well as any information on the VEXA ground forces. In the meantime, they would look for a place to put down their command center several locations had been identified however it was unclear if these areas where still occupied or where the battle would take place within the city.

Finally, the Slavonian reinforcement fleets arrived. They were warned off the VEXA fleets and had a decent amount of knowledge of VEXA tactics because of Lastousk, so they were not engaging blind. The VEXA clearly under attack, and the three admirals of the reinforcement fleets discussed tactics.

"They're in a tight formation. We must form drill formations and attack from multiple sides." Said Admiral Mieszko Litwin of the 96th "Nova Polonia" Fleet.

"Remember Admiral Lastousk's warning. They will attempt suicide attacks if possible." Admiral Yunge Aleksei Makarovich (125th "Tatars" Fleet) said.

"They seem to be highly defensive at the moment. They clearly no longer have the ships to spare for a suicide attack." Admiral Litwin replied. "Therefore, a drill formation poses risk." He continued, gesturing with a wine glass.

Admiral Władysław Ludwin of the 134th "Winged Hussars" Fleet spoke up. "Let's not take big risks. Send in the fighters to block their view and engage from every direction. Form broadside formations with our ships, and fire away. If they attempt a suicide attack, our fighters will charge them with our own suicide attacks. Broadsides will continue, and the remaining fighters will assist."

"That does not sound to be the most effective plan." Replied Litwin.

After a long discussion, the admirals agreed that the risk of a suicide attack was minimal, but was to be a variable to be considered. The Slavonian ships formed drill formations, with every capital ship's fighters forming cones around their mothership, leaving an opening hole at the tip of the cone so that the capital ship could fire her forward-pointing cannons out. The drill formations themselves spread out, with no two capital ships being close to another, making indirect or imprecise shots back essentially useless. The 125th Tatars Fleet began their approach, slowly, and the 134th and 125th fleets respectively attacked from above and below relative to the VEXA fleet.

Upon entering shooting range of the VEXA fleets, the Slavonian drill formations began their volleys of shots. They pressed forward, continuing to fire in volleys generally aimed at the center of the VEXA fleet or other condensations of their ships, and eventually closed in half of the distance, withstanding VEXA counterfire as best as they could. Upon closing in halfway, the drill formations disbanded, as the fighters careened forward towards the VEXA ships in tight formations that blocked enemy line-of-sight to their mothership and firing away. Behind them, the Slavonian capital ships turned on their sides, preparing for broadside shots. The fighters, after closing in on the enemy fleet, would deposit their powerful space torpedoes against enemy ships, and then began swarming tactics. This prompted the capital ships to begin firing away.

VEXA's fleet was now in a dire situation, and the suicide attack that had followed before clearly hurt their offensive more than anticipated.

The white, large object that had distracted the fleet in order for reinforcements to arrive then relayed this message:

You are entrenching and violating the Crown's sovereign space territories. This is an illegal war. Crown vessels have surrounded the fleet, and Coalition-backed allies are hindering your defenses useless. Queen Marianne Bordeaux has lost all foreign activity powers in the resulting and ongoing impeachment process for which you may not stop anymore. VEXA is not permitted to enter this quadrant any more longer, following an agreement between VEXA and BNL leaders of the Orbis Terrarum City Treaty of 3118.

Under circumstances under this treaty from now on, VEXA involvement in Elvectica will cease in due time. Your reinforcements are not to reinforce this illegal battle, but is an escort mission. General, you have mere moments to reply.

During this, it seems, BNL CEO Shelby Forthright and VEXA CEO Vixen Fox had came to an agreement.

In light of this, Elvectican NDF troops get in contact with the NEF.

However, it seemed that the VEXA fleet was not backing down, and were violating the newly formed treaty.

Directed at the NEF

Greetings, Major. We are currently taking back the NDF headquarters North of the City outskirts. Whilst doing so, we've spotted several army divisons of VEXA Corporation near the shorelines of Elvectica. We're sending coordinates now. We are also getting word that some Coalition forces have begun a siege near Elvectica's southern badlands. While we have the upper hand in space combat for now, the tricky situation is the ongoing attacks on the ground.

