We have updated the Treaty of the Pacific to fit current moods along with altering to make sense.

1) Nunavutialand reduces its military to 120,000 soldiers
2) Nunavutialand is stripped of its right to utilise ICBMs.
3) All biological, chemical and nuclear weapons are to be incinerated by February 5th 2018.
4) Nunavutialand is to pay war reparations to all warring nations once its economy returns to a minimum of 25% of its pre-war economy.

6) Alaska shall be given back to the NCA.

There has also been a poll in Tasmania and the population of Tasmania has been declared to be 3,465,758. Our computers have found out about this email. Through AI, the President and Congress is notified about this, and we have launched a full scale invasion of the Japanese Island and Manchuria. We will consider this an exception, especially as the treaty has not passed. Nunavutialand was in distinct threat so we understand.
It has been reported that the nuclear weapons are false, as they have not been invented yet and require decades of work and loads of money, neither of which Nunavutialand has. Regardless their impacts were minimal, but devestating. It appears loads of American infrastructure and farms were destroyed in the fire. We do try to message those inside the bunker and in the military that it is more safe, though the smoke is bad to breath. Furthermore the disease is traveling fast.

The Protacan population has voted to close the borders, but already the disease has entered due to Hospitaliers returning home.

We thank Nunavutialand for revealing their remaining orbital defense system to us. Ours has now fired upon theirs, while theirs still fires down to Earth. The renovations and alterations made on them may have been... different than advertised. Furthermore the recently launched... satellites may have been... parts of it.
We declare any launched rockets will be assumed dangerous and will be shot unless clarance is given by the Protacan Colony.
Any remaining possible Orbital Defense systems or satellites capable of even turning are being shot by our defense stations.

We have developed 1% of the cure, we remind EVERY country to find a cure for V1-E. It has infected the military president and he has had seizures all through the night.

We have cut all ties with Nunavutialand, and have blamed them first the destruction of America. We hope other countries do the same.
