President Ryuku warns the Tal against declaring war on Australia, because even though we may hate them, we will not allow them to be conquered by such a horrific nation.

the royal prince, Sergey, who is 5, first saw the heads, upon this, he immediately screamed, and woke up his parents. They saw, and immediately called the police. Sergey, who saw such a horrific thing, has been scared for a week and has been having nightmares about it. He is currently seeing a doctor, to check if he has been scarred for life, and to comfort him, he has cried multiple times for hours. This allowed him not to go to his kindergarten, due to how unstable he is. King Jonathan, has been mad about this hole ordeal, and swear they will pay. As well as this, congress is split halfway to declare war, and currently support for war is growing. It has been declared a day of mourning, for the dead spies that lost their lives.

The Protacan Colony is mainly neutral but its foreign policy and morality based culture call it to protect innocent people in times of genocide and such.

Its people are extremely cultured and moralistic, with mandatory classes over right and wrong but also certain things over subjectivity. It is an obligation for the nation to raise children in such a way where there is no extrenal influence but rather an array of all possible answers in front.

Located in the pacific, and thus great weather, along with such a welcoming population, has created a large tourism industry. Information Technology is an extremely large sector, making up a large portion of the economy. There is some light precision manufacturing, mainly for needed IT stuff, but there is almost no heavy industry in the nation, the majority being wiped out or none existent due to other nations and the geography of the nation.

Its military is small. Consisting of 70,000 marines and various personnel operating a fairly sized navy.

Revolts and rioting in Florida and Louisiana have escalated. English speakers in the Bahamas have also began to revolt, and Nassau is completely occupied by Florida-Aligned rebels.
The Government is quickly losing control of large chunks of Florida and Louisiana.
The Military has made tactical withdrawals from Orlando, Tallahassee and New Orleans. Most other Metropolitan areas are under heavy combat.
Due to the quick escalation of the conflict, the death toll is expected to be in the tens of thousands on both sides, and much of the Ingalian Military has been routed or pushed back.
Things worsened after the English-speaking General, Trent Burke, who was in charge of the 3 English speaking divisions in Florida, a total of around 30,000 well-trained soldiers, defected to the side of the rebels.
Soon Tampa was took by the 3rd Floridian National Guard Division, while the 2nd and 1st divisions besieged Gainsville, where around 7,000 routed Ingalian soldiers had fortified themselves. Soon, the defenses collapsed and the small Ingalian force was crushed, and over 4,500 were captured.
Most Floridian and Louisianian Military assets have been seized by rebels.
The situation is looking very bad for Ingalia.

Even if Mental does not agree to work with us, we have set up a base on Lord Howe Island (which is not claimed by any nation).

Already present in the Tasman Sea, the large Fleet 33 of the Nunavutian Navy, made up of 15 destroyers, 10 submarines, 5 missile submarines and 1 aircraft carrier begins shelling key Tal positions in New Caledonia.

The Tal security forces have been burning down towns across the nation. An estimated 14 million refugees are currently on makeshift rafts heading for the nearest landmass, Australia.

We are disappointed that diplomacy has not worked. We will remain neutral and in fact sell arms to both sides. We are writing down information regarding missile strikes including damages and numbers launched for... you know... information that might come in handy.

Our navy is maintaining its scattered positions around the islands except near Ingalia in order to intercept missiles and respond to initial threats.
They are ordered to fire back when fired upon after national vote. The original policy was absolute retreat.

President Shigeru Ryuku says that the Protacan have made a grave mistake by selling arms to the Tal soldiers. They are burning down the homes of innocent villagers. They are creating a refugee crisis.

In fact, the Protacan's decision to sell arms to both sides has shocked the nation, with anti-Protacan protests in Guangzhou, Beijing, Tokyo, Osaka, Sapporo, Hong Kong, Macau, Seoul, Dandong, Pyongyang and Hamhung.
It's even shocked the Royal Family, with Empress Rozu Nuna IV releasing an extremely rare live televised statement -
"Hello, people of Nunavutialand. We are all aware of the horrible conflict between us and the Tal. It is a horrific conflict in which numerous people have lost their lives. I would like to make it clear that I am absolutely disgusted by the Tal's burning down of villages and their leaders encouragement of mass suicide. And I am equally if not more disgusted by the Protacan's decision to sell arms to the Tal. I assure you that this will not go unpunished. I assure you that the Protacan will pay for the suffering they are causing. Thank you."

President Ryuku after hearing the Empress' speech finally decides to close all diplomatic ties with the Protacan, and we are no longer recognising them as a legitimate state.
He has created a Partial Exclusion Zone around Mental and only Nunavutian and Australian ships are allowed in. All other ships will be sunk, including Protacan ships.

We urge all nations to respond similarly.

