Many nuclear wastelands are being repaired using the newly developed "Radiation Cleaner".
We state that the weapons we fired on America were not nuclear, but did indeed affect their food and water supplies adversely. We fired chemical weapons at them which do not affect humans but do affect plant life.
We have, of course, a cure for the chemical, and we have finally developed a cure for the American bio-weapon. It is being sent to all nations, excluding the NCA to cure them of the disease.

We will like to say that we will NOT in any situation attack other members of the Coalition unless we are attacked first.

We have decided to grant mercy to Prussia and offer them a treaty:
-Prussia will cede all of Ostprussen and the city of Danzig OR all of Ponzan, Silsean, and the state of Danzig.

-Emanonland and Prussia will sign a 5 year-nonagression pact.
-Population exchange will take place.
-Emanonland will not intervene in any more of Prussia's matters.
-The Grand Duchy of Poland will be created as a integrated puppet.

With no treaty we are virtually still at war with Nunavutialand.
With final proof and validation of Nunavutialand indepedence we add further military actions.
Furthermore with Nunavutialand constantly ignoring coalition, action must be taken.
Numerous coalition forces occupying Nunavutialand have been ordered to destroy their military bases if far inland in order to end Nunavutialand military faraway. They will pull back to the more controlled coasts.
When South Nunavutialand reunited, it allowed Coalition forces to occupy it too. Even then presence there is more difficult due to the length inwards.
Meanwhile the Japan island will have various outposts and mountain bases fortify.
In an attempt to cripple any war abilities left, we have ordered the destruction of all oil producing areas and storages. We would apologize to the Nunavutialand people, but only after they make efforts to stop their government from putting their lives and jobs at risk.
We sadly could not reach Pyongyang. But many large important areas for oil have and will be taken out.

Numerous naval forces have retreated but also destroyed the few remaining Nunavutialand ships. Coalition Navies remain while the Protacan Navy repairs in the Philippines.

The Emperor calls out the Protacan for essentially supporting the Americans.
Little did they know our oil fields are in classified areas and not in major cities. We knew that they'd attack.

Remember, Protacans are weak. An underfunded navy has nothing against even a damaged elite-class South Nunavutian destroyer. The South has a large army, and has rebuilt infrastructure. So they, being a friend of ours, sent 2 of two of their destroyers to decimate the boats of the Protacan.

If they rebel, they lose trade. They are connected wth the world and prospering with connection as the rest of Nunavutialand turns into a mess.
They do not have their nation to fight for. Now they have a communist pretender and a South Nunavutialand. The empire is mostly gone so their loyalty is gone.
There are quite a few coalition forces on the islands. It would be difficult to gain Indepedence, it is better to currently comply.

The only forces that can logistically manage an occupation of Nunavutialand are Southern forces and Benovoumese forces. Other than that, none can.
The Provincial Assembly is the new legislative body of the country replacing the Parliament. A member of the Assembly is known as an MPA, and each represent their own Province.
Western Nunavutialand's existence is not recognised by us and we condemn the Protacan for creating it. We would rather occupy the land ourselves and not have it administrated by a foreign power whether said power is in the Coalition or not.

Autonomy will possibly be granted to South Korea, but this Act has not been finalised.
