VWS (PMT Tech Project)

The nation of American Capitalist is proud to announce a revolution in military training. This new project is called VWS or Virtual War System. The funding for the project has just passed in the American Capitalist legislator.

The project will use the latest in Virtual Technology. It's main purpose will be to condition soldiers into a war mind set increasing reaction time and giving them a feel for war. For example it could prepare a soldier for the dread that comes with their first kill.

It's secondary purpose would be to play war time scenarios and strategies. Generals could see how strategies have played out in the past and how new ones could play out in the future. This would increase their strategic mind set and allows them to play with unique strategies and weapons.

Another ability of the machine will be the ability to play out torture scenarios and prepare soldiers in that way. It does this by pain sensors that allow the soldier to feel any pain that they would during torture and overcome fears such as arachnophobia.

The machine will be perfect for war games between nations and allows for up to 15 nations at one time.

The machine will come with a free satellite data base that has millions of different gun,tank, ships, and planes on it. The Data base will be non-centralized so individual nations could add prototype weapons and vehicles.

We are looking for funding for this project and any one who helps fund this research will get the machine for free before it's put on the open market.

Full AI machines are just a miracle of human creation. Their core, made of proteins (and some other chemical substances), is capable of both consciousness and intelligence. What’s interesting is that these computers are usually linked to pseudo-AI stations that they use to perform calculations, as the main unit is busy thinking and such advanced computer ever made that used not only human technologies but also some alien ones as well. If all other of CoNS computers power were taken together it would be just a few percent of its calculating power and intelligence. Thanks to the alien technologies it possessed both human and inhuman ways primitive functions as calculating do not bother it. However if required, they
possess an unmatched calculating power. The IQ of an AI computer is immeasurable. Those computers also tend to upgrade themselves with age. But here comes the tricky part. Pseudo-AI is a computer operating a neural net type architecture that emulates functions of human brain but is not complicated enough to achieve any
intelligence or consciousness. They have no centralized CPU and their power comes from the number of “neurones”. These computers can work much faster than any other silicon-based processor CPU but are not capable of making their own decisions and solving abstract problems would be impossible. They are simply very fast calculators.

Or how bout these?

Semi-AI is a machine also using a neural net but much more complicated and partially made of organic compounds (mainly proteins). It emulates some
functions of human brain and can achieve much better IQ test results than any human but has no consciousness. This means that this kind of machine will be able to paint but it will do so only if asked to do, so it won’t paint just because it likes to paint.

The thing that worries me is that seeing war constantly will make it snap but we will try the full AI because it could work better like you suggested.
