So that you can practice, protect, amplify, and preserve your culture. So that the laws you abide by are teh ones you desire, not what makes the politicians happy. Democracy itself is flawed, as it hurts minorities. But with this, all minorities, all peoples, all cultures can live in peace and harmony. They can support each other. And all people can follow their dreams! They will no longer have the hope torn from them nor the control of others inpressed on them.

They will have the freedom of self determination. The freedom of self expression. The freedom of oneself instead of what those in power desire. So free yourselves. Petition. Rally. Struggle. In peace. Do so peacefully. Be better than them. Prove that kindness, morality, and independence can forge unity, diversity, and opportunity.

With the advent of speech of Belisaurius, the final stepping stones were reached.
The Commurian Earth Confederacy has been founded. Joining together Protacan, Tahrinova, Mental, Western Nunavutialand, Liberated Australia (presently), and Occupied Benovoum.

The goal of it is to use diplomacy and peaceful means to unite all of earth underneath the banner of Commuria.

It has a president, who holds no power and acts simply as the face of the nation.
It has a senate for federal law. All decentralized sectors will get one senator so that all voices, no matter the size, have an equal voice at the table. But the senators cannot vote themselves. Their sectors vote.
All have been declared Commurian citizens.

We will defend the right of self determination. Thus we will defend the sectors and people of Western Nunavutialand.

We are upset at the Nunavutialand aggressive response to such a movement and formation.
Their opposition of unity yet reunification attempts are hypocritical.
Their hate of death but instant usage of warfare are hypocritical.
Their support of diversity but inhumane destruction of diversity is hypocritical.
Their spending on military instead of on the people starving and hurt by the conflict is disgusting.
This is not the agenda of a person who wishes the best for his people. But wishes for their own personal gain. The nation's own territorial gain. Their own dominance and oppression over other groups once more.

They have fear too, being close to the Nunavutialand Imperialists and Hypocrits. They will have security, ensurity, their own rule, and their lives safe.

We ask Nunavutialand to join us. The Kreeens. The anarchists. The tiny little groups and cultures almost stamped out by Nunavutialand dominance must be preserved. Their own fractured and hurt state and people were hurt the most by aggression. By joining us, it will fade away. Nunavuts can finally see their families, and we will not have to worry about blaming the past, for we will have moved on, forgiven each other, and united for peaceful and productive means.

Ingalia is quite pissed at Protocan for interfering in our politics and not allowing us to occupy the land that we fought for.
We ignore the Protocan demands and continue to occupy the land we had invaded, which is around half of the country.
We did almost all of the fighting in Tahrvoria, and they try to say that we have no land to occupy the land that Ingalian blood was split over.
First they leave us almost completely out of the first peacedeal, and then they try to tell us to leave the land that we took?
And now try to pull this BS world powergrab and subjugate the Tahrvorians

We still will cooperate with them to take down Benovoum, but we will continue to occupy the Tahrvorian lands we have invaded.
We promise fair treatment of the Tahrvorian People and Government.
Their industry and infastructure will remain completely intact
We simply wish to make sure there can not be a threat to the Ingalian homeland and perhaps secure more influence.
Protocan is doing the same thing, just under a different flag and ideology. They are no better than us.

Grudgingly, King Jonathan drummer II has decided to join the commurian earth confederacy, but only if
1. Australia become a decentralized sector with him as a leader and representative of Australia, with its own high congress of 24 people, each with a low congress of 60 people, and is a monarchy-democracy
2. The new Australian sector is made up of Australia and the whole island of Papua New Guinea, while the rest of insonesia is its own sector
3. Australia may leave at anytime they want due to fears of an Orwell based future.

We will allow some alterations to these demands if they are reasonable enough.

We meant by Tahrinova as the Protacan originally occupied but no longer occupied Tahrinova.
The other areas are under Ingalian jurisdiction and we did not intend nor mean to contest nor dictate these areas.

