They'd be happy to assist and cooperate with any other state on the same side. Both them and private enterprises will also see to make extra money by selling weapons, other aid and trying to offer a place that's safe, secure and away from any conflict...for a price. They just won't deal with any communists because that would go against established policies and the fact that Mushroomian law makes Communism illegal....

The RoC follow's Letheny's stance, and declares Anna Sabelline's Excommunicatus Traitoris, and has placed her on it's hit list, thanks to her opposition to the Lord's word. It has also declared Crown Princess Lucy to be the rightful ruler of Katsur.

[Democratic Exodian Territories]

The Democratic Exodian Territories declares neither Lucy nor Sabelline as a rightful ruler of Katsur, rather,

the Exodian people favor entering the country, forcefully if needed (which of course will happen), and enacting a complete regime change and overthrow of the government; while royal officials as well as Sabelline and her forces tried for crimes amongst the Katsurian people, as well as a military trial at the hands of the Exodian Armed Forces (once the conflict is over, of course.)

Any royalty who collaborate with Exodia are planned to be kept safe. Princess Lucy herself will not be harmed, herself being only a child, and kept safe; however, she will be given education amongst her own people and only returned once she is old enough to hold her position in a professional and mature manner. While royalty will technically not lose their status, Exodia plans to enact a temporary Governor of Katsur, a high-ranking military officer elected by our own troops, until the conflict is over. Anna Sabelline will likely be either sentenced to life in prison or executed, in a prediction of the results of the trial.

Exodia plans to perform a complete overhaul on the Katsurian government. While royalty will not lose their title, they will not have any real political power over the nation, only as a symbol. The leader will instead be democratically elected, in a system that the Katsurian people will choose, presidential or parliamentary. If those in the Royal Council make good to their people, perhaps they might have a chance to become an elected representative or perhaps even the leader themselves.
Exodia will also eliminate the oppressive economic system the current government imposes on their people, with the old socialism and crony capitalism thrown away in favor of true capitalism.
The old system of mass government surveillance will be torn down; the citizens will have their electronic identification chips deactivated permanently and taken out. While their practices of DNA sampling and fingerprinting will be left alone, any other forms of state surveillance such as CCTV cameras and audio bugs will be permanently deactivated, giving the Katsurian citizens the freedom of privacy. All Katsurian state-owned media will be abolished in favor of publicly and privately-owned media outlets.
Basic human rights such as the freedom of speech and press, the right to bear arms, and particularly, the right to practice the religion of choice (with only Exodia’s regulations), will be instated to the Katsurian people.
In the end, we hope to successfully make these reforms and end our occupation of the land of Katsur in peace.

Hinodia understands that the people and government of Exodia wish for a democracy to be put in place, but they must realize that the monarchy is Katsur’s one future chance at stability, no matter how insane it may seem at present juncture. Exodia isn’t anti-Katsur, instead we’re just against the Katsurian government. We don’t hate the people, rather sympathize with them.
