The Second Dictator of the ISOO Confederacy has decided to express support for PLPCK by sending 400 soldiers to accompany the already existing PLPCK army. He has also decided to dispatch 15 Special Operations Soldiers to troubled battlefronts.

OOC: Hope that isn't too much.

I agree. Kadulean leaders making the decision would be the best way to make it completely unbiased in any way.

We agree. We think it is important to make sure the Kaduleans are aware that we are there to help them, not dominate them, and we think the best way to do that is to allow the leaders of Kadule to make these kind of decisions.

Alenburg, you are welcome.

And we are agree with this proposal.

His Majesty, the King of the S R H Kingdom of Escevola, salutes and thanks to all of you.
The man, is wearing now a military campaign uniform.

"This summit comes to an end, and we consider that the objective of forming a coalition against Zulgwona has been reached, as well as the banning of the slavery. All of us are concerned about the future of an entire people who are suffering the consecuences of the madness of a criminal; that has become a bloody civil war that we fear would become even something worse, a genocide.
All of us, we think the same: this war must be stopped; and we are on dispossal to do whatever it would be necessary to bring order and peace to its people.

And now, I want to talk you about few points:
-The representatives of the kadulean opposition will not leave the summit until they have vote for a president for its government-in-exile. This will give then an unique leader who will defend better the rights of the kadulean people.

-This conference ends without having established, officially, a political front or alliance for resolving this crisis; but it is not important because the compromise shown by every nation gathered here, is enough.

-The Coalition will be always open to new members.

-Every criminal taken prisoner by our forces, will be judged by our systems but the kadulean legitimate leader will have the responsibility of their punishment.

-Escevola will give military training in our land, to the crew members of the future armed forces of the new Kadule, teaching them how to fight with our weaponry.

-I, as general in command of the Royal Armed Forces of Escevola, have already started the war against the forces of Kanganisa Zulgwona. I have just received up-to-date information about the last movements of my Navy.

At 8:00p.m. of December the 14th, the Royal Navy of Escevola have been engaged in combat against the NRK Betswha Galandi Kirov class battlecruiser while it was attacking Porto Pedra again.

The cruiser, flagship of the PLPCK Navy, has not notice the attack until being sunk.

A military convoy formed by 9 cargo ships, full of supplies, equipment and fresh troops; escorted by 2 patrol boats, has also being intercepted while they are going to help the voluntary division that is having a bad time in Ilha da Pedra.

Today is a bad day to fight for Kanganisa, as he has lost the main weapon of his inventory, and an entire division has become isolated. In the next hours, if not now, they will be chased by the local forces of the general Miguel Salt.

To the Kanganisa forces in the islands, and the remnants of the Navy, please, leave the suicide way of that insane despot, who do not care for you, and fight by our side. We are only one nation...two more will come soon with more armament...and victories. Please, you could survive, you could be fighting for the right side, you could became real heroes for your people.

...and now, I must go with my men, for I am just one more soldier.

God bless you, let justice be done"

Thursday the 14th of December 2017:

The NRK Betswha Galandi has been sunk after taking torpedo fire from several submarines despatched from the Royal Navy of Escevola. Commodore Alexandre Mayandera, commander of the navy and of the NRK Betswha Galandi, apparently went down with the ship while trying to organise the evacuation of the crew. Some 450 of the 716 crew were able to escape the ship before it sunk, although of this 100 returned to the capital of Mabetshwa while 350 fled to the much closer Ilha de Pedra itself as the nearest site of land. Of the about 350 who fled to Ilha de Pedra, about 100 were killed upon approach by insurgent forces on the island, who captured about a further 150. The remaining 100 or so sailors landed on the island and are believed to be trying to reach the "liberation force" despatched by the PLPCK to retake the island, and who are now stranded on the island.

