After having Nunavutialand betray. We are very skeptical and do not at all trust this. Especially after quite a bit of propaganda and enough unity against us to have men fight us.
But we will admit them. We only wish for the world to reach peace, even if it takes several tries.
Regardless we will forgive, but never forget.
So we make them a consecutive todo list. To make sure no betrayal happens again. But we also stuck on our own obligations and monitoring to prove to them we will not betray them.

1. Nunavutialand leaders may observe the Generals, Senate, and other parts involving war, to ensure we will not betray them. There are many things that will not be seen yet until full addmission, due to security issues.

2. Nunavutialand must report all Police and Military assets and history. This is to show us weapons and avoid any soldiers and Nunavutialand military.

3. Nunavutialand must hand over possession of, or control of, all vehicles, all infantry equipment (not police), chemical weapons, nuclear weapons, bio weapons. We will not hold them responsible for what they have, as none have been used, and forgiveness and removal is the only way to ensure peace, not hate and judgement.

4. From here, The CEC will work with Nunavut officials and leaders, to integrate Nunavutialand into the CEC. This is the first time we ourselves will set foot on Nunavutialand soil unless it is collection of the items. They must help us with this. This also includes them having non-Nunavutialand CEC troops station their bases until integration is complete.

All of Nunavutialand will have a vote undergone. In it will entail hundreds of governments and options to start off their sectors, with CEC defined and determined explanations. From here, we will make the Decentralized Sectors. Many areas will chose Nunavutialand, but there will also be minorities. To stop their oppression, we must make their own small sectors, even if it means quite a few nationalists are stuck in it. (Cite Right of Migration).
An example is the Kreeen people. Their area had roughly 20% in favour of Kreeen sector. So that made their island Nunavutialand controlled. But that 20% were mostly in the south, in fact, 84% in favour in the South. Thus, the island should have that portion, roughly 1/4 of it, made into a sector for the Kreeens, encompassing the majority areas as best as possible. We will aid in this.

From here, the Nunavutialand area will be made, encompassing Nunavutialand and Western Nunavutialand. Its leader will be elected, just as the leaders of the sectors shall, and thus lead its sectors.

We do not wish for Nunavutialand to become moral. Our goal is not Protacan Ideals. It is respecting and allowing all ideals while also ensuring it is what the people want.
That is why we use democracy in such a way, and have petitions and other things. We want what the people want.

We do not like arrest. Forgive and learn from them, have them teach us and we will teach them.
Though they can be in prison still.

Emperor Sato Nunan XVI agrees to these terms but does ask that his rule be respected and that democracy has proven to not work for Nunavutialand. He will however consider reforming the Parliament after the GDP returns to normal levels.
We begin the process of handing our nuclear, chemical and biological weapons over to the CEC. We ask that the biological weapons be incinerated with approval of CEC leaders and that they observe our incineration. The reason is that these bio-weapons were never made to leave a lab environment and we fear that it may cause an outbreak.
We also ask that we temporarily do not split into different sectors to allow for our economy to recover more.

Also, Emperor Sato sees Moralism as the only way for the country to become pacifist and not a militaristic sector as previous people have shown.

The Nunavutian Military is now counting all of their men, weapons and other details to declare them to the Protacan.

We are fine with the incineration process and shall oversee them.

We are fine with undemocratic rule. If it is what the people desire.
So Nunavutialand must still vote. An emperor can exist, but only if it is what the people desire. He can be for life, for as long as the people do not petition and subsequently vote him out.
As democracy does "not" work, the emperor should win.
The reason why we must vote is to ensure it is what the people want. Whether that is an all powerful leader, or a republic. We must still vote, for without it, it is imposed rule and imperialism. And the door must always stand open for them to be kicked out. So that the leader acts as the people want, and so that the leader is what the people want. As soon as the people change, the leader should too, or at least change themself to fit what the people want.
Thus we do not demand a democratic government, but a democratic leader.

Furthermore, there will be those who do not want an emperor. Instead of risking assassination or making minorities mad, we make decentralized sectors. So, we must have Nunavutialand break up into sectors, and bring stability.
These sectors should also help, as they can provide other perspectives and also abilities for economic development, as seen in present CEC.

Regardless, if they do make decentralized sectors now and hold the votes now, they will recieve their apology development funding and projects, as our collective apology for the issues we had caused between us.

We thank the Nunavutialand leader for not blindly shoving the bio weapons at us. Authority should be listened to, but always questioned, so that ignorance does not occur. We apologize for our ignorance for such special case weapons.

The Protacan area leader, Gucci Raggazzi, (not Belisaurius anymore) urges Nunavutialand to remain Nunavutialand with their ideals. They can adopt moralism, but not Protacan moralism. And indeed should retain their own ideals and perspectives. They can be peaceful and remain Nunavutialand.

We also contact Osterias, and whether or not they wish to join and follow the same terms.

Sato agrees to develop Nunavutian Moralism, and for now he changes the state religion to Nunavutian Pantheonism until he develops it more.
A vote is held on whether the people wish for a democracy or a sector ruled by an Emperor and Royal Family. The vote is 99.89% FOR an Emperor and the remainder is spoilt ballots with 0.01% saying DEMOCRACY.

Sato agrees to granting different sectors autonomous rule but only when the economy is stable. Then a vote will be held on whether different Provinces wish to become separate decentralised sectors.