BNL will be signing an agreement between VEXA to stop any conflict, but they are refusing to cooperate. We need extra reinforcements in taking back the rest of the HQ and securing the Southern borders. Efforts are also being set in taking back other countries in Orbis Terrarum.

Meanwhile, VEXA's looming defeat provided the opportunity for a BNL fleet to safely arrive in the system.

A few hours after the supreme court's meeting, a BNL Auxiliary Vessel had entered the scene, and attempted to navigate around the battle. Their primary focus was to bring direct communications between BNL and Coalition forces. Seeming as though a treaty had been signed between VEXA and BNL, the small ship then attempts to enter Elvectican sovereign space.

Suddenly, the VEXA fleet that had been escorting and defending what seemed to be a large payload of some sort, quickly averted all of their attention towards the unarmed spacecraft. Weak and unprepared, the BNL Auxiliary was surely to be utterly annihilated by VEXA's remaining ships.

Mayday, mayday! This is BNL Auxiliary Craft Colton, we have an extremely important payload that requires immediate landing on Elvectica soil. Anyone, please advise; we're detecting VEXA ships' lock on our unarmed crew!

It was quickly interupted when one of the (heavily damaged, but still functional) frigates fired three consecutive shots towards the vessel: the first missed, barely skimming the outer layer of the craft, second hits an RoC fighter by accident, and the last hits the space craft's engines, hindering their drives useless. Without the vessel, the possible peace treaty BNL had purposed would be ultimately useless and void.

Its crew continues to hail for help, while even more fighting continues on VEXA's payload. It seems they're not going to give up so easily after all.

Slavonian sailors continued on, without changing their tactics. Swarms of Slavonian fighters attacked the VEXA fleet, and the big ships fired away from a distance - same as usual. However, two fighters spotted the Colton, and detached from the fleet. They quickly flew after it, and attempted to escort it, assist it with avoiding VEXA fire, and to assist the damaged ship with landing if necessary.

540k out of 560k Slavonian infantry touched off their runways and began to fly towards the coastlines of Elvectica, flying up high. The VEXA armies were spotted, and the Slavonian artillery turned and began to perform ultra-long-distance strikes at the VEXA land invaders. After the first wave of strikes hit, regardless if they were effective or not, Slavonian infantry dove down and fired their powerful plasma guns down at the enemy. Upon getting rather close, they scattered and began hovering around and continuing to shoot, while some landed and started firing shots from the ground. Artillery strikes resumed from there.

The remaining 20k infantry Slavonian infantry flew off and began to assist the NDF with seizing the HQ.

After an extensive campaign of bombardments of VEXA land units started by Slavonia, it seemed that all was in favour of the NDF and the Coalition.

Sea-Naval units that were recaptured from the NDF headquarters then ran multiple reconnaissance missions throughout the coastlines. VEXA's land fleets and invasion had no clear organization, and were clearly beginning to loose hope. They continue assisting Slavonia in damaging the remaining VEXA army on Elvectica's sovereign territories.

And after a few days of fighting, the National Defense Front, along with the help of the 20K Slavonian forces, recaputure the rest of the NDF headquarters, revealing secret plans devised by VEXA supporters

VEXA's control and invasion of neighboring countries would continue to be pushed back, led by NDF forces.

Elvectica had seemingly avoided a total war with VEXA, ultimately a victorious sight. It was only a matter of time before VEXA would be forcibly kicked out of the system by BNL's new ratified treaty. However, their package that was necessary to complete the treaty had lost contact a few days earlier, and the Coalition's supports have reportted them being damaged by VEXA's remaining fleets.

While Orbis Terrarum's conflicts had begun to show signs of closure, the situation in space was still continuing to be a stalemate. The Colton had stopped communications. It seemed that VEXA had not hit it with a regular beam, more rather, an intended EMP-based laser. This would be an extremely huge setback to restoring peace.

In an outer region of the system, BNL fleets began escorting VEXA's reinforcements out of the galaxy. They were unaware of the situation of the Colton.

After a few moments of radio silence, they manage to send out gibberish that could be assembled into something resembling a sentence:

Sailors, Iron Guardsmen, Stormtroopers, and the occasional Sword Brethren Assault Trooper raced about, either preparing to get in drop pods or to prep the ship's lances.
The macrocannons let loose yet another salvo. 5 drop pods made contact with the Colton, and began cutting a hole for the troops inside to enter.