The NRK Vukine Zulgwona, a Udaloy I class destroyer and the entirety of the Coast Guard has retreated back to the relative safety of Mabetshwa harbour, where they intend to use the harbour to protect themselves from submarine attack while also protecting the capital and the harbour from the sea. Presidente Kanganisa Zulgwona is apparently furious about the sinking of the flagship, and has despatched a number of fighter jets to carry on bombing Porto de Pedra, while relying on Mi-26 military transport helicopters escorted by Mil Mi-24 helicopters to resupply his forces now isolated on Ilha de Pedra. The command has apparently come through however for the "liberation force" to carry on its efforts to take the island, with it made clear that this force will not be evacuated and that the efforts to retake the island will not be abandoned.

Friday the 15th of December:

MGPK aligned forces have crossed the provincial border from Província da Costa Leste into Província do Tsukende and have attacked the PLPCK held city of MorrOharu. This is the first instance in the war so far of MGPK aligned forces going on the offensive, although it is believed to be an effort to secure the MorrOharu bridge over the Khoma River. The MGPK and their allies are mostly attempting to secure and defend all territory south of the Red River and Khoma River, and the Mountains lying in the centre of the Republic of Kadule where the sources of both these rivers are. The rivers have come to be the main boundaries and the violent battlegrounds between PLPCK and MGPK aligned soldiers, who appear to have fought one another to a virtual stalemate along these rivers, trying to find areas to break through.
Kadule is a commentary on the damaged state of post-colonial African nations and the conflict between national groups, races, the vast disparity between rich and poor, corruption and election rigging and religious fundamentalism. It does not reflect my views.

9:30pm - Friday the 15th of December 2017:

Minister of Foreign Relations Eduardo Trompeta negotiated a deal with Presidente Kanganisa Zulgwona of the Republic of Kadule whereby expatriate Lyserian men and boys in Kadule and Kaduleans of Lyserian descent who had been abducted will be repatriated to the Kingdom of Lyseria. In return the Kingdom of Lyseria has agreed to resume the trade of beef, corn and other food products to the Republic of Kadule, which is beginning to face a food shortage crisis due to trade sanctions and the civil war.

Expatriates will begin to be returned back home to Lyseria by Lyserian military transport plane from Mabetshwa from 8am tomorrow.

The Xcom federation is concerned with the ongoing conflict but does not wish to intervene due to possible political backlash. Cerberus Wernher industries the federation's biggest defense company is tasked to provide support for the MGPK.

A sales representative of Cerberus contacted the MGPK for a possibility of an arms package. 5 MK7 Chariot MBTs, 1,200 ACRs with 18 million bullets, 20 spike missile launchers with 50 extra, 70 m3 recoilless rifle, 8 AFV-4 gorden APCs and 3 iron dome anti missile/anti air batteries. All for the price of 100 million credits in total a down payment of 6 million credits with an monthly interest of 5%. A catalog of weapons systems has been sent to the MGPK for any future orders. A small bribe of 300,000 credits have been secretly wired to the MGPK officials. Cerberus also offers to throw in the additional latest satellite reconnaissance and other intelligence it has gathered on the enemy if the MGPK accepts the offer.
Due to the nature of their work they request the MGPK to contact them on the secure channels they have established for future purchases.

OOC: The iron dome anti missile/anti air batteries are a little excessive, and I assume the "latest satellite reconnaissance and other intelligence it has gathered on the enemy" comes in the form of selective access to information from your satellites, rather than access to the satellite information in general, but otherwise I think it is fine.

Saturday the 16th of December 2017:

After an executive order issued by Presidente Kanganisa Zulgwona, individuals sentenced to death for murder, rape and treason will now be hung publicly as a warning to criminals and to instil a sense of law and order. A gallows has been built in Victory Square in the capital of Mabetshwa, and today 8 murderers, 3 rapists and 7 traitors (4 illegal protest organisers, 1 Mjumbi insurrectionist agitator, 1 far-left insurrectionist agitator and 1 Islamist insurrectionist agitator) were publicly hung. Their bodies will be left hanging there until the next batch are executed, with their crimes written on placards hung around their necks.

Thank you very much for your business we hope you would continue to use Cerberus industries as your primary supplier. Payment via diamonds is acceptable. Please select your drop off location. The government controlled press of Escevola show this news as an attack against the most basic rights of the human beings. On a daily basis, Kanganisa is shown as a monster and a criminal...in fact, there are some people who even sais that he is a cannibal, and he eats mjumbi babies everyday for dinning.

