The UDC is just a political coalition, with a small security force. I think you're referring to the PGQ (Provisional Government of Qaidi, whose main political coalition is the UDC.).

10 DSF soldiers in Derna. Generally: 500 in the whole of Qaidi.

100 in Al-Habanah;
50 in Tripoli (However, they are supposed to evacuate by port to Benghazi)
50 in Cairo
50 in Benghazi

40 in Asyut
100 in Alexandria
100 spreaded around the southern PGQ territories.

Equipment:

Most DSF forces are armed with AK-47s. Officers have Makarovs. Snipers have Mosin Nagants. Machine gunners have FM 24/29 light machine guns.

What are the forces of the PGQ, in Derna and in General?

There are around 50 QPAF soldiers in Derna. They are armed with BH-183 Assault Rifles. A copy of Type 81. It can be switched from burst, to semi-auto and to full auto. They are also armed with Makarov pistols. Officers are armed with Browning Hi-Power pistols. However, since the QPAF is Provisional, the equipment soldiers use isn't always the same.

Do you even ICBM? Anyway, whatever anti-ICBM missiles you two have, we have a bigger supply of rockets. Anyway, we use something like those Minuteman rockets the USA uses, except, instead of nukes, MOABs!

Since I plan on joining, I guess I’ll make an overview too.

We are basically the entirety of the Russian East Coast and Siberia(basically, we own everything past the Urals). We also own Mongolia, everything past the Aral Sea in Kazakhstan, and Sinkiang in China. We also have territory in Manchuria stretching all the way to Dailan and into the peninsula across that, and we have the North Korean east coast for ports, final pieces of territory include the Inner Mongolian Aut. Territory in what is China in our timeline, Cheju island in what is Korea in our timeline, and Shanghai. This nation has the “What if Vladivostok isn’t a summer port but an all year port?” scenario. Please do note most of our territory is tundra.

Due to the religion of Cthulhism, which is our state religion, demanding for supportable population growing, and forbidding divorce, homosexuality, abortion, and contraceptives(which THEY think, mind you), as well as allowing children as young as 13 to yknow, as long as it can be supported, this allows for a massive population of almost 2 billion, with a more accurate number being 1,871,988,101 Ruskland-Preubenr and counting. The Ruskland-Preubenr have always been interested in the home of their gods, and dreamed of touching them one day. Scientific ingenuity and a lot of funding made this dream possible, and rockets capable of space flight were around already in the 1920s, manned flights were achieved in 1944, and ICBMs were created in 1953.