All the while a VEXA ground unit team had found their for and opened fire "Release the nanobots!" The commander said before grabbing for a big weapon and a computer "this is commander Tec requesting a doom station for the aid against VEXA's attack" was what he sent to Entronium which had suspiciously quickly answered " request granted doom station will arrive in 2 hours"

"Sir, it seems that the NDF Command will like us to help them in taking back their command center" replied a young looking dracoian as his talons tapped away at the keyboard, Major Rommel looked over the message and thought about it he could send another Division to help assault that postion as it was a highly contested area and with NEF support it would allow the NDF to get their actual command center back and get a stable line of communcation or well as stable as it could be. He didnt know the effect of damage that the Command Center was in so he was oppunistic that there was relatively a small amount of damage to the command center however he was sure that it was most likely destroyed or heavily damaged. He then turned to face the tactical map of the area, which showed the deployment of the all NEF forces or well better yet the deployment of his Corps which was apart of the 495th Legion. One the three legions that had touched down on the planet, each legion had its own little section of the planet that they have been designated to ensure that the NEF was well covered over the planet and just to make things easier. Out of the area around the city he noted that the 105th battalion was the closest to where the command center was, he then turned to face the holographic projector and clicked a few buttons and soon appeared the Senior Captian of the 105th

"Yes sir?" asked the slim looking female Fenvaria captian, she wasnt wearing combat helment but instead the dull grey patrol cap that very few officers wore in the middle of combat due to the idea that would denote the rank of the trooper and let the enemy know that they where officers but, since she was going to be in the back of the line for right now it was fine. Rommel looked at her and nodded

"Yes Capitan I need your battalion to help support the NDF push to take their old HQ back, you will be facing what seems to be VEXA gorund forces...and its unknown if they are going to be well entrenched or not.”

“Yes sir, anything else I should know?”

“Yes, we are not sure what the VEXA are capable of so I suggest caution-“

“Sir, NDF Headquarters have been retaken.” Replied a communications sergeant

“Mm very well, have your battalion regroup at the NDF HQ and provide security. In the mean time I’ll contact the Marshal and see what further orders we have.”

“Yes sir”the lieutenant saluted and soon the hologram disappeared. The major then clicked a few more buttons and the Marshal of the Legion appeared “Sir” he started before he debrief the Marshal on the situation and recieved new orders. His new orders where simple hold the city and the surrounding areas, which made sense as well the city was probably one of the most important areas with in the region and to have it fall into VEXA hands would be a major blow as they would lose a rather strongly defensive area and staging ground for the region. While the NEF’s presence in the system was rather small and possibly insignificant they where still a force to be reckoned with as they where strong fighters...or well they though they were strong fighters this battle/crisis will tell if they were truly that.

The marshal then clicked off and spoke to another major just south of the city where the NDF HQ was, the major was a hard faced draconian that has personally seen too much combat and has gotten to close for comfort. Her face was lined with scars and cuts from previous engagements, the Dracoians were known for their rather brutish style of combat often seen leading charges and being spearhead forces and mixed with the Fenvaria as well as human forces. What made them unique is that they have a natural scale armor that offered decent protection against some blunt objects and sharp objects however it didn't provide much and it was even worse at protecting from fire arms. The marshal looked over the major as she saluted him before he saluted back "Major, I have a mission for you. You are the closest division near the now reclaimed NDF HQ, I am sending your forces to go and help secure the area along side the NDF and Slavonian forces. For the most part your division will be relegated towards garrison work only due to the sensitivity of the area and the importance of the area. If the NDF looses that position again more lives will be taken into order to take that area back, not to mention that the area is strategically important for the overall effectiveness of the NDF and the coalition forces."

She gritted her teeth and looked at the Marshal "Yes sir." she personally was hoping to get to see some combat but it so seemed that they had garrison duty, as the projection clicked off she gave a sigh as she looked towards her command staff "Alright we move towards the NDF HQ."