We are glad at Australian desire for diplomacy and peace instead of outright anger and violence.
We sadly have to abide by the rules of the Confederacy despite our extreme desire to have Australia in as soon as possible. Thus we add to the points.
1. The people of Australia must vote in favour of this desired government of Australia.
2. To avoid intentional breaking when not needed we will not impose a breaking on the Australian nation. Thus Australia CAN stay intact. The issue is that all areas that vote differently with 50% will be made into their own sectors. We estimate that Australia will remain mostly intact, while other conolized areas will branch off, as seen in the current liberated parts of Australia.
3. This is the true benefit of unification. So many ideals can bring so many great ideas.
As such we have now enacted that all decentralized sectors that vote 2/3 in favour of succession may leave. Any produced military, police, or economic products will be given back, or if unable, reimbursed equally.

We also add in point 4.
Any Australian Liberated sectors that vote in favour may join the Australian decentralized sector. There are a few of these.

We inform NCA that this can be gained in a peaceful way. Instead of conquering all the rebel states can all join NCA, or even better, all NCA and rebel states can join the CEC.
Thus they get teh autonomity they desire without bloodshed and expense. Sparing the tax payers and ensuring no anger and bad blood later on.

Right of Migration (all citizens get a waiver every 2 years for free migration. Decentralized sectors cannot forcibly stop migration, but can use policy to slow if agreed neccessary by those involved.)

Right of Independent Thought (birth and life through school, advertisements, and programs used to show all perspectives, ideals, cultures, ways, and processes. Intended to raise kids and help them find their culture, and then in life constantly inform them to avoid them getting indoctrinated too far or becoming ignorant and thus away from what or how they truly want.)

Right of decentralized sector. (All civilians can petition and if enough create decentralized as desired regardless of ideal as long as it does not conflict FRs.)

Right of petition. (All citizens may petition for change.)

Right of vote. (All citizens may vote in matters that affect them or they can prove affects them. Includes criminals to avoid Orwellian state.)

We are holding referendums for the national language after some citizens petitioned for it.
We are also conducting a census, surveys, and some votes to make some infrastructure changes to link up the various sectors.

We are willing to alter, add, and continue to change the agreement.
It is best that we learn what is best, so we beg you to continue to try and change it for yourself and your interests. We also will have several Australians lead in the national government.

We also wish to establish a final treaty regarding Tahrinova as they have surrendered. Unless the other nations of the world wish to wait until Benovoum falls.

Tahrinova. Please state your desires in the treaty as you are a part of the CEC and thus get a treaty. Unless you want to petition for something else.
(Keep in mind that the area is now several sectors. So try to mimic what you would except each group to say.)
Once all the ideas are collected and agreed, the national population will vote.

Imports have decreased, as the economy of the CEC begins to play. We are barely importing from Nunavutialand but rather exporting now.

Decentralized sectors may agree to tariffs and costs under the sake of protecting local economies and desired practices.

National Bolshevism has become quite popular in occupied Tahr, and we have decided to go along with our plan to make a independent, Nazbol Tahr.

Elections are being held to decide the new leader.

The Tsar has left and rejoined his people in the west, bringing legitimacy and honour back to Tahrinovans within the lands. The first option on his absolutely filled agenda is to consolidate and take upon his duties and roles with the aid of the Ingalians.

I am intrigued in how I will lead the Commune and the Nazbol government in opposition yet conjunction in a similiar time. Though their manner will resemble and make it easy, the sides may be difficult to work upon properly so I suppose and propose Ingalian aid in steering my ship.

The Tahrvorian Tsar has been educated in the way of National-Bolshevism.
He has been authorized to hold partial power in what is now known as The Tahrvorian Union. It consists of all of non-CEC Tahrvoria and parts of Brazil.
Our government has apologized for the invasion. It was to protect ourselves and stop the Tahr March.
But now the CEC is much more dangerous than the Benovoum-Tahrvoiran alliance ever was, and we must stand together to guarantee our sovereignty.

Fighting was relativity light during our invasion, but there was still damage, which we will repay.
Food and aid have also been sent to secure things.

We join the PCDP, despite being somewhat apprehensive about Benovoum. We recommend the Tahrvoiran Union to join as well, but we will leave it up to the tsar.

All of our troops overseas, except the ones distributing food and aid in Nunavutialand, have called back home.