We request the following -
When a monarch dies, a new one shall take their place, followed by an election.
If this election is in the monarch's favour, then the new monarch shall rule.
If it is not, then this monarch shall only be ceremonial, and a Presidency shall be around for the lifespan of the ceremonial monarch.

This system was devised by 23 year old University of Osaka student Michael Fletcher, who names it the Fletcher System.

Having trade already closed with the CEC, we have drawn back 4 miles away from the Tahrvoiran border and destroyed most major roads between the countries.
The area is almost completely uninhabited, and land mines have been placed across the 4 mile space.

Behind the 4 mile stretch, we have started building fortifications.

These are only in place to thwart a ground invasion.

Roraima has experienced poverty and instability since seceding from Ingalia.
Eventually, it's government collapsed and the country devolved into bandit country.
Soon Roraiman raiders and thieves started raiding across the border during the Nunavutian wars and the political crisis taking advantage of the chaos.
After several Ingalians were killed, police started to fight back.

Chipe Hernandez has declared a intervention into Romraima after rebels refused to stop engaging Ingalian forces.
Motorized troops soon drove in, capturing major cities. Heavy pockets of resistance were bombed and soon the entire country was under our control.
Small skirmishes and guerrilla fighting still continues in more rural and jungle areas.

Currently our intent with Roraima is undecided, but it is likely we will either set up a new government or re-annex them as a autonomous province.

During the transportation of a nuclear weapon from us to the Protacan (this one was going from Seoul to Kuala Lumpur in a road convoy), a major accident occurs, triggering the extremely powerful weapon.
The entire city of Qinzhou is flattened in what only can be described as a fire from hell.
A temporary halt is put on the transportation of nuclear weapons until an investigation conducted by the CEC finds the cause of the accident so it may never occur again.

We are very uneasy about the CEC taking over and building ports on Atlantic Islands.
We would like to ask that no Military/Naval installations are built and that they are only used for trade & commerce

Due to the new government's policy of transparency, a project known as "The Caracas Project" has caused a stir due to a large amount of money being put into it.

Emperor Sato Nunan XVI begins a tour to major cities in the CEC.

the Main SOAS ground force has defeated the communist forces in Georgia and Armenia and have pushed through. We have encouraged Islamist rebels in Azerbaijan and Chechnya to rise up, and they soon kicked the communists out.
Things have quickly slowed down farther in the Caucuses as we reached the main mountain range.

With most of the Emanonland Black Sea navy destroyed, we were able to launch a naval invasion into Sevastopol after a heavy bombing of the city. With Crimea being cut off by rebels, we quickly defeated the communists there and took the peninsula.
Our soldiers then joined the main pocket of Tsarist around Ukraine and we placed the Tsar in charge.

We encourage the Tsarists in other parts of Emanonland too keep fighting, and soon we will have Emanonland back under the Tsars, how it should be.

The final pockets of resistance has been defeated in Roraima, and we have decided to re-annex them as a autonomous region. There is little politcal opposition, as they were already communist, and they had suffered greatly on their own. The brief war resulted in the deaths of around 12,000 Portuguese and 2,000 Ingalians.
Now we are focusing on rebuilding Roraima and integrating them into our country.

We condemn SOAS's invasion and interference with Emanonland. We refuse to recognize the Tsarists and have decided to aid on behalf of the Communists.
Weapons and volunteer troops are being sent to Emanonland to help fight the Tsarists. We expect them to crush the corrupt and backwards SOAS and their Tsarists puppets.

We still continue to object to the CEC in general.

The Minzoku Shugi Shiji-Sha no Danketsu no Tame no Soshiki, or the MSDTS for short, a fascist terrorist group commits the largest terror attack in Nunavutian history.
74 hijackers hijack 6 aircraft, of which 5 are Airbus A380s and deliberately crash them into buildings across the country, including the tallest in the world. More than 10,000 people are presumed dead at minimum and the death count is rising constantly -

They were all hit during rush hour. Within 20 minutes of being hit, the Eclipse Building collapsed causing the major M855 motorway during the Beijing Centre Overpass to collapse as well.
The entirety of Nunavutialand has been adversely affected by massive traffic jams.

Emperor Sato Nunan XVI declares a 14 day state of emergency and declares martial law in all affected Provinces for another 28 days. All airspace above Nunavutialand has been closed causing massive delays in airports across the world.

Ingalia arms Brazilian anti-CEC forces after the CEC tries to annex their land. We state that it is only to keep the CEC out of Brazil until they can decide for themselves.
We are working on setting up a independent government, which will then be able to hold a referendum and decide between CEC and independence.

Emperor Sato Nunan XVI requests proceedings to begin for Nunavutian secession from the CEC on good terms.
We cite the dysfunction of the leadership, seeing conflict in South America and lack of intervention during the terror attacks on us.
We do also request all land reunited even if they were reformed into separate decentralised sectors.

Nunan says that he will leave on good terms with the CEC and will not assist any actions against it, rather support its growth.

The Emperor has re-founded the Parliament and decided its headquarters to be at Bangkok.
Thus there are now two capital cities once an election is held to elect the planned 1,450 members.
A huge Parliamentary Complex is under construction and will be built on a huge offshore manmade island similar in design to the Palm Jumeirah.

In regards to the terror attacks, 955 people have been arrested and more arrests are underway. Intelligence shows that the group which perpetrated the attacks was funded by the PCDP, mostly Ingalia.
