"The King Zakhambi has proved that the could not deal with the current situation on his country", said Alenburg Minister of Foreign Affairs Jaques Van Der Saar then he adds:"Also if we form some kind of coalition army we still need permission from the Kadulean govermment if we want to penetrate its borders"

21) The civil rights of the white minority must be respected in a post civil war Kadule.

We are agree with these points too, as we considered them to be right. And we also want to add another one:
22) Vinhedos, or even the whole Province of Porta da Libertade, will became an autonomous state itself.

The three different racial groups must have their rights defended, and also, an autonomous land for every one, because the convivence had become very difficult.

The following positions are presented by the following individuals:

Busera Myanda, former Shadow Minister of Foreign Relations, member of MGPK called for the creation of an independent nation in the south of Kadule made up of the provinces of Província da Costa Leste, Província da Liberdade, Província do Mjumbi, Província da Costa Sul and Província dos Vinhedos. This new independent nation, proposed to be named the Kingdom of Kamjumbi, would operate as a Constitutional Monarchy with King Zakhambi VI, of the Royal house of Umgwablo as ceremonial leader and would hold elections to elect Representatives to a House of Representatives based of a 100 seat FPTP basis. Myanda proposes taking up a defensive position to protect these provinces, while working on a plan to remove Presidente Kanganisa Zulgwona from power.

Zumbo Dhuhebopanga, special advisor to King Zakhambi VI, of the Royal house of Umgwablo agreed with this position, stressing the need to respect the ceremonial authority of the King over the Mjumbi people, and emphasising the stabilising nature of a constitutional monarchy.

Afonso Caçador, member of the PPN mostly agreed with the prior two speakers, but suggested holding an internal referendum within Província dos Vinhedos on its full Independence as an autonomous nation, stressing the need for strong federalism and provincial autonomy within an independent state.

Tomás Especiaria, member of the PH agreed that there needed to be greater provincial autonomy, and stressed the need of this particularly within Província dos Vinhedos, but suggested that any plans for the full independence of Província dos Vinhedos should be put off until stability was assured.

Anibal Jengouzi, exiled leader of the PL, did not openly reject or accept the plan for a separate new independent nation of Kamjumbi, but did express his hope that the nation of Kadule could remain a single political union and return to democracy. He suggested putting maximum political and economic pressure on Presidente Kanganisa Zulgwona to resign. Anibal Jengouzi and Afonso Caçador had a sharp difference of opinion over Província dos Vinhedos however, as Jengouzi argued that Província dos Vinhedos was not a legitimate province and that its creation would need to be placed to a provincial vote across all of Província da Liberdade after the war concluded. Afonso Caçador by comparison insisted that Província dos Vinhedos is a legitimate province as of right now.

Maisha Byombera, member of the EU, opposed plans for the declaration of an independent nation of Kamjumbi, but suggested that an independence referendum could be held in these provinces after the end of the war to gauge the political will of the people of these provinces as to this idea. She suggested that the aim here and now should be to cut off all military supplies entering the island nation to any side and to try cut off the supply of any ammunition and materials that could be used to produce ammunition, forcing the various sides to negotiate as they ran low on weaponry and ammunition. She stated that maximum economic and political pressure should be placed on Presidente Kanganisa Zulgwona to resign, and argued that once this was achieved a new constitution should be drafted ensuring the Republic of Kadule be a fully democratic nation that enshrined human rights, human dignity, freedom of speech and expression, freedom from oppression and discrimination and which ensured minority rights.

All sides agreed that the policies of forced labour and effective slavery must be immediately, completely and permanently banned.

Meanwhile the battlecruiser NRK Betshwa Galandi has continued its bombardment of Porto de Pedra, the provincial capital of the small island of Ilha da Pedra, where the local mostly Mixed-Race military (mostly aligned with the PL has revolted against the government. A "liberation force" Division of some 10 000 soldiers loyal to the national government has slowly been trying to land on more rural parts of the island, but has been under heavy fire from rebelling soldiers and local militia, who have been stationed close to beaches to fire on the landing forces. Local forces have vowed to go on fighting until a ceasefire is declared and Presidente Kanganisa Zulgwona resigns and hands himself over for trial.

Monday the 11th of December 2017:

Despite outnumbering the local forces and militia by about 2 to 1, the government's "liberation force" sent to retake Ilha da Pedra is struggling to achieve its objective. The small island is known for its rugged terrain, and local militia on the island have been using their knowledge of the terrain and guerrilla tactics to harass the larger force. Attempts by forces to land at the provincial capital of Porto de Pedra itself have also proved fruitless, with local forces and militia ambushing government forces from rubble strewn buildings and as the move through the narrow old streets of the city.

A lack of ability to easily get supplies to the small island, bad weather and a mix of young inexperienced troops and older, out of shape reserves making up large portions of the "liberation force" is also harming the morale of the government forces on the island and hampering their progress. Bad weather has also made government airstrikes difficult and not particularly effective.

Up to now, we considered that no nation or party, among the ones reunited here, is opposed to the points that go from 1 to 21, although EU do not want a military intervention.