The Escevola government has sent an official petition to the UN in order to call for a Blue Helmet intervention.

After hearing about this news, news companies across Suoji (which are allowed the right to report freely but are still watched over by the government) have portrayed Kanganisa as a monster that violates all human rights. This is being done to raise Suojian morale against what news corporations call a “primitive and monstrous regime”.

With the NRK Betswha Galandi sunk, and the Kadulean Navy distracted by the Escevolan forces, we will attempt to send a supply convoy to the MGPK. The supply convoy will be guarded by two patrol boats, and will consist of:
1. 5 SX-1 Special Export Tanks
2. 10 SX-4 APCs
3. 1000 SAR-92 Assault Rifles
4. 200 ATMG 17 Machine Guns
5. 100 men to train Kadulean troops on these weapons

If the MGPK does not want the requested items, the Suojian Ministry of Defence will be more than happy to cancel the convoy.

OOC: I'd say that is a reasonable amount to send in. These supplies have been received.

Sunday the 17th of December 2017:

Facing severe shortages due to trade sanctions, the PLPCK is turning to a new internal source for aluminium supplies, which are vital to the war effort in terms of the construction of new military vehicles. This internal aluminium supply will come from a new aluminium mine in the Kolengoka hills in Província do Tsukende, well within an area safely under the control of the PLPCK.

However, the Kolengoka hills are sacred to the local Estuba people, a tiny minority who make up just 1% of the total national population, but who historians commonly acknowledge as the first human inhabitants of what would become Kadule. The name of the hills, Kolengoka, translates loosely from Kadulean language into "Ancient Rocks", and is apparently an ancient burial ground of the Estuba and highly sacred to them.

Regardless, Presidente Kanganisa Zulgwona has ordered that the plans for beginning mining go ahead as soon as possible, stressing the vital need of this aluminium in the war effort. Local Estuba groups living in the isolated rural hills have set up camp on the hill however, and are refusing to leave. Military forces and police have given those occupying the hill until midnight tonight to evacuate the hill, at which stage they will be considered to be trespassing and will be forcibly removed.

Leaders of the RCPK, PL, EU, MGPK, PPN and PH, who are rarely united on any issue, have all condemned this move and have expressed their solidarity with the Estuba people.

OOC: What have I said about goddamn aircraft carriers?!? For the last time NO!

OOC: Is it okay to send Sea Control Ships (think light carriers) but only to escort convoys? Otherwise I'll stick to frigates.
"No, I'm not defending German technical superiority, I'm stating the fucking obvious"
"Get fucked, kid
Welcome to the Fatherland."
NS stats for population and GDP are ignored.
A mostly MT nation with some Cold War super-science thrown in for fun.
Deutsche Welle news, August 1995 broadcast:
Local: After a long vacation, the prime news service of Germany is back on the air. / Citizens are advised to keep outdoors activities to a minimum due to the heatwave affecting western Germany.
International: North Korea makes an official request for humanitarian aid due to mass starvation.

OOC: That is far more reasonable.

A subsidiary of Cerberus Werner Industries HCLI logistics International seizing the moment secretly offers to supply the PLPCK aluminium and other metals or materials or arms to counter the trade sanctions at a price of $3,450 per metric ton. Small arms and armored vehicles are also available for purchase.

8 ships dock at the port in MGPK terrority and begins unloading some are hauled off the ships by heavy lift helicopters to be sent to the front lines immediately. 50 men stay in the intelligence gathering ship the XFN-Taraula off the territorial waters

OOC: As I have made clear about 10 times already (and this is the last time I will do so), it is not realistic to have a nation send two aircraft carriers to engage in a civil war in an African island nation of some 9 million people. Few real world nations have two aircraft carriers at all, let alone two to spare in a civil war in an African island nation of some 9 million people. Sending planes to intercept planes in the national airforce and bombing military positions with drones is not realistic for foreign engagement in an African Civil war.

Before I approve this, clarify what the Hawkgles 3.0 is, if these are fighter jets (of which you would then be sending 100) then no, that is far too many. If those are some form of small arms (rifles, etc) that is acceptable.