The nation, is in a state of panic, being flooded by refugees, but even so there are only going to be 9 million refugees from the 14 million coming, due to currents, lack of food, and lack of clean and fresh water. With so many coming, most that have already came are starving, due to lack of food. This has also caused some natives to die of starvation as well. Many refugee camps have not been made, for even didn't see a mass suicide to be enpowered by the government. Many areas of eastern Australia are being evacuated, due to the shaomings and refugees. This has made 2 new political parties. The national bureau of Australia, and the mental refugee movement.

The Regal Nunavutian Parliament in Macau holds an emergency session regarding the status of Tal refugees.

Although President Ryuku wishes to bring in 5.5 million refugees, his party is rebelling in the Parliament, and most other parties do not want to bring in any refugees. He is defeated in the Parliament, 65-35.
In fact, Leader of the Opposition Eric Baghdad calls a vote in the Parliament on whether to close Nunavutian borders entirely.
He calls it the Defence of Borders Act and it lost 45-55.

victoria, once occupied, has been retaken and liberated fully. The government (this is a secret only known to nunavutialand and I) is starting a plan dubbed operation: invasive Liberty. Operation invasive Liberty is a plan to invade Tasmania, with it having us invade Tasmania from the south, as to catch them off guard, and when they send more forces south, we will also invade them in the north, letting them be crushed.

If they really cared about our nation and their own people they would use diplomacy first to seek a solution rather than economically destructive practices and cuttong off of diplomacy.

OOC: I am really confused as to why every single one of your (collectively) responses to any Protacan issue is instant trade bans and diplomatic cut offs in the name of peace. When trade and diplomacy is the very things making peace.
Like if my nation was not Protacan I have no more things to worry about and thus would continue arms dealing as all issues have already been had. Basically there is nothing else you can do but war.

OOC - The instant trade ban and diplomatic tie cut was originally just me, but the Ingalians followed my lead and then Munullium (irrelevant now that they're not neutral smh) followed suit. Eh.

President Ryuku will not reinstate ties with the Protacan until they issue a full apology to Australia, Ingalia, Mental's citizens and Nunavutialand. We also wish to have a full ACA investigation into crimes against humanity conducted as evidence shows that the Protacan did know of Mental's atrocities.

SECRET -
In coordination with Invasive Liberty, we have created a plan known as Operation Freedom Typhoon. 12,500 Nunavutian troops will take over New Caledonia and its outlying islands.
A further 2,500 troops will capture various islands around Mental.
750 troops will setup a beachhead in Invercargill and make it a key base.
After Invercargill is captured 250,000 Nunavutian troops will slowly be moved and will capture South Islands.

Freedom Typhoon is known to Australia.

Another plan that we have devised is Operation Democracy Revolution -

11,500 troops land at Gisborne, capturing it.
A further 550,000 Nunavutian troops land, and begin heading south towards Wellington, instead of north towards Mental's capital of Auckland.
The border with Mental is now from Raglan-Tauranga.
Troops begin moving further south to confuse Tal forces.

The ships move West and then North, until they land at Tinopai, cutting off the Tal supply line to the North.
All land north of Parakai-Silverdale is captured.
Troops make it seem like they are about to attack from the north, therefore Tal forces defend more in the North.
Southern forces quickly capture all territory up to Mount Wellington.

Due to the amount of Tal troops in Auckland (as theorised by chief military advisors) all radar systems are disabled in Auckland to allow for a bombing campaign.

Final annexation of the remainder of Auckland and the capture of the Tal leader. He will be interrogated by the ESD.

Amid the mass violence and rebellion across Florida and Louisiana, around 400 of Florida and Louisiana's heads of industry, military officials, local government officials, mayors of major cities, militia leaders, political activists, public figures, and other powerful and influential people met in Tallahassee, (which was completely occupied by officials.)
There, 32 wrote a declaration of independence, and all 392 (several did not make it) signed it.
With that, the United States of Florida-Louisiana was created. (USFL)
Trent Burke, the General who defected to the Rebels, was chosen as the first President and Commander in Chief of the newly formed republic.

We hope the Ingalian Dictatorship accepts our independence and withdraws. Until then, we will continue fighting.

News of the newly formed republic spread like wildfire, and a new sense of purpose and pride swept through the rebels, galvanizing the already inspired force.
Soon, we achieved sweeping victories in the countrysides, pushing almost all of the Ingalians to the shores, then we set siege to them as they holed up in the few cities they held. Many cities fell to us as the good Floridians and Louisianians inside also rebelled, attacking the Ingalians from all sides. \
Soon, Louisiana was completely liberated, and the Ingalians only held on to Miami, Jacksonville, and Panama City(Florida).
Jacksonville and Panama City are expected to fall soon.
Miami will be harder, as there is a large Spanish-Speaking Ingalian Minority there, and many are armed.

We ask the International community to help us break away from these Tyrants, if they do not accept our independence.
