Your offer of an economic aid package to our nation is appreciated but will not be necessary. Allyria is an economic and military superpower more than capable of standing on its own two feet and plans for our recovery are already underway. However, if you wish to talk trade there will be multiple events in the future currently being planned by the Serene-General where this will be possible.

The Message arrived and Calp was pleased. He now had what he needed a foreign backer, a secure way to bring trade and much needed industrial improvements to the nation he loved, adored and cared dearly for. Already the troops of the 6th Airborne were coming south under the command of his good friend General Orlov. They would soon be barracked at their southern barracks right next to the Party House of Power and be ready to roll out of their barracks into the capital and secure major routes in and out whilst the Blue Berets stormed the House of Power and secured the Party heads. He looked over his desk at the two men sat there Orlov and Symonds both Generals and comrades in arms. He then looked at the paper in front of him, "Have these plans mesmerised gentlemen?" He asked the two men nodded and he nodded in return before lifting the paper from the desk and heading over to the fireplace. He threw it into the lit fire and watched the orders slowly turn and burn into blackened ash. "We strike once the 6th have arrived, eta on that Orlov?"
"The first companies are already reaching the city as we speak. Now let us discuss something else more pleasant. Who is going to lead?"
"Lead?"
"Well we three can't openly govern this nation. The military may have power over everything but if we try to push too hard the people will revolt and we will have civil war on our hands. So who leads? What rank do we give them?" Orlov looked between himself, Symonds and Calp. Calp looked at him and smiled, "I guess we go with seniority correct?" The other two men nodded and his smile grew wider. "Then that makes me the most likely to lead?"
"Field-marshal Calp, I like the sound of that don't you?" Symonds suddenly spoke. His voice cut through the air briskly and the other two nodded agreement. "Then we will strike as soon as we can, Field-Marshal." With that the three men all stood the two junior generals saluting their new commander.

The subject of join ownership of the colony is indeed interesting. We will allow Allyrjan pioneers to settle the Kjael peninsula, which is enriched with a rare kind of tree. Allyrjan forces, those of battalion size will be welcome in the territory along as the whole contingent does not exceed 6 thousand men. Allyrjans are also welcome in forming an advisory council to provide input in the Civil-Military Administration.

Today the Allyrian Interior Ministry announced a new plan. They too would be sending settlers to the Narr Islands and specifically to an area known as the Kjael Peninsula. Intending to send around 10,000 settlers as well as 5,500 soldiers to protect industries and the settlers of the island. These 5,500 men will come from the 3rd Skjall Grenadier Battalion and are used to fighting in mountainous, snowy and wooded environments due to the nature of their province. However, no tanks or artillery will be sent due to the Government not wishing to militarise the island and to keep the peace.

With the events in Allyria's stock market recently there has been a decline in the Omicron economy as a result diplomats have been sent to Allyria to attempt to resolve this situation.

The Sixth Administration offers to subsidise local industry to temporarily bridge this crash, in exchange for military supplies and/or direct intervention. The better the aid, the greater the subsidy that will be provided.

The Omicron government accepts these terms and hopes our relations will continue to be cordial.