In the south near the more recent activity the NEF troops had been rushed to the front to help with any sort of liberations, offensives or anything. By IFV and by Raptor these battlehardened forces drove towards their objective and designated zones of attack and support, communication was attempted to be established with any NDF forces or coalition forces in the area. For the most part the Troopers where determined to see what it was like in this war or well crisis, to see what they were fighting and what was best to counter their attacks, after all the NEF was here to help so it was best to see what they were going go be fighting.

BNL Forces were stationed just outside the system, safe from disturbing or intervening in any of the conflict. It was then only a few hours after arrival that they were met with a direct message from the High Admiral.

All BNL SSF Forces, including MMED divisions, prepare for possible intervention. A VIP Auxiliary Craft sent in earlier is supposedly damaged. All units are to head Silas-directional on my command.

And with that, the massive arsenal that BNL sent was slowly encroaching the system, aimed to bring about the end of the battle. Elvectican forces were closing in on enemy ground forces within the planet.

With the advent that the reinforcements the General had called were here only to escort the wrapper away, General CASE-1 was furious. In anger, he remarks:

...THIS DAMNED ATTACK. WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE UTTERLY DEFENSELESS-- YET HERE THEY ARE, MILLING US WITH THEIR INFERIORITY.

He then looks upon the main communications hub, in the centre of the command bridge of one of the weakened Planet Wrappers. Eyeing the small and large blips on the screen, he is flabbergasted by the sight of even more units coming over to the battle. Suddenly, the small points on the map redden with a certain familiar tint of bright tulip. There, he knew it was the end of the attack.

SUPERVISOR... THOSE ARE BNL DIVISIONS, ISN'T IT--

"U-unfortunately, yes sir. That EMP laser we did to the Auxiliary craft is seeming to be the start of the end... It was a bad decision on our part sir--

CASE-1 walks at a brisk pace towards the man, and grasps his neck; tightly, with ferocious strength, blocking the supervisor's windpipe.

-Si-Sir. I-I The man gaggles at the lack of oxygen, blue faced. He eventually droops to the ground, lifeless.

GROUND UNITS, BEGIN FULL ON INVASION. I DON'T CARE WHAT THAT TREATY SAYS, AS LONG AS IT STAYS AWAY FROM THE GROUND, IT IS NULL.

The battered and already half-beaten naval and ground forces push to Elvectican territory, even as the NDF HQ was lost, they still hoped for a quick naval supremacy.

[The Albali Republic]

The Albalian marines had been using their time away from combat wisely; their positions were now fortresses of concrete and steel, designed to slow a VEXA assault down as much as possible. They knew that they would never be able to outright defeat a VEXA offensive so long as the Army was absent, but with luck, that would soon change. There was a tenseness in the Albalian positions so thick, it could be cut with a knife; everyone had been waiting for an assault that hadn't come, and it was making them restless.

Suddenly, a frantic voice echoed throughout the Albalian fortifications. "They're coming!". Every marine dropped what they were doing and ran as fast as they could towards their pillboxes and trenches. Their assault guns had already begun firing, filling the sky with wonderful trails of blue and purple. A destroyer, still damaged from the fight in space, took up a position behind the Albalian front-line. It had not fired any of its guns, yet... it merely observed the beginnings of the fight.

The drop pods deposited their cargos inside. As soon as they stepped out, they got into formation. They marched to the bridge, before subsequently heading in(leaving their weapons at the door). The leader of the unit(Cpt Garret Henderson) spoke up.

The NDF troops had welcomed the NEF forces, shaking hands and offering them gratitude.

It was interrupted with a speech from upper command. On top of a bridge above the main entrance hangar, Commandant Gerry Lewis IV remarks,

"We are grateful in your assistance. VEXA forces have been driven out of the main buildings, but fighting ensues in the corridors.

But, our comrades south and east of the borders are not faring well. We are seeing signs of a massive movement, and Albali defenses have been set up to try and delay their arrival. It may not enough.
Be strong, fight for what's right, and may luck be with you this fine night.

The corridors of the headquarters, and the backways are still filled with commotion, and hangar bay three to the north of us is still contested. We're currently suffering heavy losses there."

An explosion erupts from an entrance way in the hangar, flinging debris everywhere, and causing some damage to the parked assault fighters. Bright red lasers shoot to and fro from every direction. It was an ambush.

