The Qaidi Sultanate has fallen, its government, exiled; its 'President', arrested and exiled; Its Sultan; dead... The only thing left is a decimated army. Qaidi was divided between the warring factions, the communists and the UDC; the fascists and the Islamists; brothers and fathers. Al-Habanah has been split, with the former Sultanate being given control of the north-central sector of Al-Habanah, along with the destroyed Royal Palace, where the Sultans of Qaidi lived. Skirmishes happened between the UDC, the People's Coalition, the National Alliance, and the Sharia Coalition. However, there was still no war.

Now, that's all changed, QPRA guerillas attacked an armoured convoy carrying Allanean ambassador Anastasia Korolenko. The right side of her face and her right arm were burned and mangled. All her bodyguards were killed. PSF forces who were in the convoy were barely able to hold the attacking guerillas before reinforcements arrived. This is war... It is now time...

Communists - The People's Coalition

It is now time, the time to march; the time to fight. The Imperialist UDC has betrayed us! When the Sultanate fell, the war criminals known as the 'Moral Police' were not executed on sight, they were given biased trials; most were set free. When the untrue President of the Sultanate, Umar Al-Murad was captured, they exiled him to Darus. They allowed the former Sultanate - which mainly consists of a decimated army and a few militiamen - gain control of the north-central sector of Al-Habanah, when we said that the Sultanate should be excluded from the Al-Habanah Temporary Division Negotiations.

There are many things that they have done to the righteous workers and peoples of Qaidi. But, finally, they invited the Imperialist Allaneans to have secret negotiations with them. But, we knew. On the 29th of December, we ambushed the Imperialists, we were able to kill most of them, but not the ambassador. It is time to go to war! March, men! For the Glory of the Peoples and Workers of Qaidi!

Democrats, The United Democratic Coalition

It is now time; the time to be diplomatic, but the Communists won't stop. The same is with the Fascists; the Islamists; the Sultanate Remnant. War is coming to Qaidi. The Allaneans, along with the rest of its coalition, helped us win. But now, most of the coalition has been torn apart. Only the Allaneans remain with us. On the 29th of December, 2018, an Allanean ambassador, Anastasia Korolenko, was sent by the Allaneans to negotiate with us. While on a convoy heading for negotiations, she was escorted by Agent James Botros Abd al-Musayḥ. While crossing a QPRA checkpoint, they were ambushed. Both of them were serverely injured. We need to negotiate; but if the Communists, or the fascists, or even the Islamists attack, we'll be ready to put up a fight!

I think that's a bit too much. This is just a starting force, not the whole thing. You can always bring some more if things deteriorate.