So that points could be considered to be approved, because 5 kadulean parties and 5 countries (Alenburg, Joaquin States, Meadville, Suoji, and Escevola), at least, are agreed. If anyone want to reject this affirmation, please do it.

Five points:

We agree with the autonomy of Vinhedos, and the creation of the Mjumbi Kingdom, but the two, after the calling of a referendum that would serve to legitimate each one.

We suggest to intervene every bank account in our countries, held by any member of the PLPCK, and take their money out; and to end every commercial relationship with them as well.

We are really pleased to hear that every slave in Kadule will become a free human being. From now on, all of us will be remembered as the ones who eventually return their freedom to the kadulean slaves. Greetings.

We suggest that the kadulean representatives should start an election process between them to form a government-in-exile

And finally, His Majesty, the King of the Sacred Roman Hispanic Kingdom of Escevola, declares war on Kanganisa Zungwona and the PLPCK armed forces. Although every soldier that wants to leave that side, could fight for us...soldiers of the Ombetshwa province, members of the Navy or the Air Force, voluntaries fighting in the islands of Pedra and Amanecer;
all of you, join us!
fight for the right side,

for Kanganisa will be defeated.

The Government Of Joaquin States believes that the monetary activity of politicians and of Kadule should be monitored by a third-party organization so we can monitor if the money is used for unnecessary items, bribes and other forms of monetary corruption. We believe that this should be instated until the Government is back on their feet and much more stable.

His Dictatorship has decided to send fake warnings of a colossal military strike from the south to the PLPCK's enemies. The warnings will include 50 Aircraft carriers, thousands of aircraft, tens of thousands of tanks, even nuclear missiles. We'll even put inflatables on an island about 500 miles south of Kadule. That'll throw their army into disarray, preparing for an attack that'll never come. In that short time, your forces may ambush them.

At least three autonomous provinces (Vinhedos, the Mjumbi Kingdom and a Tsukende province in the north). And one Kadule state, that could be a federation or a confederation.

In order to bring an opportunity of escaping from the comunism, Escevola could become a refuge for the companies and even the banks of Kadule; all of them could move to our country their finantial and social headquarters, the National Bank of Escevola will facilitate the change from estrellas to reales, and viceversa; and also we will offer loans at very low interest both for kadulean companies that would move to Escevola and companies from the members of the Military Coalition for Kadule, to the cities controlled by the kadulean opposition parties.

We have got a Coalition, we have our opinions openly shown to the entire world, we have some points aproved officially, the slaves liberation among them, and the only thing before this summit ends, is to give Kadule a right government.

Kadulean leaders gathered here, please, vote for a common leader for your country.

And finally, for the rest of the countries reunited here, please, join the Coalition.

The next conference would be held in another country, and the Coalition members should established a system to be continuously communicated.

While openly supporting the PL, the German Republic like it's American ally; isn't above supporting the MGPK in the name of containing the communist forces. Support is mainly via offering to send them 30 Kampfpanzer Leopard A3s, 80 FIM-92A Stingers, 300 Heckler & Koch G3s and 10 Flakpanzer Gepard 2s. With additional support pending approval from the MGPK.

4:02am - Thursday the 14th of December 2017

There have been unconfirmed reports of a series of abductions and disappearances of men and boys between the ages of 7 and 18 in isolated rural areas in the northern PLPCK controlled parts of the Republic of Kadule. These abductions and disappearances, which reportedly started around midnight, seem to be focused in particular amongst the Mjumbi community, but has also strongly effected the Mixed Race community. The minority white and Indian communities have also seen a number of abductions, with the white Lyserian population particularly effected.

It is as yet unclear who is behind these abductions or why, but the PLPCK and RCPK have both been accused of being behind it by rival individuals in the area.
Kadule is a commentary on the damaged state of post-colonial African nations and the conflict between national groups, races, the vast disparity between rich and poor, corruption and election rigging and religious fundamentalism. It does not reflect my views.

Thursday the 14th of December 2017:

Minister of International Relations Eduardo Trompeta will be travelling to the Republic of Kadule today to discuss the immediate release of any and all individuals of Lyserian origin abducted in the early hours of this morning. He is also demanding the release of all those abducted, but Lyserian citizens and those of Lyserian origin have been deemed a national priority. While it has still yet to be confirmed whether the PLPCK or RCPK abducted the boys and men, most reports now indicate that it way likely the PLPCK, and that the group is using these boys and men to pan for diamonds in order to help fund the military and prevent economic collapse due to the Civil War.

Prime Minister Martín Granjero will meanwhile be travelling to the island nation of the Republic of Nchiyamengi, itself north across a stretch of the Indian Ocean from Kadule. The explicit intent of this meeting is to improve Lyserian-Nchiyamengian relations, but some have suggested that the timing of this is due to Lyseria wanting an ally close to Kadule, from which to have a degree of control by proximity to the crisis.

Lyseria has so far declined to back any side in this Civil War, and has stated that it will continue to follow this policy for the moment.