"Battle stations! Secure the area before I make a speech, got damn it!"

With the escort of NEF forces to the surface complete the tiny fleet of 21 NEF ships headed to help the NDF space force and the RoC space force. As they moved into range, High Captain Junus Saberil looked out at the space battle it seems things where getting interesting as now more forces where coming in to help the NDF. Though that didn’t matter as the VEXA where still in the system and harassing the Coalition space forces, the NEF fleet moved into position on the right flank. As they moved in all of the ships lauched their fighters and bombers, while at the same time the NEF fleet faced the VEXA fleet. Saberil looked at the fleet for a second then towards his crew and the NEF fleet before pointing his hand forward

“ALL SHIPS OPEN FIRE!”

And as the NEF ships fired off their spinal cannons it was quite similar to those old firing lines that where used back in the 18-19 centuries. Soon there was a line of several ton ferric Tungsten-Iridium core slug flew through space, accelerated at 30,000 kilometers per second, and towards the VEXA fleet. Meanwhile NEF fighter and bombers flew forwards to engage any VEXA space fighters or bombers, if none they would head towards the ships and start harassment.

“Sir! VEXA ground invasion has been spotted!” Yelled a officer looked back from the sensor post, the NEF forces in the city had moved to begin their defensive of the city. Several squads of NEF Troopers had been deployed to help reinforce the Albanians in their defense, drop ships roared to life as they flew over their lines and Troopers jumped out, as they neared the ground they kicked on their jump packs and softly landed on the ground. If they weren’t doing that they jumped off the drop ships and started to wall run their way down towards the Albanians.

NDF Headquarters

The NEF Troopers welcomes the NDF back and shook hands, it was one of their rare moments, while there wasn’t a lot of them it was still enough to make a difference. They listened to the speech of a bit but once those doors blew off the Troopers where shocked at first but nevertheless lit up the area as quickly as possible. Several of the Troopers where killed in the result explosion and or the explosion taking out their shielding and then catching laser bolts to the more exposed parts of the armor mostly around the neck. Soon metallic wines, then followed by a bang, and then smalllers explosions as the HE tips of the rounds when off. Then while that was going on some thermite and incendiary started to pop up as the NEF Troopers fired off their Hellfire’s and Hellhound shotguns, it was a very slow game of fire, move, cover, fire again.

The spacecraft was relatively empty looking, and some of the light fixtures were promptly damaged after they had sustained the attack. The bridge itself was empty, having no people on deck.

Without warning, a large mammoth of a soldier appears out of one of the entrances to the bridge, opposite of them. Probably around 9 to 10 feet tall, the masked figure remarks,

"You have unauthorized access permissions to board this craft. Entrance level must be at least Alpha X-20 Zulu, 1 to 2nd grade. State or present your id to qualify entrance, or be barred from entrance."

It seemed like an AI of some sort, activated to warrant any intruders from entering the Colton. Now it seems the Colton was suspiciously devoid of life.

Captain Henderson was not what one would call a coward.
But a giant-fucking mammoth of an AI soldier appearing out of nowhere and demanding to see ID made Henderson decide that this was above his pay grade.
He turned on his comm bead.
"Litany of Fury, we've run into an automated guard. Orders?"
After a brief static, the reply came.
"Get your asses outta there."
Henderson turned back to the giant soldier.
"We apologize for our intrusion. We are vacating the area."
The 50-man squad got back in their drop-pods, resealed the bulkheads, and left.

[The Empire of Slavonia]

Slavonian soldiers continue flying around and participating in all fronts, giving brief and quick aerial assaults on VEXA armies accompanied by long-range artillery, and attempting to mow down any enemy soldier that retreats. The battle in space continues, and the Slavonian admirals attempt to coordinate their assault with the other fleets as Slavonian cannons fire away in massive broadsides and Slavonian fighters scream around and throw torpedoes and lasers around

Tsar Casimir II has warmed up a ship and formed an escort fleet. He is assuming that by the time he arrives, the situation will be clear enough for a brief visit to see Queen Adecyn and bring her gifts to celebrate her recovery. He sent a brief message to Adecyn to note that he was on his way and hoped to visit with her as things with VEXA began to clear up.
